I do a lot of purchasing over the internet and Zappos is the leader in customer service. Great company! Ryka shoes tend to run a little short so I bought mine 1/2 size larger. I like Rykas for walking because the toe box is generous and the heel more fitted so they don't slop when you walk. They're very comfortable shoes; this is my third pair. The Muse fit me the best and I like my sneakers mostly white. Not a fan of flashy colors.

Product was as described. Arrived quickly. Return (ordered two different sizes) was handled efficiently. Would definitely use this company again.

These shoes are wonderful. Very comfortable. I wear them just about everyday. The only niggling thing is that the back of the heel is a little on the high side.

I really love these sneakers. Not only are they true to fit, but they are very comfortable and stylish. I am a woman that wears size 11w for a shoe size and I am happy to find nice feminine sneakers that fit marvelous. I wish to find more styles from Ryka in the near future. Thanks Ryka.

Ryka shoes are the only shoes for walking a great deal (like 2-3 miles per day). The sizing and quality is consistent. I have been wearing same size and style (minor changes in accent color etc.) for about 8 years. Zappos is a great place to buy shoes, any shoes. Their no shipping charges both ways (buying/returning) is so convenient, not to forget the vast number of shoes to select from.

This is my third pair of Ryka shoes, and I'm sold on the brand. They are comfortable right out of the box, no break-in needed. My feet are narrow in the heels and wide in the front, and they fit me better than any other brand I've tried. I do get them 1/2 size to a full size larger than my size for dressier shoes & sandals, but that's normal for athletic shoes as I wear them with thick socks.

I am a serious walker and have worn Rykas for several years. They do tend to run short, so I buy size 8 instead of my usual 7.5. That said, they are comfortable with a narrower, more well-fitting heel than most athletic shoes I have worn in the past. The Muse has good cushioning and is very comfortable from the first time out. I keep buying Rykas every time a pair wears out because they have always served and fitted me well.

Ryka makes great shoes for fitness walking. However, it does seem as though the sizing has changed with the recent models. I have purchased Ryka stability models for five years and have always found the size 10 to be true. This summer I purchased two different models in 10 only to find that both were significantly smaller and even with very thin socks, unwearable. I purchased size 11 and only because I truly like the way the shoe is constructed (good balance between stability and cushioning), I have kept the shoes. For me this size works with thick socks. If Ryka happens to read this review, please manufacture 10.5. There is too great a difference between the 10 and 11, and based on my experience trying to purchase size 10's and finding them sold out, there is the market for this larger shoe size.

These are about my 7th pair of Rykas, and they're great. The fit is very true to size and they are extremely comfortable.

I love these sneakers. They fit perfectly. They are very cushioned on the bottom and true to length and width.
