LOVE these boots! These boots had me at hello! They are cute, functional, and comfy even while walking back and forth, and back and forth on concrete floors at work. The detail on the back is sexy, but not trashy, and I continually get compliments on these every time I wear them.

Love this boot! This boot is very true to size, I originally ordered a 6 1/2 but sent it back for a 6 and I'm so glad I did! The people at Zappos are so accommodating. They sent me the new size before I returned the other size so I was able to try them both on to be sure which one I wanted! Who does that? And, they sent out the new size without charging my credit card. They are the greatest! Anyway, I love the color (which, by the way, is not red at all even though red is in the name) and so far, every time I wear them I get tons of compliments! The lacing up the back is just too cute!

A friend of mine had these so I tried them on; I knew at that moment what my next purchase was going to be. I ordered a pair of these online and I love these. They're the most comfortable shoe that I've found and after 3 years they're still in great condition.

Great boots! I really love these boots - they felt great from the moment I put them on. Bought them New Years Eve and wore them all night. The back is very cute, but they can look a little plain from the front. I tried on a ton of boots, and these were for sure the most comfortable and classic looking. Not a sexy boot, but certainly comfortable and cute.

These boots are extremely comfortable. I originally bought the tyla which fit perfectly calf wise. I find the tyla 11 to have a larger diameter calf fit than the plain tyla but it is not so large it can't be worn with skirts as well as with pants tucked in very comfortably. I do have a small calf so would pay attention to the diameter measurement in the description. My daughter whose calf is 2 1/2 inches larger than mine could not zip these up.

Awesome pair of shoes - I have 'big' legs so this boots is just perfect. They fit comfortably. Their lining is very nice also. I bought 2 pairs, a black and a brown. I wish more people would make boots for those who doesn't have skinny legs.

LOVE this boot! Beautiful, beautiful boot. My boyfriend loves them! Wear with thick socks and comfort inserts and you can wear it all day!

Love em! These boots are great! I've been looking for boots that are stylish and comfortable, and I've found them. If they didn't fit, not to worry, the return is free. Who can beat that! I ordered them one evening, and received them the next day. That is a first for me. I am impressed.

Classic, sexy, comfy boots - I have these in black and they are awesome. The leather is soft and even after a year of wear, still looks great. The heel is not 3 inches, but more like 2 1/2 and the sole is neither stiff nor heavy so these boots are very comfortable even if you have to walk a great deal. No breaking-in time was required. The inside of the shaft is lined with some sort of cushy fabric, which makes these boots extra-warm for winter weather. I have slim ankles and athletic calves (around 14.5-15 inches around) and these fit perfectly. I can fit leggings, thick tights or thin pants underneath them but nothing very bulky. I am a consistent 6.5 and these fit true to size. I can wear both a thin and medium-thick sock with these. I didn't have any trouble with the sole being too slick, but you can always buy those little stick-on traction pads at the drugstore to remedy that. So glad I bought these!

Athletic Calves - For all you athletes - step aerobics, running, stepper, etc. these are a bit bigger than the "norm" 14 inch calved boots. I ordered a wide calf boot and there was at least an inch gap between my calf and the boot. Like goldilock's these are just right. If you need a little bit more than the average calf - these are your boots and the leather is pretty nice too. I would have liked them to be a bit higher but I guess when you have "issues" your just happy to have a boot that fits well.

Sofft Tyla II Boots - Just bought these boots from Zappos and had them the next day. What great service Zappos and thank you so much. These Sofft Tyla ll boots are one of the most comfortable boots I've ever put on, the leather is very soft the inside has some padding that keeps your calves warm. After purchasing my first pair of brown Tylas, I sent for a black pair. Just Love them so much I can wear them under jeans or with skirts. Very quality craftsmanship and the calf measured very true to size which doesn't happen very often! I usually wear a 7 1/2 to 8, I got one in each size and they are both great. The only thing I would suggest for these great boots is purchasing a thin shoe pad for the bottom because when you walk on hard pavement they need just a little bit but I wore them all evening and had no problem. Its just a little something to add or wear a thick sock.

Very Chic & Soft--Love them! I bought these in dark brown with gold lacing/trim. I was very excited to get them and they arrived so quickly! They are a nice height with enough calf room to fit over my calves w/leggings or skinny jeans. I especially love the corset lacing up the back & touch of gold trim--my 16 yr old daughter is so jealous of me! I couldn't believe how soft the leather was. I recommend them highly unless you have narrow calves. They work well for fuller/athletic calves. Sofft brand shoes/boots are always comfortable and the heel height was not too high. There was enough room for me to wear a thin cotton trouser sock instead of just pantyhose--but not enough room for a thicker sock.

THE BEST BOOT - These boots are absolutely fabulous! I fell in love with the black one and then had to have them in brown. They are so comfortable and fashionable. A MUST HAVE boot!

Very nice, comfortable boots - The boots are lined inside, which makes them quite warm. Nice, soft leather. Comfortable, though sized quite big. Have about 15.5/15 inch calves, and these fit very well.

Yeah these work well... I love these boots! I have thick calves and there was still room to tuck my skinny jeans in. They are so comfortable. I could run 5 miles in these boots if I had to. I have high arches and they like the fit too. People are probably going to get sick of seeing me wear them... lol ;)

Excellent pair of boots - I was looking for a nice pair of black, heeled dress boots, and a friend of mine has always been a fan of Sofft, so I chose these. What drew me to them, besides the lace-up look back, was the slight platform look. I first ordered a 6.5, thinking these would be dress boots and worn with thin hosiery; they fit but were a little too snug and definitely too tight in the leg. Sent them back (yay Zappos impeccable service!) and got the 7. MUCH better, though the legs are still just a little too tight for my calves. Nothing a shoemaker won't be able to fix, though. They're super-comfortable, too, and easy to walk in. If I had one thing to change, I might make the toe a little pointier, but that's minor quibbling. These are a great, reasonably price pair of boots.

Sofft Tyla II - I cannot believe how much I love this boot! Quite comfy, the leather stretches enough to accommodate my somewhat wide feet, good support. Easiest 3" heel I've ever walked on. I love it so much I got it in 2 colors. Enjoy!

LOVE this boot! This boot is beautiful and comfortable- what an unusual combination! I have very athletic 16" calves and these babies zipped right up with no trouble- even enough room to slip a finger between the top and my leg. I wore them right out of the box and my feet were still happy at the end of a 10-hr day. They are a bit large around the ankle, but wearing them with socks was comfortable. I ordered the boots at 11pm and they arrived the next day- love Zappos shipping!!!

Lovely boots - I mis-measured my calves before buying these, so I ended up having to have elastic put in them to make them fit, despite this being the wide-calf version of this boot. But the boots themselves are lovely, as ever from Sofft -- great quality leather and a good fit. The toe box was not quite as padded as I expected, but I think it will be more than fine once I wear it with a slightly thicker sock, and there's plenty of room to do so. All in all, I'd say measure your calf carefully (Tyla II has a 16" shaft circumference), but if they'll work for you, go for it! I'm happy with my purchase, even with the extra cost of the elastic.

Great boot but shaft too wide - I loved the comfort and style of this boot. Sexy and solid on a nice heel. Only issue is the circumference of the shaft at the upper calf. Much too wide for my calves. If you're looking for great boots for a wide calf, these are the best!

Love these shoes! These are beautiful shoes...but living up to the Sofft name, super comfortable! I love Sofft, they feel but don't look like a comfort shoe! These boots are true to size and fit like a glove! I've already walked around in them a ton, and can wear them day after day with no blisters or sore feet!
