I bought the same size Crocs I've been wearing for years and they are not wide enough.

The material at the back of the shoe is a little too high which causes the "stiff" material to rub against your skin above the heal causing blisters. Additionally, the stretch material that allows for your foot to insert into the shoe doesn't stretch enough and causes difficulty getting the shoe on or off as well as bunching up the shoe material causing a crease across the top of the shoe below the tongue.
I own many pairs of crocs and this is the only pair I would never purchase again. I would select another shoe before purchasing this one.

I ordered these for my husband in his normal size, when they arrived they were so narrow he couldn't get his foot all the way in them to try them on for length/fit, so I had to return them. They looked nice though and I think they would be comfortable if they fit your foot.

A new sole design has removed the softness and cushioning effect. I have a bad heel problem and these were about the only comfortable shoes I could wear. The search is on for a replacement or I'll be walking in pain from now on.

I am very sad I have to return these. My husband has always worn the leather Santa Cruz loafers to work and loves them. I purchased these because I thought they were the same as the original with added cushion to the sole. These are advertised as leather, but they are not leather. They are actually extremely similar to suede, which my husband said will crease after the first wear and look just like his two year old leather Santa Cruz loafers (but within days). He will not wear them, so I have to return them. Sadly those were the only crocs he liked, and because of the change in materials we will no longer be crocs customers.

I purchased the Men's SantaCruz2 Lux loafer for my boyfriend.
He wears size 13 so had him try on a 13 at Acadmy Sports he couldn't fit into a 13 so we looked for a 14 could not find a 14. I looked on line and found a 14. He still could not fit his foot into the 14. It was not the length but the top of the loafer was not tall enough so that his foot could fit comfortably in them with out feeling like his circulation was cut off.
He said maybe a 15. I said no it is not the length but the height. Need to return. It was easy to find and order what I wanted so I hope returning will bee just as easy. I was sent a return shipping label and instructions on how to return them.
Yes I would order from crocks.com again and I have. It is just his foot is long and thick.

I wish to send this pair back, as the shoes are too large. I have asked for a return label to send, but nothing has been provided to date. My complaint is that the sizing instructions were incorrect, I use ASICS at size 10.5, but the size 11 recommendation from your website was not correct. Should I try the size 10?

This shoe runs narrow. If your foot runs even a little wide, do not buy these shoes

ese shoes are really comfortable, without a doubt. I'm not really sold on how they look. The leather is already getting kind of wrinkled on the top of the foot and I've only worn them a couple times. They are also really warm which is expected since they're leather, but not ideal during the hot summer months

Product is good. I ordered this product and two pair of flip flops. But...customer service no longer exists for this brand. Too bad!

Shoes are good. Slightly wider that expected but good. However customer service is really poor. I ordered and expected delivered in time for a trip. I called and emailed customer service many times with no response. Could not get ahold of anyone. When I did get a auto email back it provided no help and was too late for my trip. Overall expected much more from a brand like Crocs.

Bought the Cruz 2 Luxe in hopes that the toes would not wear out as quickly as the regular Santa Cruz, but these are difficult to put on and take off and feel too tight when being worn. I ordered and received the same size as my previous two pairs of the Santa Cruz. Not a good investment for me.

Very comfortable. However the back of the shoe constantly rubs against my back heel. I did go a size up. I hope the shoe wears out overtime and not my heel.

I wore the shoes out on the street one time in my town and found both pair were a full size too large, even though I knew the size before purchasing. Can I take them back to the store and exchange them for something that fits better?

The fit is narrow and much tighter than Crocs. So I must return. Sorry but I liked the color.

Not too happy, as these do not quite fit.
They are a bit too tight, and going to next size up is way too big.
I have a 1 year old SantaCruz, of same #12 size, and when i compare to the new #12 size, the older shoes are slightly bigger (slightly wider sole, slightly longer shoe, and the overarch is slightly looser). Don't know what happened but you must have changed the forms on which you build these. Unfortunately going to the next size with is #13 is just way too big.
