Not only did these shoes start to fall apart soon, I was promised a refund, it never came. Even after several reminders with a promise for a refund after about 6 mo there has been no refund.

Most comfortable shoes ever, but buy several pairs because for some strange reason the big toe of my left shoe wears out in a month or so...none of my others shoes do that, or have ever done that. And buy foot powder because the shoes are going to start smelling quick I wash them probably once a week and everything holds up fine, I think they even look color faded some, but in time your big toe is going to be popping out.

This is not great! This company has never heard the saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it" So they have redesigned the laid back frayed casual Santa Cruz. Some colors already gone! What a stupid corporate decision!!

Up to now, I've always had great luck with a particular size in any Croc show. After walking for less than 5 minutes in this (same-sized) pair, however, the rear lip started irritating my heels on both feet. Having to get to work I continued on. Final result: torn off skin on both heels, which ultimately got infected. I had to use neosporin and bandages for a week. No fun...Returned them -- I hope I receive my refund soon...

Very disappointed. I have loved my past crocs, but this is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever owner. I though my feet would adjust, but they are basically unwearable. The grip on the back is too strong and it causes blisters. They also seem untrue to size..

Junk....I returned.. the shoe insole was rubber. The insole in store on this shoe is cloth over foam .. very comfortable. The rubber insole is junk.

A Very comfortable shoe if they just lasted in the toes longer. I have had 3 pairs, wear them daily, and walk the dogs 4 or 5 times a day. Still have lots of sole, but no toes. Improve the material or stitching around the toes. Not buying more till I see this happen.

I still don't own any crocus cause u refuse to make them in wide sizes! Not everyone wears size s or m width. Make wide-angle EEE

Very disappointed , these shoes were so small I could not even get them on! I ordered a size 15! Wished Crocs made more styles for large feet!

these are slippers, they look like slippers and are not suited for wearing outside. tthe online advice is to size down for half sizes, they run small so size up.

I love the looks of these shoes. They are comfortable and casual and are great to wear with blue jeans or shorts. I bought these shoes last year but have only worn them occasionally this summer. The canvas on the side of one of the shoes has already torn. I have never had a shoe last with such little wear.

I read another review that said his toe wore through the shoe. Both of my shoes wore though at the toe, too! The company might say that it is not an issue, but I never had any other shoe do that. The problem is the frayed edges get more ragged and finally give out. I bought them over a year ago, but only wore them in the summer, so in 4-5 months of wear they were trash...not very durable considering the price. They were Very comfortable while they lasted though.

While the shoes are extremely comfortable the shoes wear fast from inside so that toes then have own ventilation. wish they had half sizes to help this

This looks like a really nice casual shoe. Unfortunately I was never able to test them because I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. It's at least a full size smaller than the marked size.

These might be the hottest shoes I have ever worn! The canvas type shell mixed with the Croc material compounded with no vents makes your feet sweat like mad! Very unsatisfied with this shoe. Yes, they are comfy but wearing them for any length of time is impossible due to their inability to breathe. Great concept, horrible execution.

I've worn crocs for a few years now. Mostly the Classic style. So I thought that I'd try a different style and went to the Santa cruz. So far I've had them for a few weeks and already had to sew one of the seems that came open while wearing them. Nothing else has happened but I wouldn't be surprised if it did. Not impressed!

I LOVE THESE SHOE. Traction (bottom sole) wear out too soon.
Which leaves me with extremely slick shoes. It is very frustrating. I have most likely slipped over 10 times when coming in from rain or snow onto a tile or other smooth floor.
The Bistros shoes I have had held up great, because they have the extra slip resistant sole on the bottom.
I with you guys would put crocs lock or other hard rubber slip resistant soles on all your shoes.
Thanks.
Great shoe. Very comfortable. Just too slippery.

My son loved these shoes, but the stitching completely came apart at the elastic piece and the top seam. I've never seen a pair of shoes fall apart after only four months of gentle wear. The stitching just separated. Would not suggest this style and how poorly the stitching held. "Might" try a different style.
