The boots started out kind of stiff and narrow-like but they are becoming the most perfect boots.

I bought these boots to wear while working on our farm. They are excellent work boots. They are nice and rugged. Due to the fact that I have a very narrow foot, I wear two pair of socks with them but find that is not a problem. I am very pleased with the protection and comfort they offer while working.

Love them! Took them right out of the box, and left for a week long motorcycle ride. Fit like I have owned them for years, easy to walk in, comfy on the bike, wonderful traction on hot slippery roads. I cannot say enough good things about these boots!

Best boot I've ever owned. Was not sure but ordered it and so glad I did. I won't buy anything else from now on. I work on cement all day and they are so comfortable, better than tennis shoes. Like walking on air, and so easy to break in, just two days and they were perfect.

Great boots. Very comfortable with little to no break-in needed. Able to wear during mild to cool weather. Would be too warm in hot weather due to insulation, as my feet sweat easily. Construction is heavy duty so they will last for many years. I wear a size 12.5 and the 13 fit perfect. Zappos is the place to purchase shoes. I received my order quickly and their return policy is top shelf. I found this out because I originally ordered a size too small. So they sent me the next size up before I had returned the first pair. I don't know of many companies that will do that.

I love my boots, very comfortable. I bought them to wear when my husband and I ride our Harley.

I and everyone around me love this boot! I have gotten compliments from all the men I work with. They are extremely comfortable, cushioned and even though they are a bit heavy, I can walk in them all day at work and feel just great! I work in construction and have been able to climb up steep slippery terrain with them no problem, also just check up on normal day to day construction and feel good. The size - it's just a tad big for me, I got them in 7 when I am a 6.5 but I resolve it by using thicker socks. I would highly recommend this boot!

These are the most comfortable boots I\'ve had. I didn\'t have to break them in and I can go all day without my feet hurting. I\'ve always loved the Dr. Marten brand because of their dependability and comfort.

Accurate to sizing chart. I just stood on a ruler. Comfortable, tough, and awesome. I've been looking for new boots for the last couple of years while my favorites were wearing out. These are the only ones that met my standards. Oh, and the heels are tall. It gives you a couple inches.

THESE ARE AWESOME BOOTS! Zero, and I mean zero break in time. Buy some Smart Wool socks to go with them and you cannot go wrong. The first time I wore them was to hike up snake mountain in Middlebury, VT, felt like I was wearing my moccasins. Kept me warm but not too warm and cool but not too cool. Go to the Dr. Martens site and look up care instructions and these will last forever. I started wearing Docs 10 years ago and have never been disappointed but this time I was blown away, I WILL NEVER BUY BOOTS FROM ANYONE ELSE EVER! Zappos has always been my go to shoe buying place and will continue to be as long as they keep up the great service and quality product choice.

These boots are the best I have bought in sometime. I work in the dietary/food service field and have for 20+ yrs. I'm on my feet 8-16 hrs. a day, I wore my boots to work the day after I got them, no break in time, I wear a 10 1/2 so I ordered a UK 10 they are great. I have one foot fatter then the other just a little so I have to get wide or a size up, truth to tell these boots I would recommend to anyone in fact I have told friends about them and about this wonderful web sight

Great Boots - They seem rugged and they are very comfortable. Slightly hard to drive in, takes some getting used to.

We purchased these boots for my husband in May, 2011. Yes, they have work to do, but almost from purchase, the sole separated from the leather around the base. My husband needed work boots so badly, and he is a man, he never returned them, but they have been a source of disappointment and frustration, as the quality is not there, though the fit was great for long hours of heavy work. Are they under warranty still? We rarely write about products, but overall thought initially we would stay with Doc Martens, as they offer size 14 and are rugged and long-wearing boots, as experienced in past purchases over many years of requiring heavy-duty work boots that provide comfort during long days on old feet. Thank you. We would like to remain loyal to this brand. Customer service is important to us, and complaints are uncomfortable. A response would be appreciated. Thank you.

When new they was ere fine. I work off shore and they stared coming apart at the soles. A day later they came off one of the boots.

I put off getting these for too long. I love the style and fit. I have narrow feet and get frustrated when the eyelets of other shoes and boots overlap or leather folds in an unattractive way. No problems here. I always loved Docs.

Dr Marten once again shows it is a superior product. There has been no break in period just a supreme comfort from the first fit. They look amazing and will surely get you some admiring comments from others. I would like to see the cherry red color available for this boot.

These are super comfy from day one. Nice leather, great overall ankle and foot support, wore them 12 hrs a day for three or four days in a row, love them! Yes they run 1/2 a size large, roomy fit but good adjustment with laces. Lets see how they age.

I was looking for combination motorcycle/work in the yard boots and these totally fit the bill. I tried on six different pairs of boots and all the Caterpillar boots hurt my ankles and I could tell would need a lot of breaking in. Not the case with these, I wore them for about six hours two days in a row with no break in period. Super comfortable. I have narrow feet and can slip out of them with effort without untying but despite that my footing was secure in the yard, this was the case for all the other ones I tried on too. Only thing was the dog ate the first pair before I could even wear them so I had to get a second pair. Small issue with the second pair but zappos customer service is awesome as usual!
