I should have purchased these before the Pinnacles. these seem slightly lower and they are better for me. I wish they were slightly less hard on the bottoms.
I'd also recommend:
Powerstep: Comfortlast, but they are rather thick and do not fit into every shoe

Best investment ever, no more foot pain, buying them for every pair of shoes, wish they would come in black. Wish I could wear them in sandals.

These are very comfortable - they have made a noticeable improvement in most, if not all, of my shoes. And without my having to go 300 trips around the orthotic mulberry bush!

I love these and I think they are better than the Spencos I usually buy. But I could use a higher arch and I might have to add more arch support in the left shoe. Overall I think the are super insoles.

Bought these inserts for arch support in Zumba shoes. No modifications to the inserts required to make them fit. As the arch support is very good, the inserts to take some getting used to. Overall, they are good inserts if you need sturdy arch support.

I have a history of plantar fasciitis and have narrow, low volume feet. I've worn various off-the-shelf orthotics and these are very good, but still second place to the inserts from The Walking Company. Still, these are a good value.

I got these for my husband who works in a greenhouse and is on his feet all day long. With the Powersteps in his shoes his legs and feet feel a lot better at night. He doesn't want to be without his Powersteps in his shoes, they are very comfortable! They are very true to size also.

These shoe inserts are the best.. I first got a pair from the foot doctor and then I saw them at Zappos for a better price.. I have 4 pairs and have them in all my shoes..I was diagnosed with planters facilities...the arch support from these inserts make my whole lower body feel better... they are definitely worth a try. My daughter also got them from her foot doctor and she loves them.

Of all the different pairs of inserts I bought to try, these are my favorite. I am a 8-8.5 reg to wide woman and I did not have to do anything to make them fit. They hit my arch in the correct place and they are soft. Very happy.

This is my first pair of non-drugstore inserts, so maybe I was expecting too much. These did have the arch support I was looking for that I couldn't find in the drugstore brands, but I found them to be too hard in the heel area. I wore them for an all-day shopping outing and my feet were killing me about half way through. It didn't help that the arch on my left foot felt like it was a little further back than my the other foot. I would have liked some more cushioning in the heel. This pair just didn't work out for me. They did fit in my shoes pretty well after I took the shoes' original insole.

Best replacement insole on the market. Firm arch support, very durable. I highly recommend these if you want a firm arch support.

I'm not one to usually write negative reviews but these insoles are nothing unique. They gave me no arch support whatsoever. They feel and look like regular insoles that come with shoes and definitely are not worth the price. I will be sticking with my berry superfeet and I returned these.

This is now my fifth insole I've tried from Zappos. The pinnacle wasn't comfortable because my big toe landed in a weird spot. These are true to size and have excellent arch support. They fit my size 8 shoes. I'm going to have to buy insoles for my 8.5 shoes. I will probably buy the berry superfeet.

These are the best and most comfortable foot support and help with foot conditions of all kinds I have ever used. This was a re-order for more shoes. I have many pairs in the three formats. The original is the lowest in height and the next two choices are medium and very high/deep all with increasing support. Recommend highly.

Powerstep Original was a size larger than my sneakers, but still fit. Seem to be very comfortable. Will try them in my golf shoes!

These were okay but not really working for my foot issues. I have neuroma and basically just sore tired feet. These did not have enough cushion for my issues. However, the arch support did seem quite good.

These insoles may be the answer to my problems. I overpronate and need moderate arch support and it is almost impossible to find shoes that are attractive and comfortable. The shoes I have to buy are expensive and sadly my toes make indentations in the shoe beds within a few months making them uncomfortable to wear before long. The outside of the shoes are still in good condition, but the shoe beds seem to wear out quickly and you cannot buy replacements from the shoe manufacturer. I bought a pair of Gel Asics which had a squishy very comfortable foot bed that I really liked but the arch support was not enough. I removed the footbed that came with the shoe and replaced with these and I was able to keep the new shoes and walk long distances in them. I do wish the heel and toe area of the powerstep inserts were squishier, but the arch support is great. When I put my shoes on I can feel the hard arch but within 3-5 minutes, I am no longer aware of it. So if you haven't tried them before, wear them for a little while before you decide they aren't comfortable. I had also purchased the Powerstep Pinnacle which has even higher arch support, but I am not sure I need that much. I ordered them in a half size larger and would have to cut them to fit in my shoes, so can't really try them out to know. Since buying inserts is new to me, I am going to buy multiple brands of inserts now to try them in my older shoes that I would like to continue to wear. I hope I find something that is very soft, but supportive through the arch. I bought some Spenco 3/4 length inserts in college for my dress shoes, but they don't seem make them the same way any more. As noted above, if you wear a half size shoe, make sure you try the size below or you will have to trim the inserts.

It doesn't fit into any of my shoes ... all my shoes are 6.5. I thought a 6.5 of this insert would work. I guess not. If i get a size down to 6 of the insert, it is not going to fit my feet. A 6.5 of the insert probably will fit into size 7 shoes. Then i have to buy all my shoes size 7? This is a waste of money.

Ordered these to add comfort to Lowa hiking boots. Worked like a charm! As good as the ones from my podiatrist at much less cost.

I bought this along with the active Orthoheel insert to compare them. After getting my feet used to them for a few days, I went for a hike with these. My feet were killing me by the time I finished. I did the same with the Orthoheels the next week and they didn't hurt near as much. I think these are okay for everyday use, but not for heavy walking. Maybe if it had just a little more arch support.

My entire life I've had horrendous pain in my feet because I have flat feet. I went to the podiatrist and she recommended that I purchase these insoles instead of have custom made insoles that would run hundreds of dollars. So I purchased these insoles back in October 2013. The first day I wore them I had a lot of discomfort in my feet. It felt like I had ball placed under my arch and I was trying to squish it. This made the rest of my feet sore. I didn't realize that I had to get used to them first. After the first day, my feet began to get used to them and about a week later it felt like my feet were stepping on clouds. It felt very comfortable and painless. I stand on my feet all day at work so these insoles made work less painful. I also jog everyday so I used the same insoles in my gym shoes. My feet did not slip at all while I worked out. They fit perfectly in my gym shoes. Then I decided to wear them in my slippers to see how they felt without socks. It too was wonderful. So I wore them all the time with all my shoes. My mistake was not realizing that this made them wear out faster. The pain came roaring back at the beginning of January 2014. I just ordered another pair. If you purchase these, just remember that the more you use them the faster they wear out. To prevent this, I'm ordering 2 more, one for work and the other for my workout.

Very comfortable and not bulky. I use it inside boots and walking shoes. I did not need to trim to size. I have a bunion, Morton's neuroma and an arthritic knee. I stand on my feet all day at work. These make my feet comfortable in dress boots and during exercise.

This is a great product! It was recommended to me by my sports medicine doctor after I began having pain in the joint of my large toe. I am a runner and work in a hospital setting so I am on my feet all the time. I have rather flat feet and I wear these in my work shoes everyday and find that they give me just the right amount of support with out making my feet ache or cramping my shoes. They do take a few days to break in, I had to keep my laces a little looser than normal for about three days. Once they shape to you and your shoe you will never know they are there! I will not wear another pair of work shoes without these inserts!
