Very small. Don't bother ordering if you are size D or wider or have a high instep. Yes, i could return them but it still cost me $7.50 in shipping.

Do not run true to size. I have purchased several pairs of Crocs over the years and these run small. They will be going back.

Very disappointed. The shoe had very light canvas that would crease on the bridge of my foot which was uncomfortable. I have returned the shoes.

Shoe marked size 8 but are small, don't fit.

Impossible to get the shoe on with the insole in it.

I had no choice of ordering anything in a half size, so ordered a size 10 ( I wear 9-1/2) The shoe is large enough but I can't get it on my foot. There isn't enough give in the elastic I guess.I like the shoe if I could get it on my foot. Steve Dow

Material looks good but the sizing is not very good. VERY,VERY NARROW overall Always wear a size 10 with no problem but couldn't even get my feet all the way in because the shoes were so narrow.

My husband liked the shoes but they unfortunately didn't fit well. I was really disappointed to find out I had to pay 3/4 of the price of what I paid for the shoes to return them! They do not offer free returns so I will not be purchasing from this company again.

The sizing is off. Every other pair of shoes I own are size 12. I can't even begin to get these size 12 Crocs on my feet.

Received my size 15 Santa Cruz 2 loafers 2 weeks ago and upon opening the box I immediately noticed a large wrinkle across the top of both shoes-as if the cut of the cloth comprising the tongue/top was too large but sewn into the shoe and shipped anyway. Bottom line Crocs, your QC department needs to be a LOT more diligent.

I got the shoes and the pair was too right. I usually wear 9.5 size but as per recomm beat ion on your consumer app, I bought down to lower full size which was 9. I then took the pair for exchange to your crocs factory store at Philadelphia Premium Outlet and did not find any santaxruz's to chose from. On top of that they offered store credit instead of refunding my money or order the other pair which I needed for my home delivery. I had to use my credit on something which was totally not needed. So for me it was a very bad experience and I feel like having wasted my money on this entire transaction and unnecessary pain in travel to the mall which is 90 mins from my home. Not happy at all.

One shoe fells larger than the other, and also, I purchased a half size larger than I need and they are still too tight.

Well, I haven't opened them yet, as they're a Christmas gift. I can say, however, that my first impression wasn't a good one. What kind of surprise comes with the company logo plastered across the package?

Hurts heel when wearing with no socks, too rough in back

Bought this as a gift, too bad the outside packaging has CROCS sghown on it. So much for the surpise. I ordered the shoes on 11/27 and finally got them on 12/11/16. I didn't expedite the shipping because regular shipping was 7-10 days NOT 15 DAYS! Probably won't order again due to slow delivery and packaging.

Very hard to get foot into. Once fwet were in, it rubbed against the top of my foot. Very tight. Will be returning. Disappointed! Bring back the stretch sole loafers. They were much easier to get into.

I got these because they were super-cheap from some sale, and cheap they are. I bought them in a larger size because I read they run small, and they were still too small. The intentional fraying keeps fraying. The heel is so flimsy that I can't slip them on - the heel keeps folding down. I would return them, but I won't because I have to pay for shipping (a real negative for Crocs). I had such good luck with all my other Crocs, but my luck ran out on this pair.

I need to return them, they are way too small. The fit of the clogs is good with socks on but these won't fit with no socks. Please send me a return code so I can return them. Thanks For Asking and please send my return code.

Not a good review. They changed the insole from a padded one to a rubber one, please, please, please bring the padded insoles back!
