They looked fine, but they ran so small the person I gave them to was unable to even put his feet in them.

Horrible fit. I've Bought several pairs of Santa Cruz/loafers. These are not true to size they are small and hurt my toes. The other pairs I've bought have more room in them.

shoes came wrong color also the shoes i receive they are not the same color one is darker than the other need refund or the right color both the same color

I ordered 2 pair size M11 one the khaki/khaki and one the darker brown. The Khaki/Khaki came in size 13. When I called customer service it took me 30 minutes to get through, then I was told that I have to take a picture of the shoes with the incorrect size and send it to the email they sent me. I have no way to send a picture as I do NOT have email on my phone. I think the customer service should be more sensitive to those that don't have the devices to do such things. What happened to send a return label and a box (my shoes came in a plastic mailer bag) I have ordered items from the crocs site but never have I been so disappointed as this time.

Not very comfortable

While I've been buying from the previous Santa Cruz model this new ones are not that durable, the front toe part already started to tear in less than 3 months.

I've owned the Santa Cruz models for years. The lowers are super comfy but the uppers now are way too stiff making them uncomfortable.

Half sizes would be beneficial. Shoe is either too small or too big.

Purchased on 5/27/19, arrived on 6/4/19....bent heel. Contacted customer service,no response as of 6/12/19.

Way too narrow, had to return them.

I have had a 5-6 pairs of these over the last 5-6 years and they were my favorite shoes. Barefeet, socks, it didn't matter, these were so comfortable and hands down my favorite shoes. Always size 15. The last pair I ordered is tight and constricting so I am not sure if they have changed something with them but they are not the same comfy shoes I was used to. Trying on my older pairs again I verified it. After a few hours this pair is too constricting. I will try another pair again down the road and hope it was just the one pair that is the issue. The material also seems to be stiffer and not as soft as my older pairs and rubbed my feet raw without socks which never happened before. These used to be perfect right out of the box. Two of my older pairs were stashed in the back of cars so I always had a back up pair of shoes on hand or just a pair of shoes if I was off somewhere in flip flops so I know I am comparing pairs with similar amounts of wear between them and not something that has been worn months vs something that has been worn only a few days or weeks. Please keep your product consistent Crocs. I noticed similar issues with your original Crocs a few years back and am afraid to get another pair of those as I think the sizing changed from what it used to be.

I use to love Crocs but as I'm getting older me feet a swelling up and have to cut the elastic side to make them fit. If they would start making wide and extra wide so me feet can fit comfortable it would get more stars. Sorry to say won't be buying anymore after about 10 year of buying them

Too small to wear

Was instructed by Crocs to go for the next size down if you're in a half size range. I did, they were tight, but I assumed they would stretch per Crocs' instruction. Now I've worn them outside and can't return them, and I'm stuck with shoes that are too small.

I got the same size last year and these are too big. I gave them away.

Not for me, tho it is well made. Definately not like the original version of the Santa Cruz - this version is much stiffer and narrower, and doesn't seem to be as soft in the sole. I suppose it will work for some as it is nicely finished, just not for me.

It said to size down for 10.5. I did and they are too short . I don't want to pay for s/h tho to exchange them

I found these shoes very much not true to size. I was just barely able to get them on and my foot was crushed. Been a solid size 15 since 1990. Standard style Croc clogs at 15 fit great.

The size 15 was too short on right side. This . is my third pair of Crocs. The first one tore open, I still use the second that are comfortable. I want to try again with the leather kind but I am not sure they will fit.

I have owned no less than 8 pairs of these shoes in the last 8 years. I buy them because they are the most comfortable shoes that I've ever owned. Imagine my disappointment to discover that you have changed the design, albeit slightly, and raised the back of the shoe so that it goes past the back of my ankle and digs into my lower leg when I walk. So VERY disappointing. Why can't you people just stick with the design that people, your customers, desire? Very disappointed, one time loyal, customer.

I never got to wear them... The write up said that if you wore a 1/2 size to get the size smaller. Well, that didn't appear to be true. I wear a 10-1/2 so I ordered a size 10. I could hardly get my toes in the shoe. I was looking forward to wearing them but couldn't - Very disappointed. I had to pay to send them back and did not order a larger size.

Sizing is so inconsistent!

These shoes arrived VERY scuffed up. They've started to detach from the sole after less than a week's wear. Comfortable but very disappointed with these.
