Great customer service, shoe too small - Great service when I had to return for a larger size. However, I must say I was a bit disappointed. I've been wearing Rykas for years since they instantly cured the foot pain I had been having for months. This new pair was not quite as comfortable. Plus, it was a size too small. Now the size 9 is long enough, but a bit too wide.

Very comfortable shoe. Only fault I find are the laces. I like the round ones and these are flat. Nice looking shoe.

Ryka Tennis Shoe - I really like the shoe, except for the shoe strings. They are very thin and that makes it hard to draw the strings up tight.

Good shoe - I need a shoe that is narrow in the heel and this shoe was perfect, I did have to replace the insole with one with more support as usual. I always take a full size larger in sport shoes to accommodate insole and socks, and this shoe fit that way. Overall, I'd buy a Ryka again.

My Rykas - I love Ryka Shoes...these are quite comfortable but seem to fit just a bit smaller than the others I have gotten.

Shoes look great, fit great, but the insoles are not up to ryka's usual quality. My Ryka Pace Walkers have a better supporting insole for longer walking distances. Even tried alternate insoles in the Muse's. Hopefully, with a little more wearing time, the Muse Walkers will be as comfy as the Pace's were right out of the box.

Couldn't get the right fit - I wanted to love these shoes, but after a few walks in them, I'm just not. I ordered the 9.5 originally (which is what I wore in Brooks), but those were too big, so I went down to the 9. I've been wearing them for several days now, and my calves are killing me and they feel too small. It's too late to send them back, unfortunately, so I'm going to have to deal with them for a while. I will say this: Zappos service rocks! My original order was upgraded to overnight, and then when I made my replacement order, it was upgraded to overnight as well.

Ryka's Not What They Used to Be - I have bought Ryka's for many years and could order a size 11 and knew they would fit fine (wear a 10 in regular shoes so always got Ryka's in a size larger). I received this pair of Ryka's and they are so short my toe hits the end of the shoe. The arch is not in the right place and is uncomfortable. Wish I had listened to the many other reviews that said Ryka's have changed. Since then I've discovered some stores have stopped carrying them because of customer comments that they are no longer comfortable. What a disappointment, Ryka!

I\'ve been a huge fan of Ryka\'s for years, but these I do not like. It\'s a fairly well cushioned shoe, but the footbed has an odd arch support. The arch support goes all the way across the side of foot, hitting the outside of my foot also. It\'s very uncomfortable. Also, the toe box isn\'t as wide as usual for a Ryka, so my 3rd, 4th, and 5th toes all were pinched. I\'m shocked by all the positive reviews, but maybe it\'s just my foot. I know for sure that Ryka\'s are not the same as the used to be.
