best inserts i have ever bought

If you have a bad back or knees, keep looking upward for better options. This is moderate in every category. Also I was expecting a lil better odor control at this price.

Size was good feels good

Honestly it feels like i put a giant stone in each shoe. Not pleasant

Way too much arch support. I have flat feet but these were uncomfortable for my needs. I gave them away.

Great insole

I received my On Cloud shoes with the insoles cut in half and 1/2 missing in each shoe so I contact Zappos customer service and I received some of the best customer service I've ever known. The rep. gave me options on how to remedy my problem and within minutes I was a satisfied customer. I had always heard that Zappos had the most phenomenal customer service and now I have experienced it for myself! I will be purchasing from Zappos regularly!

For months, my company kept pursuing "Zappos" to me. I kept denying but realizing that they wouldn't leave me alone. I had to order something. I didn't want Zappos or anything else. I DON'T HAVE TOES. Amputation of toes. What good does steel toe shoes do for me. I told them that. So I ordered insoles. Soon as I got them, I threw them in the trash.

Fit my Amazon work shoes perfectly. My arch is very supported throughout my shifts.

Absolutely terrible. I used it once in my New Balance composite toes work shoe at an Amazon warehouse and OMG! It's too thick and made the arch of my feet hurt after ... about 5 hours or so. Never again. The minute I walked through the side door at home, these were dumped into the trash. I COULD have returned them, why bothered. I do not understand WHY it's so hard to find the right insoles for New Balance shoes.

HARD AS A BRICK

Everything is moderate on this insole. Better than the worn out ones I had.

It was a good fit but they are extremely uncomfortable.

The service was fast and great the shoe fits great got a blister on my heal but just need little break in and I'm sure they will be fine overall a great pair of shoes.

The arch support was way to much felt uncomfortable.

Awesome arch support! I use these in my work boots and they fit perfectly. Normally, my feet usually start to hurt after standing for an hour without any arch support, but these Powersteps help me go on 5 hours with little to no foot pain. Great investment.

The fit and size is great. Exactly what I needed.

ordered these in December. meanwhile, they become lost in transit. Then the new years comes ;code becomes “old” and they won’t send me a new set. . . MY FEET FEEL GREAT ZAPPOS!

Feels really hard, ended up feeling my arch in pain (something that never happened to me with regular insoles)

I really like these insoles. They were recommended by my physical therapist over a year ago for my plantar fasciitis and they have helped so much. I'm not a fan of the blue color but who sees the color!

Is perfect for me, is exactly what I want, I feel less tired!
