Perfect for a zinging tendon from a previous injury. Birkenstocks are the only shoes that i can wear full time in comfort.

Birkenstock delivers again! After my last Bostons fell apart at the seams (only after about 15 years of wear around the house) I am so happy to have a fresh pair. Amazing look and feel. Will buy again . . . in 15 years. :)

gift for my husband. he normally wears a 9 or 9 1/2 shoe/boot and i ordered the 42, which he says fits perfectly. i also ordered the regular width and he says it fits fine. he loves them but since he normally wears boots he thinks his friends will laugh at him for wearing birkenstocks (but he doesn't care).

I love these shoes! They are awesome and a great value! I purchased them for work (I work in a hospital) because I'm on my feet most of the day. Another reason I purchased them was because we have a local show repairman that can resole them so it's like getting a new pair of shoes I don't have to break in again. I love that they can be resoled.

These are super comfortable and supportive. They also clean up well with basic shoe cleaning tools. I wore them at a campsite and the oiled leather took a hit being around and managing the campfire. In the morning they were covered in dust and soot and I was afraid their oiled finished was permanently wrecked. I used leather cleaner to get the residue off and then a suede shoe brush to restore their original lookâ??phew!

IN LOVE! I started wearing the Birk sandals to work in on the summer and now these for the colder months. I'm a hairdresser and am on my feet 8+ hours a day and I have NOT feet nor back pain when I wear them.

I have a pair of Arizona's that I wear in the summer time that I love. I really missed wearing them in colder weather so I purchased these and now I have foot comfort all year round. I have chronic foot pain and plantar fascia that I wear prescription inserts for with all of my other shoes but I don't need them with these. I am on my feet all day and I used to wear Dansko and I like these much better. Thank you Birkenstock for making quality made shoes that make my feet feel great!

I had a pair of these several years ago that I wore until they fell apart. Once broken in, they are the most comfortable shoe you can imagine.

I absolutely love these clogs! I purchased the Habana Oiled Leather and the color is rich and warm. I work in a business casual office and I can wear these everyday and fit right in. I have worn these every single day since I bought them. The first day they were a little stiff, but the more I wear them the more they mold to my feet. The only bad thing that I can say, is that I wish I had bought a pair sooner! I wear a size 9½ and the 40 fits perfectly and I am glad that I got the regular width. I am planning on buying more pairs in different colors and I cannot wait to expand my collection!

The shoe is very comfortable and well built. However, if you have narrow feet, this style is not for you. It runs very wide. They should make this style in womens and mens rather than unisex. That would resolve the width issue.

I had to laugh about the comment that wearing Berks is like walking on rolled coins. I've been wearing them for 30 years or more. They're the best! Especially if you have wide feet and need arch support, which I do after going barefoot for the first 30 years.

Excited to receive this pair of shoes. They are comfortable and fit true to size. They did not require any "break in" time. My first pair are 11 years old and still going strong. Can't wait to enjoy this pair for another 11 years.

Great shoes that offer the comfort of Birkenstocks with a slightly dressier look than the open toe classics they offer. As an added benefit - if you insist upon wearing socks with your "stocks" then these covered toe Birks are less offensive to those who call that a bad fashion move.

Recovering from a nagging foot injury to the area of my metatarsal arch, I slipped on my ancient Birkenstock Milano sandals in search of relief from discomfort. Ahhhh! They felt so good that I decided to invest in some new Bostons for everyday business casual wear. I have huge feet, and concluded via reading online about how these shoes should fit (+ ordering and having to return my sandal size in the Boston model) that I have been wearing too-short Birkenstock sandals all these years. It may be a good idea to check your fit and consider ordering a size up if these are your first close-toed Birks. They feel even better when they fit exactly right!

I've been a long-time wearer of Birkenstock sandals. After 3 foot surgeries they're about all I can wear comfortably for a whole day of walking. In normal shoes I wear a 7.5 or 8, in Birkenstocks I'm a 38, and that gives me plenty of room. The Boston style clogs are new for me, but I wanted a closed-toe pair of shoes for the winter. In the future I'll probably order a narrow width. Birkenstocks can take a few wearings to break in and develop a custom fit to your foot, but once they do they're perfect. The new "soft" footbed might eliminate that breaking in period, I've yet to try it.

These new Birkenstocks are stiffer than I remember, but I am really happy with how these look. The leather is the same as my favorite black Frye motorcycle boots. I am sure that they will wear in well through the summer and become my new favorites.

I wear an 8 1/2 narrow shoe and 1st ordered a size 39. It was a little too short so sent it back and got a size 40 which is perfect. Both times the shoes came the very next day. I love Zappos for this reason and for their great return policy. The charge credit was handled very quickly.

I love Birkenstocks so don’t get me wrong……….. felt like this pair was molded to someone’s feet prior to receiving. Hurts my feet breaking the mold but I’m sure I’ll get over it sooner than later .

Sigh, I'm in between sizes with Birkenstock which makes the process of finding a good fit nearly impossible. But I've managed to score a few the aren't bad. The Boston's however, seem even longer than my Arizona's and way wider too. I tried to size down but they were too small, my toes were actually cramped in the toe box. Birkenstock please make half sizes. The arch support is perfect as with most Birkenstock, and the leather construction is well done for a durable feel. They are quite comfortable with socks as well as without. As for appearances, wellllll I like to call this the cute cottage hobbit girl look. Pair these with a little loose dress just above the knee a cute fall button granny sweater and some cute knitted socks and viola! Cottage core hobbit look.

I’m a size 8 in most shoes but I wear a 38 narrow in the Arizona sandals and since I couldn’t find this particular Boston clog oiled black leather in narrow width I just tried the regular width in size 38. Unfortunately it was too short and my toes hit the top of the shoe. It was also too wide. I think a 39 narrow would’ve fit me better. I have not tried the 39 regular width yet. I did try the 39 narrow in the suede soft footbed version in the store and it fit me and was comfortable. Might just have to go with the suede clogs. The suede also felt softer these are more stiff and hard but I do like the black oiled leather look. I hope they make a narrow width available.

Runs very large -- 2 full sizes. Size chart says 37 fits a U.S. size 6-6.5. I normally wear a 7-7.5 and had to return the size 37 for 36, which fits perfectly. I will wear these as garden clogs. They are not pretty, but they're very comfortable on my problematic feet (including no arch & arthritis) and provide better support than regular gardening clogs I've found. The oiled leather is very nice.
