My sis-in-law has several pairs of Dansko and I have always thought they were cute. When I saw the Marcelle in that cool kaleidoscope patent black, I had to order them! They took a little getting used to as far as walking in them, but now are very comfortable and I get compliments constantly!

I love the shoes and they came in the amount of time Zappos said they would. I would definitely buy from them again!

These shoes are amazing!! They are a little tough to break in, and may be uncomfortable for the first few weeks, but if you give them a chance, they will become your favorites. The patent leather makes them dressy enough for dinners out, while they are comfortable enough if you have to be on your feet for many hours. I am a nurse and I would not survive my job without Danskos!! The Marcelle is actually my fourth pair, and since they arrived from Zappos, I have been living in them!

These shoes rock! I stand on my feet all day and I love these shoes. I have 2 pairs. Love the patent leather, love the style, love the fit, love the way my feet and back feel at the end of the day.

I am a new convert to Dansko and now my feet are happy! I love the "rocker" action of the shoe, and I say that as someone who mostly goes barefoot or wears absurdely uncomfy shoes. The petrol is waterproof and goes with everything--it glints in the light picking up a million colors. Also, the Sally Suede is a fantastic style if you like the extra suppport of a strap, which I find helpful with a narrow foot. Of course, Zappos rocks the delivery.

These are adorable! Just as comfortable as my other Danskos, but a little dressier. They are a little looser, but they do still fit comfortably. I have plantar faciatis, and the Dansko shoes are the only shoes I wear without my inserts, as they provide great support. Looks cute wih pants or skirts and makes my size 41's look smaller, because of the rouded toe!

I'm a huge Dansko user. The Marcelle is very comfortable, especially with my high arch. But most of all, this shoe is really cute, especially in patent leather. I took my usual size in this Dansko.

I just got the Petrol Marcelle, and they fit great (true to size, not too small) and are so cute! The iridescence on my pair is a bit more subtle than the ones pictured here, so they'll be great for my job at a school. I'm on my feet all day, walking and standing on a tile-on-concrete floor, and the Dansko and Sanita stapled clogs have saved my feet, legs, and back. I even wear them at home now and have worn them instead of athletic shoes for my daily workout. I have solid colors, oiled and cabrio, graffiti and French print, and now these funky Petrol Marcelles! Love 'em! I also have the Dansko Marcelle in black cabrio and hickory, and both pair fit true to size, with no trouble with the buckle or strap. I can slide my foot in and out without unbuckling, and the strap allows for a great fit with my high arch and low instep. Thanks to Zappos for the most wonderful customer service I have ever experienced. It keeps me coming back! Thank you so much!

I have lots of pairs of Danskos and enjoy them all for their comfort but not always their beauty, and you know what I mean if you're a wearer of Danskos! I work retail and needed a comfortable shoe that was also dressier and the Marcelle hit it just right! They're adorable and I can work standing in them for 8 hours plus with no pain. They look cute with both pants and skirts and I get compliments every time I wear them. And one more thing: Zappos is amazing! They always go above and beyond to make me happy! Thanks to Danskos and Zappos!

I love these! I always wear a 38, but the 38s I ordered were too short. Ordered a 39 and they are the right length but loose on my foot; leaves room for socks, which is handy in Minnesota! I have gotten so many compliments from all sorts of people on my red patent Danskos, and I have only been wearing them for a week! Glad I branched out and tried something new, after having five different pairs of red Mary Janes pass through for review thanks to Zappos super cool return policy!

Zappos is the best store I have ever ordered from online. I received my shoes just one day after I ordered them, which was great because I was so excited to get them. Love the shoes and love the store!

Zappos is great, the customer service is outstanding. I tried on several pairs of shoes and had no problems returning the ones that didn\'t fit. \r\n\r\nThese shoes are quite comfortable and stylish. I got them in red. I had a little bit of an adjustment period with the strap hitting the top of my foot but after wearing them for a day or so, that stopped completely.

I ordered the red version in size 42. I wear size 11 and my feet are fairly wide. These fit perfectly - in fact, roomy enough to wear some kind of sock or stocking. I have tried several other Danskos, and not all size 42 fit me. The reviews are very helpful in this arena! I have another pair that is padded where it hits the back of your foot (not the strap), and that is really a great improvement. However, this model (not padded) was just fine too, though I suspect if I had gone for a really long walk I would have needed to bring moleskin along. All in all a pretty, fun, unique shoe and very comfortable!

I am a nurse and work 13 hour shifts. I wore these clogs one entire day and never had an ache. I will buy more as I go.

I've had my Dansko Marcelle's in Claret Patent for 8 months. I am a cashier in a busy food market. They are wonderfully comfortable and provide great leg and back comfort. I have a high instep and these are a perfect fit. I buy all my shoes at Zappos. Love the color! They are a conversation starter and a way for me to promote the selection, ease, and speed of shopping at Zappos. I've been a Zappos customer for many years and they continue to offer the best customer care in the world!

I love these shoes. At first the price held me back but my feet are really important, how else am I going to get around. :) From the first time I put them on I felt comfort, which is very important for me. I have very little arch in my feet. The best part about my purchase was they look really good. I have had many compliments about how cute the shoes are. I am short and the lift I get gives me a little boost without the discomfort of a higher heel. Overall this was a happy purchase for me.

I love Danskos and wanted something in red because my last pair of red Danskos (8 years old!) finally fell apart. These are more maroon than red and are really shiny- I love them! The first time I wore them I ended up walking briskly for an hour and wished that I had worn socks- I ended up with a big blister on my left baby toe from rubbing against the seaming inside the shoe. Otherwise, I love them- they are true to size, have extremely supportive footbeds and are not clunky like I worried they might be. And as always, I love Zappos! Great service!

I love these shoes! They’re as comfortable as my regular Dansko clogs, but a lot more fun. I wasn’t sure I would like shiny, red shoes when I ordered them (I was a little afraid I’d look like Bozo the Clown), but decided to take a chance and now they’re my favorite shoes. I get compliments every time I wear them (including a "Great shoes!" yelled from the bathroom stall next to mine). They do show scuffs very easily, but so far I’ve been able to clean them up using a damp rag and they look as good as new. I don’t know if I’ll have to invest in some patent leather cleaner later, but for right now the damp rag does the trick.

As a Dansko enthusiast, there is nothing too surprising about how I feel about these shoes: I love them dearly like all my other Danskos. They are comfortable (they walked the Freedom Trail in Boston recently with ease) and the red patent leather rocks. And although I usually go through sticker shock when I buy Danskos, they are worth every penny. These shoes take a beating and last for a long, long time.

I really like my new Dansko Marcelles, I bought the black ones, but I will probably buy the reddish color ones, too. They need no break in time and great arch support! Heel is a little big on me, but I have really small heels and wide toe area because of bunion on right foot and baby toes turn a little sideways, lol. I also have high arches. My only suggestion is that some of their shoes could use more cushion in them, otherwise, I give them 4 stars, instead of 5. I have many of their shoes, including the sandals that they carried about five years ago. Last, but not least; Zappos is the best!!!
