Will make great support! These have an arch and I wouldn't pair them with shoes that already have a high arch in them though as it will make your shoes pop off.

I got a half size too large, but nothing double socks couldn't handle. Rebuying and testing the more appropriate size. Need different inserts, but these have been phenomenal for a year+. Soles are still great, but the edges of the sole to the boot are wearing and the coating is tearing. After a year of use 40 hrs per week, there are only cosmetic issues. I hesitate to throw my old ones away if I have a big chore to do.

These insoles are life changing. It's like my feet are walking on pillow-clouds with arch support. Nice high arch support but super comfortable foam padding as well. I am going to buy a ton of these for all my shoes.

These shoe supports are soft but firm and worked in sneakers after I removed the existing insole. They extended the life of my Brooks walking shoes. I use them only for high volume shoes ( sneakers) never tried in dress shoe but they probably would not fit.
My feet feel much better since using these.

I bought these to replace another brand of insert. These "Powersteps" are exactly what my feet needed. Foot problems come from a host of issues but these really made a big improvement in my comfort level. I plan to buy more!
