Great shoe! Right out of the box these felt great, no breaking in necessary. The second day I wore them I had them on all day helping someone move and didn't realize it until the end of the day that I had worn them all day with no complaints. My feet did not ache at all anywhere. Normally I can't wait to get my shoes off because of achy feet. Ordered them one day and they arrived the next, free shipping! Zappos has great service.

Great support - I have dabbled in jogging for about 3 years and I always wear Asics. I also work in the healthcare field and am up and running all day. These shoes give me the support I need.

I have a foot problem. And these shoes are great for me. They feel good, look good and the fit is perfect. Will be back for more Asics. A wonderful shoe.

An immediate favorite shoe - This shoe both looks and feels good. It is a versatile choice for both running and going to the gym. The fit is both snug and comfortable. At first the very top back of the shoe felt a bit stiff but this seems to be working out with further wearings.

Great running shoe. Didn't have to break them in. I ran comfortably the first time I wore them. Wonderful for people with wide feet.

ASICS GT-2130 - Great comfort with excellent arch support. Great fit for narrow feet. Works well with orthotics, too. Wish it came in Gray.

Great shoe, but a little "squeaky". Great looking shoe and being a nurse who is on my feet all day long, being wide enough to accommodate my orthotics was a real plus. I was a bit disappointed to notice a squeak when I walked which appeared about 2 weeks after wearing them.

Good running shoe - This pair of shoes has a great cushioning, very comfortable, felt true to size and they look great too. I am really happy with them after having some problems with my knee; I will keep buying this brand.

Tighter fit than usual - I have been wearing ASIC'S running shoes for a while now and have always been very happy. The shoe I ordered looked as good as any shoe I would find in a retail store and felt great when I initially tried them on. However, after a few runs in them they seemed to feel tighter than what I usually purchase despite wearing a thinner sock. I am not sure if this is a function of a different width offered from a retail store or if there is a defect in shoes offered on line. Maybe the shoes run smaller? Otherwise a very good functioning shoe.

Excellent - I had a pair exactly like this but a different color. I am very pleased with this product. Will buy again.

Looks great, feels great! I am very satisfied with my purchase of this shoe. Although not a runner, I am a very active walker and needed a good shoe with good arch support for my over pronation. I previously encountered problems with my achilles after a strenuous walk. This problem has not re-occurred since I started using this shoe. I also use this shoe often for casual wear. It fits extremely well on my foot and I find it very comfortable to wear.

A very comfortable sneaker - These sneakers were comfortable right out of the box. No need to break them in. I was able to put in a pair of OTC arch supports and I wear them all day. I like the breathable mesh material and the reflectors.

Great basic running shoe - The Asics 2130 is great for a high mileage runner with pronation problems. Great stability and cushion. I think the 2130 has more cushion in the forefoot the Asics more expensive models such as kyano or cumulus etc... Great shoe I order over and over again. Great color choices as well. Fits true to size. I wear the shoe with orthotic inserts, and they fit beautifully.

Excellent fit for a narrow foot. True to size in length. Using for low impact aerobics and power walking. The shoe has great support and I love the black for a change.

Shoes look great and are very comfortable. I wear them to work where I have to walk around a lot. They look good with black slacks and jeans, and do not show the dirt (as the white shoes often do). They are very comfortable, which I was not surprised by, as I have purchased Asics shoes in a similar style before, and have been very pleased with them. I will be buying another pair when these wear out.

This shoe has good cushioning in the forefoot as well as the heel. Some nice support too. The friend I bought them for has macular degeneration and can't see well. She also doesn't have very good balance. She says these shoes give her more stability on her feet. She loves them.

The minute I put my foot in this shoe, I knew it was a keeper! My feet have lots of problems, so I never really expect much when trying shoes on (another reason to love Zappos: you get to try at home!), but these shoes are so comfortable even when you first slip your feet into them that you just KNOW! They feel very supportive in the arch, and I have flat feet and own custom orthotics, but they won't be necessary with these shoes. There's plenty of toe room, which is a must for me because I have hammer toes. And the cushioning is great! All this, and they look really cool. I got the black ones and love them. Highly recommended.

Great Shoe - This is the first pair of Asics I have worn. I have size 11 narrow feet that are "low volume" (thin from top to bottom), with relatively flat arches. I bought this pair at a local shoe store, where they analyze your gait, foot type, etc., and absolutely love them! I use them for running about 12-15 miles a week. I turned around and bought another color on Zappos to have for day to day wear. I highly recommend these shoes!

On a previous review I mentioned that I had these running shoes in 5 colors in size 8 1/2, but needed a size 9 for half-marathon training. I should have ordered the black ones a long time ago. I am very surprised at the edgy details. The pictures do not show the details well, and to me the shoe just looked black. I took a chance, and am happy with this order, as the 1/2 size larger is just what I needed for running longer distances. I feel it is best to wear this shoe a full size larger for running distances longer than 5ks and 8ks. Great shoe. Have been running in this brand for years. Most running shoes tell you to buy a half to full size larger than your normal shoe size and this seems to hold true for this shoe.

Asics are the best shoe ever. This shoe fit true to size and width. I have a narrow foot and need arch support and this shoe delivers great arch support. I highly recommend this shoe.

No More Injuries - I have the GT-2130's in 5 color variations, mainly so I can rotate shoes during training, and secondly for fashion. I suffered a serious ankle injury 2 years ago, and rehabilitation was slow, but I am now on my way back to running a half-marathon, thanks to this shoe. The toe box is roomy enough to allow for foot expansion during 5k to 8k runs, however, I wear a size 8 in casual shoes, heels, etc, so I ordered all my GT's in an 8.5, and since I have been running distances longer than 5k's, 8k's, I am going to need a 1/2 size larger for these longer runs. My previous injury was due to mild overpronation, and wearing a poorly constructed running shoe of another brand, but no more worries about that, for this shoe gives me the stability needed to correct my foot position, which helps to keep the rest of my body aligned.

LOVE them. I got my brown one from another online site in January 2008. I'd wear them in the winter and walk 30 minutes each way to and from work. Didn't give me any blisters and all! Also, I do have pretty chubby calves but manage to slip my skinny jeans inside the boots and still able to zip 'em up. Would have loved for them to be made of real leather but then the price would have been twofold! Definitely true to size. No need to buy 1/2 size up or down.

Great fit! Nice support, I like the idea that they've finally made a shoe in an 11 1/2. It seems a bit unfair that everyone else with standard sized feet can get their shoes in 1/2 sizes, however once you get past 10, in most cases it's virtually impossible. Shoe has good arch support & nice width. Nice shock absorbency, too.

Asics GT 2130 - I am a marathon runner. These sneakers are fantastic. Comfortable, cute, and they provide some assistance with my awful pronation habit!
