I have several dozen of these insoles, they go into all of my shoes from slippers to hikers to running shoes. They used to be reasonably priced and are now crazy expensive but they keep my feet in good shape. I do not know why shoe manufacturers cannot build more rigid (these have a hard plastic bottom) and supportive insoles into their shoes to begin with.

The fit was exactly right, and the arch supports provide just the right amount of support without being intrusive.

Literally cheaper in every store in America!!

It fits nice and feels good.

They made me feet throb after only being on them for less than a hour. They also left an unpleasant odor. I've never had an odor issue before.

I love the feeling of the high arch pressure at first, then it mellows out after 2 weeks.

I'm not sure if they helped, since my shoes weren't very comfortable to begin with, with standing and walking for long periods of time.

Not thrilled that I have to use orthotics to accommodate an irritating foot issue, but these make it easy. They do lift the foot such that not all of your shoes will fit the same, nor will they work in all shoes. But for the money, and as something prescribed by my foot surgeon to help (and they have), I am impressed at how effective they are.

way too long

I did not like the quality and materials used to make this. It feels cheap and rough, and it's hard and rigid. Not bouncy or sturdy; it was uncomfortable upon try on compared to my other arch supporting insoles from a different brand, (Kuru).

Item was too big to use. I still have them in the box not being used.

These inserts are perfect. My feet and knees feel so much better since I started wearing them

These insoles did not give me arch support, they gave me a foot injury so bad I had to leave work for a week. I don't recommend these insoles.
