Love the crocs I have. Wear all the time for foot comfort but wanted something that looked less casualso ordered these. I have a high arch and wide feet - never been a problem with regular crocs, Ordered 1/2 size large as suggested. No way are my feet able to go into these shoes. I now understand the difference between standard / relaxed/ and roomy! Too bad nothing roomy in a less casual design. Will try elsewhere.

I don't have the tie to send them back went to thrift store

Came in too small my hubby has 5 pairs. When I called customer service, I was told about new sizing. Never saw this on website. Had to pay to get them shipped back Should have been informed to order a larger size Hate to pay shipping back

Stiff fabric. Very uncomfortable

Previous Crocs purchases had a wider width & fit great. These were in the same size I previously bought 7 I couldn't even get them on my feet. I had to return them. Will never order online again!!!!!!!!!

Not wide

Its to thight. Not a good product for casual shoes. I return it. Unwearable.

If you are looking for 1/2 size they tell you to go up the next whole 1/2 size . If this doesn't work and they are to big they will charge you $ 7.50 to return them. They should honor a free return if the information they provide is not reliable.

the tan color is so ugly, i had the same pair of shoes a couple of years ago and it was grey..great color...wasn't avail. when ordering, so i thought i'd try this color....the worse i've seen in a long time.....great shoe and best for comfort ever owned, but this color is just soooooo bad....

Seem to run small. I am returning them and ordering the next size up.

Not true to size...can wear a 15 in any shoe but these.

They are smaller than the previous pairs I've purchased.

Not a fan. Heal rubbed raw the first time I wore them.

Terrible product. 12 is usually a half-size too big for me, and this STILL didn't fit. Super narrow, and super cheap construction. And I had to pay shipping for the return. I will probably not buy a Crocs product again because this experience.

Most uncomfortable crocs ever! Never needed moleskin before! The bottom of the tongue is very abrasive

It seams the color Expresso showed in the website is pretty similar to black. I would choose black, instead I received a dark brow shoe. Disappointed.

Too small

Wanted to order this produce, Santa Cruz at 50% off. When I go to the check out it shows full price. What is with that??

Purchased 4 pairs and they all wore out the big toe. Won't buy them again until they fix this.

This company seems to have caused their own demise. They claim 50 off, but the prices at the 50 off reflect what the goods should be selling for in the first place. The website asks for the gender and size, etc, but then the viewer is offered shoes not available in the size they selected. Too often, when one finally does find a pair they might care to purchase, the sizing is off and the product is not comfortable enough. This company is a mess, from top to bottom. Waste of time. Farewell.

Very very small size 15 couldn't even fit it on my foot.

Didn't last long with hole in one of the shoes with the big toe.

The color was different from the picture. I would like to return these shoes.
