The shoes seem to be good for Zumba, although they aren't the most comfortable shoes. They are stiff around the ankles.

Overall, the Musique IV is a good quality shoe. It is stiffer leather than I thought it would be. It also creases a lot in the toe area when I am on the ball of my foot. Not the most comfortable shoe for dance/exercise, but it works.

I purchased these shoes specifically for Zumba class and they work well because of the smooth bottoms which allow for quick sliding movements. They were a little stiff at first, but broke in after a few wearings.

They are very comfortable and easy to clean. The back of the shoe rubbed a little until I broke them in. They fit fine now (They squeak if you rub them together accidentally, which may annoy some people).

Like other reviews have mentioned, these are a bit narrow. I had to send them back. But they are very cute. (I wish the silver model was available as shown in the video.)

I listened to the prior reviews regarding the fit of the shoe. I agree the fit is slender but long. I have used it a few times for Zumba so far and they have been great. It makes it easier to pivot without jamming your knee, which I have been having an issue with. I have also noticed that a couple of other gals sporting the same shoe in the different Zumba classes and I think they look good.

I think these are perfect for Zumba when it isn't really humid. I still needed to buy "carpet sliders" for class to go over these shoes. The first few times I wore them it was very humid and I was not able to pivot well. I found myself hurting my ankles each time. Each person may be different though and it also depends on where you are dancing. I also think these are true to size. I bought a size larger like some people recommended and I had to exchange them.

I really like these shoes. I do Zumba 3 times weekly and these are very comfortable. I usually order 1/2 size larger in Nikes & I think I would've been okay to go with my regular size but the 1/2 size extra doesn't make them too big so I kept them. I think if there were some mesh in uppers they would be better but other than that they are great. I felt like I was on air the first time I wore them to Zumba. They take all the stress off of my knees & ankles. I ordered them in the afternoon and received them the very next day when I got home from work they were there! I chose the regular shipping & Zappos shipped them right away at no extra charge. They did that when I ordered my 1st pair of Zumba shoes a year ago. I've always been very happy with the quality and the shipping time. I refer all my friends to Zappos. I rated 4 on the overall just because I think the mesh would've make them a 5.

I bought this shoe for going to the gym. It is very good for that. I need excellent arch support, and this fits the bill. I tend to get plantar fasciitis flare ups. They are comfortable, no heel slippage, but not a cushy footbed.

I bought these shoes for Zumba. I previously wore a Capezio shoe for that class, but I didn't care for its bulky look and the soles were kind of slick. That's a nice feature for pivots, but not so much for jumping moves. In contrast, Nike Musique is a sturdier shoe, but with less bulk around the ankle and the soles are not as slick. They work well for Zumba. The only feature I like better on the Capezio is the breathable construction. The Nikes keep my feet pretty toasty, so I am definitely ready to take them off after a sweaty hour of Zumba.

I really like these shoes. The only thing that would make them better would be a little more room in the toe area. They are on the narrow side.

Used for Zumba Class -
I was looking for a shoe for my newly started Zumba class and this one works out great. I like it because it is light weight with still enough support. Order 1/2 size larger than normal size.

Excellent for Zumba -
I bought these specifically for Zumba. These are comfortable and have good cushioning, better than Capezio. However, I have more problems twisting because of the sole. Capezio has better soles for dancing, but I like Nike for the cushioning with the amount of time spent on the balls of the feet.

Wearing them to work everyday!
After one day of breaking in with a little discomfort, the shoe became almost perfect! I teach 1st grade and have very problematic, painful, skinny, bony, feet. I wanted subtle sneakers that would blend into my trousers for work. This is working out well. I usually wear an 11N. I originally bought these at a store when I realized they were narrow enough. Upon further inspection, I realized they run a bit small so I ordered an 11.5 online. Though they are technically a medium width, these shoes are definitely narrow. It's a nice snug fit after my orthotic, and that seldom happens.

Great Zumba shoe!
Does not pivot as easily as Bloch’s, but looks more like a normal shoe. Very comfy. Great for Zumba! Get a 1/2 size larger than street shoe. I was concerned that these would be uncomfortable because I have very wide feet, but they have been great!!!

I bought this when I joined Zumba class; trust me this is not good for Zumba. Has very little padding for the ball of shoes and even though the first week of zumba was okay, from 2nd week onwards, I started experiencing pain in my feet, heels & knees. At first I didn't attribute it to these shoes & continued to wear them and after 3rd week I could barely walk. I stopped going to zumba class for a week & bought Asics gel shoes (actually intended for running) and so far it is working well for 2 classes I have been to. This may work well for low impact dance classes but really bad for high impact ones.

The Nike Musique IV is very comfortable and good for walking around or as a casual shoe. I do not recommend this shoe for working out. It is made out of vinyl and my feet will sweat in them if it is hot outside, so I only wear them in cool weather. They are also very stiff and wider than I expected, but that is ok since I added a cushioned orthotic.

Love the look of this shoe but it is stiff and the area around the ankle and shoe opening are tight for me. Maybe different socks?

Nice looking shoe, but the sole wore out quickly. I only used these shoes for Zumba, but they only lasted 6 months.

If you have a wide foot, these shoes are not for you! I put them on and wore them around the house for five minutes and my feet were aching so bad I couldn't stand it. They are cute but not comfy for us ladies with wide feet!

These are great shoes to wear to Zumba. The only problem for me is that my feet get hot easily and these don't breathe very well. My feet are crazy hot by the end of an hour long class.

I got these shoes to do Zumba classes on rubberized flooring. Although they are better than the shoes I have with regular tread, they still don't slide well. They do seem to run large and I think they stretched, because now they seem to be even larger than when I initially put them on. I think think they are an attractive shoe style, but don't work for what I bought them for. For Zumba, I ended up with a dance shoe that has a suede sole and those have been great.

Lots of others found this shoe comfortable; I did not. It fit too tight high up around my ankle, which I have had trouble with in other shoes.

This sneakers are not very comfortable at all - perhaps I need to break them in, but they feel like plastic on my feet - not flexible at all.

I bought a couple of pairs of different shoes from Zappos for my jazzercise workouts. This shoe was true to size, fit well but was on the 'stiff' side both in the heel and on top. There was not a lot of breathability. I work out with a high impact workout about 5 times per week and this just didn't have enough support. I felt that they were hurting my feet. It may have been something you could get use to but I couldn't risk it. I decided to return them. It is a nice looking shoe for exercise and seemed to have good lateral movement.
