I am very pleased with this boot. It is comfortable to my kids and they really like the style. The quality of this boot really meets my expectations of what a winter boot is to be like for my kids.

I got this for my 3 year old who has super wide feet (we can only purchase shoes labelled W or XW!) and this boot works great! It has a huge long velcro that super adjustable to any thickness of a child's foot/calf. I release the velcro and the shoe opens up very wide and open to accommodate his feet. Very sturdy material and waterproof! The sole is well constructed to grip the ground in rough weather. My son loved it right away. The blue on blue was really nice and classic.

I just received these boots for my son and am very happy with them. Love them actually! These boots are warm, sturdy, look great, the material they are made with is of good quality. My son is 3, so I was looking for a boot that would go on and off easily and not be too stiff for his little legs to walk in and these are definite winners! They also go right over his pant leg and you can cinch the top in at the top if you want. Wide feet are always challenging as far as finding something that fits properly and are stylish and these boots are both. I have no worries that his preschool teachers will feel the same way! The fact that my little guy doesn't fight me to put them on means that he loves them too. :) I did go up one size per all the reviews I read before purchasing and am very glad that I did.

Excellent boot. When my boys grow out of their Tundra Quebec boots, they ask me to order the same boot in their new size. According to my now 6 and now 8 year olds, these boots are both warm and comfortable.

Wonderful and works great in Alaska! My kids have had it for 2 years now I'm planing on giving them to my younger son.

My son loves these boots so much he wants to wear them in 90-degree weather in Florida! They are great in both snow and rain, and take wear and tear well.

These boots are fantastic, so much so that I bought the next size up for next winter. They stay on and don't let the snow in with their drawstring back, they also fit true to size.

It's hard to find wide width boots for kids. I gave these a try only because they were the first ones I found. I am very pleased with them. We hiked through snow and freezing puddles today to cut our Christmas tree and these boots kept my son's feet warm and dry. Two adjustable straps and big lug soles add to the secure fit & safety. He loves them!

The other reviews are right - these boots run small. I bought both size 12 and 13, expecting to hold the 13 for 2 months while he outgrows the 12 (which in StrideRite he had just started wearing). The 12 was clearly too small already, and the 13 just a smidge too roomy.

My grandson liked the color and style, but we still need an extra wide boot, shoe, sneaker ect. He gets his wide foot from his Pop Pop. I have spent the last 50 years trying to find shoes and boots to fit him. I can't believe in 2021 with the world wide web I'm lucky to find only a couple of kids wide boots and shoes to choose from.

My son has very wide feet and these are the only boots we could find that he can easily take on and off and be comfortable in. They seem heavy, but he only uses them for snow play and he hasn't complained.

I bought a bigger size cos my son has pretty wide feet. So, not many shoes fit him. I'm glad that I have found these. They should be good for two winters at least before he outgrows them. Durable, true to size and width. Satified

The shoe: Very good quality and great looking boots. Warm and thick material. High quality seams. However, the shoe runs small, about a full size smaller. Zappos: Hands down the very best customer service! I don't remember the last time that I had such a great experience like this one. I contacted them on the chat, and they did everything for me. I just sat down and wait. Even the prepaid label was sent to my email. The boots were too small. I got them on a Tuesday. Sent them back Wednesday, and I got the replacement, a size larger on Thursday. ONE DAY SHIPPING!!!! They didn't charge my credit card the second time, they allowed me to return it within 14 days before charging me for the second pair, how great was that? Of course I was so happy that I just made the trip to UPS the very next day. When my son got the right size boots he wore them inside the house for a while, he didn't want to take them off, and that made everything worth even more... Haven't try the boots outside but I know they will keep his feet warm and dry.

Happy to find a wide boot, I think my little guy will feel a difference this winter! Very pleased with the tread on this boot. I have an active 2 year old and am sure this will be helpful in the snow. Easy to get on and seems like they will be very warm. The bungy doesn't go all the way around the leg, wish it did to prevent snow from entering when worn without snow pants. But it may be the trade-off for the ability to put them on so easily with the front flap.

My mom bought me these. I am six, they were pretty comfortable. They are easy to put on they are a little too hard on the bottom. They keep my feet warm though. next year I want different boots but you might like them.

They are a good boot. But I'm to sure they will be warm enough for Alaska. There just aren't enough options for a wide snow boot. I prefer the boots for my boys that have separate liners.

This is the third time I am ordering this boot. My 9 year old is rough on shoes and very particular (he tends to stick with the same shoe style for years) and he likes this boot. It is very sturdy and seems to keep the moisture out. One thing that disappointed me this last time around was the liner inside the boot ripped on both boots and had a hole in the heel so large he can no longer wear them even though they still fit. He wore them daily at recess so they did get a lot of wear, but it is surprising that the liner is as thin as it is. The only other downside is I feel they are a bit heavy but he's never complained. I feel these run a half to full size larger than normal. My son wears a mens 7 1/2 in Asics, but a Kids 6 in this boot is still pretty loose on him. I read another review that said to order up, but that has not been our experience the last 3 pair we have owned. I love that they are wider than other boots - he could never even get his foot inside a Kamik.

Good boot, warm and my son finds them easy and quick to get on. He says they are comfortable but not particularly wide (although he's got the wide size). I was glad I opted for the wide! I don't love the grey and black - the grey is light and will probably get dirty, but they were the only ones available in his size. In any case, he's happy with the color.
