I just ordered my 3rd pair of these shoes because I wore out my other 2 pairs over the last 2 years (I run, walk, hike about 8 miles a day so I go through shoes fast) I knew I could count on these to be comfortable, multifunctional, and well made. I will be buying the Merrell sports as long as they keep making them!

I love these shoes, just bought my second pair. They don't need any breaking in, right out of the box with total comfort and they aren't big and clunky like some shoes. I wear a size 9 and some shoes make my feet look really big, but these do not. Can't say enough good things, just hope Merrell keeps making them!

I really love these shoes. My husband & I planned a trip to Europe - a lot of walking - and I needed a pair of comfortable shoes I could wear everywhere and with just about everything. I ordered these shoes based on reviews from other people, and they were wonderful. I didn't have time to break them in before I left, but it didn't matter. I was on my feet all day walking, and didn't have any problems!

Comfortable straight out of the box! Wore them for the first time for 2 days of hiking in Maine with no problem. And I agree with a previous review that they make your feet look smaller. very happy with them!

I bought these shoes last year and have put lots of miles on them since then and they are still good as new. They're water resistant which has come in handy for hiking and camping (both things we do often). They're super comfortable for just kicking around, too. They're cute, too - hey look great with jeans and I've received several compliments on them. Very happy with this purchase.

Really happy with this purchase. My job requires lots of walking on concrete floors and going up and down ladders on the daily. I purchased these shoes to provide better support throughout the day. My feet and ankles feel so much better, plus the shoes didn't require any break in time. While a little heavier than your average sneaker these are super utilitarian without the clunkiness you sometimes get with hiking style shoes. Be aware they do add some height, not a bad thing if your on the short side like myself.

Love these shoes! I have major trouble with my left foot and these shoes allow me to keep up with my walking. These are the only shoes I can wear to exercise!

I have 1 very weak leg and the other foot has plantar fasciitis and I don't have trouble with either when I wear these shoes.

I think these are the best tennis shoes ever! I can buy them absolutely anywhere, but I chose to order from Zappos because I know they will arrive at my doorstep quickly and if I have any issues with any aspect of the order I can put them in a box, print a return label and have a credit within a week! Why would I not order from Zappos...great company!

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet, and meniscus tears in both knees. These are the best tennis shoes I have found. I have tried 5 other national brands with no luck. They felt a little larger, you could easily fit custom orthotics inside - I needed no other than what was in the shoes though! Love them and love Zappos! You all are the best! Only place I go for shoes past year!

It's a cute shoe. Like others have mentioned, it would be nice to have other color options for those of us with wide feet. I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. I found that the toe box was very slightly snug for my feet, but I followed online, general advice about making shoes more comfortable - I adjusted the shoe laces (only lacing the leather loops )and it did the trick. I do think the wide version runs narrow in the toe box. Luckily for me I have a slightly wide toe box. Great shoe otherwise. I'm with the gal that wants hot pink laces!:) Thanks to all for your reviews - really helps.

Great lightweight, hiking shoe. I used it last week and it worked well on mild terrain. It will be very cool in the summer. A cute look for casual wear. I can't wear my running/walking shoes all day for casual wear but these.

Great Look. Perfect fit. I wear these when I am working on my feet for 12+ hours. The only shoe that doesn't leave my feet throbbing at the end of the day.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet! Great for running errands or light hiking. True to size, might have to get another pair to have as a spare!

I bought these for my wife. She wanted something a little "beefier" to run in when she takes our two Vizslas on their favorite treks over rough terrain to the Ventura River bottom. They look great, feel great, and Zappos service is always #1.

Love these shoes I'm a teacher and I can wear these all day and not have sore feet! These are a dream and I'm buying them in multiple colors. I have custom orthotics, and I easily removed the arch supports that are in these shoes (they're very thin) and inserted my own. With troublesome feet, it's a true joy to find shoes this great that still look cute Great for hiking, walking, etc. and fashionable enough to wear around town! If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

Fabulous shoes. Comfortable from the moment I first put them on. Have walked many miles in them and they still feel like slippers.

I love these shoes. I ordered them in time for a 10K walk. I had never worn them before the 10K and they were so comfortable right from the beginning. Not one red spot on my feet. The reviews here are spot on.

These are awesome. Had to order a Wide as Merrell's standard generous footbed seems a thing of the past. These have great support, good traction, breathable & color is great.

I love these. This is my 4th pair of Merrells, the first like this. It is of course comfortable, and the Elephant/pink is really cute. Even makes my feet look smaller, I think. As comfortable as a tennis shoe but classier. I'm a size 8. It felt a tiny bit too narrow at first (I have bunions), but I can feel that it will stretch out enough.

I am really enjoying this shoe. Just moved to Europe and needed something for walking all over the place that could also be my hiking shoe. This shoe runs very small. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5, but ended up keeping the 8. I love the colors because they aren't so dark (I got the 'drizzle'). I walk the dog in them, and plan to take them as primary walking shoes where it is appropriate. They are rugged and very sturdy. Expensive, but I think worth it for the quality and durability that I believe I will get from them. Haven't taken them on any serious hikes yet, but not worried.

I just bought my 3rd pair of the elephant/pink siren sport Merrell's. I buy one pair every two years or so. They are awesome! I run on trails as well as wear them to the gym 6 days a week. I don't want multiple shoes for different activities and these are great for just about any activity! I have high arches and these sneakers give great support. My feet feel stabilized on any surface. They are the most comfortable sneakers I've found for all around fitness.

Like many other reviewers, this is my second pair of Siren Sports. I retired my first pair to become a "dirty" set for particularly muddy walks, dirty work, and fishing, and the new pair will be for cleaner hikes and day rambles in town. I love how easy it is to lace up and adjust the Siren Sports to your feet. There is plenty of toe room (important for me with two giant big toes thanks to a few breaks over the years) but the shoes don't look too gigantic and heavy like some others tend to, even in the Merrell line. The classic Merrell footbed is supportive and springy - just makes you want to keep walking! And the grippy soles aren't too sticky, but you feel stable on wet cement or loose gravel. Unlike other shoes for hiking, I truly feel the Siren Sports don't require any break-in period. For that alone they deserve 5 stars! Personally, I'm more comfortable in a slightly larger size (my feet are probably a size 9.25) because I have a tending-to-narrow foot with a very high instep and those aforementioned big toes. So though I suspect these shoes run true to size, I go a half size bigger. I would strongly suggest taking advantage of Zappos' awesome return policy and buy these in a couple of different sizes to find the one that's best for you!
