Not soft and supple. Kind of rough on my feet. Hurts the top of my toes so I guess they're too tight - even after loosening the strings. They look great though and I still wear them, hoping they will stretch eventually.

Received these shoes in men size instead of women size so the shoes are too big. They are also too warm to exercise in.

I bought these shoes for working out on carpet. I like the look of them, but around then ankle is so stiff it made them too uncomfortable to work out in.

Okay, the shoes are beautiful and with nice support, but somehow I don't feel comfortable in them for my Zumba classes. I kept them anyway, possibly I will use them for relaxing time. Zappos is the best anyway, always.

Bought the shoe for Zumba. It does not "slide" as much as I thought it would.
I still have to modify the shoe at the ball of the foot; I could have saved the money and used any shoe I already had. The shoe is also very stiff. Looks good but very disappointed.

Pressure on top of instep. Size not exact - need a half size larger, but too wide.

I ordered this shoe to try for zumba and I thought it was really comfy except for the toe area. It's very stiff there and not flexible enough for me. I sent it back and I'm still searching for the right shoe. Zappos return service is fantastic!

This shoe was recommended for the Zumba class since it is more of a dance shoe than fitness shoe. It has great arch support, but it is stiff.
I find when I first put them on, they make my feet hurt, but once I get moving and they stretch out, then they feel great.
I like how they slide on the dance floor during the Zumba movements. They are a little narrow, but stretch as it warms up.

Used only twice as it was comfortable. Since I have used it, I cannot return it. This is not good for Zumba class use.

I'm a little disappointed with these shoes. They took at least 3 zumba classes to break in, and rubbed horribly on my toes. Now that they are broken in they are better, but I have to constantly readjust the tongue because it slides. I can definitely move in them; they're just not as great as I expected. This particular brand never quite fits me right, and these shoes are no exception. Maybe now I'll learn not to buy Nikes!

I've had two knee surgeries on my left leg for an ACL reconstructions and a meniscus repair and I really needed to find shoes that I could use for Zumba. Unfortunately these shoes just didn't work for me. I actually ended up taking these shoes off about 15 minutes into class and finishing in my socks. They just had too much traction and prevented me from easily pivoting and turning on the wooden dance floor. I sent these back and exchanged them for the Bloch evolution shoes that I'm very happy with.

I teach Jazzercise. While this shoe is good for sliding dance moves and turning, it does not have much stability support for lateral and high impact moves. I had to add gel insoles as the shoe doesn't have much cushioning.

I bought these strictly for zumba due to the great reviews and high recommendations. At first glance, the shoe looks very nice and well constructed, just like the picture. I tried it on and it is very firm and heavy. I walked around on the carpet and it was very hard to step. I don't know if this is normal for a dance shoe or not because I have never owned a pair but they seemed too heavy for me. These are going back.

Pros: Great looking! Could be worn as casual hang out shoe or for dance. Lots of lacing holes including at the top of the shoe so you can lace it as tight or loose as you need to. Good arch support (it has a built in stiff part under the arch to protect the arch, it's not like most Puma or Skechers that are "floppy" in the middle). Removable inserts accommodate orthotics. Non-slip traction on soles (but would be hard to slide/glide if you are dancing). Cons: Painful! Tongue of shoe isn't padded, so the laces felt like they were digging into my foot. Also, when I bend my foot the upper bends/digs. Back of shoe didn't hug my heel enough (felt like shoe was coming off which each step/jump even when I tried to tighten laces). The shape of the front of the shoe is probably roomy enough for most people, but it was slightly too pointed/curved for my wide-in-front feet. White version: the pictures of the Nike "Cheer Flash" look similar.

I have wide feet so I expected this shoe to be snug. I bought a half size bigger, but it did no good. The shoes literally crushed my feet. If you aren't cursed with wider-than-average feet you'll probably love these shoes. But if you have even slightly wide feet, avoid them like the plague.

I ordered these after seeing so many rave reviews and I also liked that the shoes looked stylish. After purchasing and wearing to teach classes for 2 weeks they are not comfortable. They are stiff, lack cushion, and support. I was hopeful that after wearing them for class a few times my opinion would improve but, unfortunately it has not. I would not order these again. The only plus is the look of the shoes, but my feet would much prefer something more comfortable.

I found this shoe to be surprisingly unflexible and awkward, seeing as it was designed for zumba. I compared it to my regular fitness shoes and there was no way it would be more comfortable, except for the pivot point. The leather exterior seemed like it would take awhile to break in, and didn\'t really make sense for the majority of the dance movements, salsa, cumbia, samba etc.

If you are dancing on a wooden floor they work nicely.A high School Cafeteria, they slip like crazy. Find out where your classes will be. They are nice looking, a tad bit narrow for my wide feet, and I think they run a bit small.

I bought this shoe for Zumba and it works great for that. I had to purchase a 1/2 size bigger. The problem I have is that the shoe was a little snug, but I figured it was fine. Then I had to get an orthotic and now the shoe doesn't fit at all. It's too late return it since I don't have the box. Oh well, money down the drain.

At first I liked this shoe. But the more I wore them, the more my knees hurt. Because I've worn them, I can't send them back. Kind of a waste of money.

Still not the perfect Zumba shoes -- too narrow and tried to compensate with a 1/2 bigger but it left a huge gap in the inside sole despite an insert to provide additional arch support.

Overall, I think these sneakers are OK. I bought them based on the reviews to wear in my Zumba class. They do allow you to pivot easily, but I find when I wear them my calves hurt a lot and I feel like the shoe is cutting off the circulation on my feet? I tried tying loosely and adding some arch support and that seemed to help a little. Maybe I just need to break them in some more. However, it is a cute sneaker. I am hoping they will be OK after I break them in.

Very cute shoes that fit well but have no support for Jazzercise. I am an instructor and my legs ached after a week of teaching. I had to buy a different pair.

Hurts on the top lace spot! I actually have to unlace the top hole to avoid this shoe hurting my foot. I use them for Jazzercise, and they are "OK" at best - stick more than I feel they should. Not bad for messing around the house. Normally wear 8 1/2 - 9, and had to get 9 1/2 in this shoe. Toe box could use a bit more room.
