My 16 month old loves these shoes. Finally a shoe that is wide enough! So easy to take on and off.

My son is 3 years old and he loves these sneakers. He has no tight fitted markings after wearing them for hours and he doesn't want to take them off at the end of the day! The sneakers also look really cool and stylish on his feet, like a big kid.

My 4-year-old son loves these shoes. Because of them, he can now dunk a basketball on a 10-foot rim! He is also super-styling, and his popularity has improved at school. He has a new little BFF named Alexandra. Coincidence? I think not!

The shoes are nice, soft, and very light in weight. My son has sensitive skin issues on his feet and these are some of the best shoes that I have found. He says that they even make him run faster!

This is our third pair of New Balance for our 3 year old son. He is pretty rough on shoes and these keep up with his demands. Best value for sturdy shoes with a wide width!

My son has extra wide Fred Flintstone feet and Zappos.com has the best selection of XW shoes for him. These New Balance shoes fit him perfectly. He loves them and can run and jump with the best of them when wearing them.

Very durable shoe for an active 19 month old boy. After months of abuse this shoe is in great shape to pass on to his little sister. It was his favorite shoe so I'm assuming the fit was perfect. A must buy and worth every penny.

Have been ordering from Zappos.com for over a year now. Great products and the turn around time from placement of order to delivery is phenomenal. Communications re: orders is also 5. These are great shoes. These are my grandson's first pair of shoes. He likes them and his parents like them. As I have said in all my other reviews, Zappos service is what other companies should be measured by.

Loved the shoes, they look exactly as the picture, but what would you expect from New Balance. I usually get Stride Rite, so I'm comparing them to those shoes. The only thing that I saw, is that the New Balance seem a bit heavier than my son's other shoes, but otherwise they are fine.

Great show for my three-year-old, who uses them as "brakes" while he's on his scooter. They still look great and he clearly prefers them over other choices. He has medium-width foot with a high-ish arches.

These are awesome kids shoes! My 1 1/2 year old has a really wide foot and these are perfect because the straps are generous enough to get his little foot in and they seem comfy. I hesitated buying kids shoes at this price that I feared he would only be able to wear for a few weeks but I am glad we got these. I bought a little bit bigger size so he could grow into them and I am very happy so far.

Excellent shoe. My son has wide feet and we bought him New Balance Kids shoes (similar to these, but with shoe laces instead of velcro) a year ago (then 1.5 years old). They fit very well and go with almost any outfit. I was happy to find the same shoe with velcro this year (2.5 years) because shoe laces need to be laced again and again.

This is the third pair I've purchased. We just keep sizing up as my son grows. He has a wide foot and shoes can be difficult to find that fit him correctly. He loves these shoes. We have them in two different colors. They hold up well and look great!

These shoes are great. My 3-year-old loves them. They are easy for him to get on and off. His foot is on the wider side, but the regular size fit perfect.

We bought these shoes in blue for my son 9 months ago after the wide Stride Rite we got him were too narrow. He has worn them at least 4 times a week since then and they have held up great! They are now getting small (I bought them a bit large so he could wear them longer) and I am replacing them with the same shoes in a different color. Do they look beat up? Sure, they are looking a bit rough, but that is because 2 year old kids are rough on their shoes. The shoe itself is still solid with no seam damage or pieces coming off or problems with the velcro. We love these shoes and my son adores them, especially because the lovely single velcro closure allows him to put them on and take them off himself.

For a toddler with wide feet, these shoes are such a blessing! Love them. I will buy them in every size as he grows! And Zappos is the best! No shipping or tax, and super-fast delivery!

I am a crazy review reader. One thing I hated was people not telling me the size of their toddler and the size shoe they purchased. My little guy will be 1 in April. He weighs a solid 23 lbs. and he has these little chubby feet! They are so thick, bottom to top, not necessarily wide. No shoes will fit-the REG. Crocs in size 4/5 fit him OK. I ordered a 5 extra wide in these and they fit his foot perfect! They are a bit big (lengthwise) so don't feel as though you need to go up a size just because they have chubby feet. I wish I would have ordered a 4. He should be in them in no time, so I'm just saving them for Summer!

I really like these shoes for both of my boys. I have a three year old and a one year old, and they both have these sneakers. New Balance sneakers are always sturdy, durable and of course comfortable - and adorable! I have been a fan since my first son could walk!

This is the perfect shoe for my son, with extra wide feet. It took me awhile to figure out why he hated wearing shoes so much, but once I realized he had a wide foot with a high instep, I ordered three different pair of extra wide shoes. This shoe was easily the standout. The other two were sent back and now I know what works for my son. He still takes his shoes off every chance he gets, but now he doesn't fight me when I put them on. They are easy to put on, look awesome (just like Daddy's), and are a fair price. I will certainly be buying these same shoes again as he grows.

Great shoes for my son with wide feet. All New Balance shoes I have purchased for him wear very well & Velcro tightly. New Balance are the only shoes that are wide enough for comfort for my son! Very pleased! Will be ordering again when next size is needed.
