Badass boots are as comfy as sneakers! Am rocking these badass boots right now, day 1 of wearing, and they are as comfy as sneakers! Leather is so soft, sole is cushioned, and the look is nothing less than badass. Looks so cute with a dress, and perfect for fall. I love them! I got them in Amethyst because the color was so unique, and they're beautiful. I normally wear a 7.5, but, after reading the reviews, got the 8 and it fits perfectly! (Thanks Zappos, again, for helping buy the right size!) High quality, and yes, a bit pricey, but so worth it. Will be wearing these for many years to come.

Great boots! I ordered this boot in grey and amethyst ;) Decided to keep the Amethyst boots! They are such a unique color - beautiful! They fit great... a little snug pulling them on and off for the first few wears. I could move my toes around and it fit great around the foot, too. I'm very happy ;) I know they will become more and more comfy with every wear.

Finally... I was looking for a pointed toe boot with a compassionate heel and, after about 6 pairs sent back to Zappos, this pair gets to stay. Comfortable, nice looking and very wearable. Do need my husband to pull them off, but I expect that to cease once I break them in.

Great boot! These boots feel like slippers. They are amazing. Plus they look awesome with jeans. I feel happy every time I put them on. I'm typically between an 8.5 and 9 but always order a 9 for boots. I did this with these and they fit great.

My first order was for a size 7.5 (my shoe size), which I exchanged for a size 8 because it took two of us to get the boots off my feet; me laying on the floor while my mom pulled the darn boots off. My ankles were sore after that. I had the same problem with the size 8 so I went up to a size 8.5, whew! Once the boot is on, my foot is comfortable but the shaft is very snug and rubs against my ankle bones in an obnoxious way. I absolutely love the look of these boots so I hesitate to give up. Are others having the same problem? This is my first Frye. Should I expect these guys to stretch? Help!

I wanted to love these boots. I love the vintage, aged leather look. I have another pair of Fryes and I know they have to be broken in, but these boots literally tore my feet up the day I wore them. My heels are still healing from the blisters and I was wearing thick socks and had rubbed friction block on my heels and the other pressure points.

So after reading all the reviews, I ordered a half size larger for my girl friend for Christmas. I was pretty shocked when she opened the box, loved the boots but couldn't get them on her feet. Frye makes great products so I just couldn't figure out how this could be. We went to a nearby western store and were told a simple boot horn, would make them much easier to get on. Sure enough, that simple piece of plastic made all the difference. Now she can easily get them on and almost easily get them off. If you have issues with narrow shaft boots like these, just try a long version of a shoe horn, you will be amazed.

I do not have these exact boots but I do have the Frye Billy studded pull on cowboy boots and I love them. They are very durable. About a year after I bought them a pipe burst in my room and my boots got soaked because I had left them laying on the floor. I let them dry praying they were not ruined forever and once they dried you could not even tell anything had happened to them. I have had them for almost three years and they still look brand new. I usually wear an 8 in boots but ordered half a size up because they are pull-ons and they fit perfectly. I went back and forth forever about buying them because of the price but they were definitely worth it and have held up better than any other pair of boots that I have!

Love these boots! So glad I bought them. The distressed leather looks fantastic. Glad I read all the reviews and sized up a half size. I'm usually a 6, but sometimes a 5.5, and occasionally a 6.5. I ordered a 6.5 and that worked just fine. I have athletic calves and the circumference was a tiny bit snug, but I had no problem putting them on even over jeans and I am sure they will stretch.

These boots are beautiful! I want to comment on the color. I had been looking for black boots for a long time. The black vintage was out of my size so I broke down and bought the old town charcoal. I am so glad I did!! They go with anything I would have worn the black with and the color is very nice. They are hard to get on and off but feel they will break in and be easier eventually. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfect once on.

I found these boots to be very roomy. I bought my regular size and have no trouble getting them on and off. Usual Frye quality and style. Love them.

I bought these boots for my daughter. She wears a 10-11 ladies shoe and we got the 11 boot. They fit perfectly. She gets so many compliments on these boots. They are even cuter than the picture and go well with many outfits. She cannot believe how comfortable they are and that she did not have to break them in.

The black stone wash looks very nice and natural. It's kind of tricky to put on, because the ankle area is very narrow, which is why I bought them half a size bigger than what I usually wear. But otherwise, they are very comfortable and they didn't need any breaking in. And they look awesome. I was hesitant before buying them, because I don't like pointy toes, but this one looks great.

Great boot! Love how it has a vintage/used look - tough to get on initially but break in fairly easily and are comfortable!

Maybe I have a really high arch, but I could not get my foot into the boot. They are great looking boots though, but must return.

I absolutely love my Frye boots! I would recommend them to everyone! They are simply amazing and the quality is such that I truly believe they will last forever! Well worth the extra money!

Absolutely love these boots! I was actually planning to buy the Carson boots (am not a huge fan of pointy toes), but one of the reviews said they looked awkward under pants, therefore I opted for Billy. And it was a great choice. I have them in the vintage black and they look amazing. I would totally get them in another color.
