I have purchased multiple pairs of Merrell boots/shoes and in every case they fit great. I simply can't get over how comfortable they are. For my casual and hiking shoe I always chose Merrell. Plus they are a great value for my money.

Super comfortable, no chafing after a few lace adjustments. Went eight miles first time wearing them, felt like a walk around the block.

Great pair of hiking boots, very comfortable wearing for long periods of time - hiking in Bavarian Mountains Size was perfect.

I came a little snug but after a week or so broke in a feel great, took them on a 35 mile 4 day hike and my feet never got wet and blister free. They were very comfortable and broke in very easily. I only got them a week before the trip and they broke in within that week. I would recommend these to other they just aren't as heavy duty as some others but great for hiking and yard work.

This is my third pair of these shoes. They are sturdy, durable, and wear evenly. In the woods they are light and the Gore-Tex makes them reasonably waterproof. With a pair of Superfeet insoles the support is very good, yet still allows a feel for the ground under my foot. Wide size is out of the box comfortable fit for my Neanderthal foot. Only complaint is that the nylon laces don't stay tied.

Love everything about this shoe. Earth color was actually like a purple but didn't matter, everything was excellent.

I ordered the boots for my trip to South Africa for a safari. The boots were extremely comfortable and light weight. It was a joy to wear them. Any walking that was done was a breeze. They were not hot to wear. I would recommend them to anyone. Good comfortable boot.

I love these boots! The most broken in feeling new boots I have had. Amazing comfort, very light but very supportive too. I wear a 13 but have to order a 14 in these to keep my toes off the end on a steep descent, and they fit perfect. You can spend a lot more money on other boots, but do you really need too? I will be ordering my next pair of these way before they wear out to have a decent looking pair and a pair for anything goes.

I cannot evaluate the durability of the Merrell Moab Mid Gore-Tex XCR because I have only worn them for a couple of months. But so far they appear to be durable. What I can evaluate is that I have a very high-volume foot and I wear an orthotic and the Moab accommodates my needs extremely well. Also, it is hot and humid in South Carolina, but even with the Gore-Tex lining the shoes breathe well and stay reasonably cool because of the mesh inserts (much cooler than I expected). The shoes do come in a wide model which, in my case, helps prevent the shoes from rolling over the outer sole. The shoes are comfortable right out of the box. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, and if the durability is as I expect, I would not hesitate to buy another pair.

The only shoes my 16 year old son hasn't worn through in a few months. They are rugged and durable enough to withstand his very active, outdoor lifestyle.

They are very nice shoes. I own both these and the low top version. I love them.

I work at a golf course and I wear my Merrell Moab to work every day. I do a lot of walking and they are a very comfortable shoe. I needed a shoe that would keep my feet dry when working in rain, and it takes a really good soaking for my feet begin to feel the moisture. With early morning temperatures in the thirties or forties they also keep my feet warm. I would buy another pair.

My husband loves these boots and actually uses them to work out in the yard. They're perfect for keeping his feet dry - even in the snow! He loves them and this is his second pair of Merrells.

Very comfortable boot right out of the box. Fits true to size (11.5M). Vibram tread is very grippy on rocks and gravel. Waterproofness was tested and passed with flying colors.

Great boots. Got them for a trip to the Grand Canyon and did some major hiking. No problems. Fit well. Nice.

Bought these for my husband. He says these shoes are very comfortable and breathable. They are now the only shoes he will wear when going hiking.

I really like these shoes, I wore them for hiking, and they have the quality I expected. I do not like the little hanging strap in the back, because keep the bottom of my pants on top of the back of the shoes. But, not big deal, I just cut them off Thank You Merrell for a good product. I were even more happy if they were made in the USA. Jorge Barrera

My husband got these for our week-long trip to some national parks. They fit great right out the box, he loved the support and comfort. He hiked in them all week with no blisters, no problems. In fact, now he wears them around the house & when working in the yard because he says they're the most comfortable shoes he owns!

Great boots! Water resistant, light on the feet. A little warm, but I'd rather that than wet and cold.

These are great hiking boots. I was replacing an old comfortable pair of boots that had seen many hundreds of miles, and right out of the gate these have been great. I have a wide foot and ordered both the D and E sizes to try them out. The E fit perfectly.

I've only had my shoes for a short time, but already I can feel the quality. They are comfortable warm and dry, very happy, next time I will get a half size smaller. I have already recommended them to my friends Zappos were good.

A nice, light hiking shoe for rough trails, but I wouldn't want to break trail with these. I went out for a walk a few weeks after I got them, and got caught in the rain. The only part of me that remained dry were my feet, thanks to these boots.

The order was filled promptly and correctly. So far I am very pleaased with the Merrell Moab Mid hiking shoes...very comfortable on my feet: notably light-weight, do not slide on my heel, lots of toe room, and rugged enough for most light or moderate hiking.

Feels like it's pre-molded to my feet. I'm serious, it's that good. On the trail, this boots is comfy and has a good traction.
