Size large Standard received is closer to XXL than L. Don't know if mismarked or all have this problem.

I have always had the best of luck ordering products for my husband online, but this shirt ran two sizes too large. It just swamped him! It would have been nice if this was made known on the website and in the descriptions of the PFG items.

This is a great shirt- but runs very big

I love the polo just couldn't wear it, I usually wear a large so that's what I ordered but it was more like a xxlarge. I just gave it to someone else. And they love it.

I dwell on the line between S and M. Ordered the S and was swimming in it. Comfortably fit my husband who normally wears L or XL.

I sent it back the XL size that fits me in other types of Columbia sportswear shirts was so large on me in perfect cast that i could have fit another me in the shirt. The upside was the shirt is well made has nice mesh, covering a vent system on the back. So if you buy these do it in the store so you can make sure it fits.

I ordered a Men's small. I ended up giving this polo shirt to my nephew would wears a Medium. The shoulders on this shirt droops over my shoulders. I guess the design was meant for casting a fishing rod without restrictions. But for me, this shirt was TOO large. Shirt material is slightly heavy but comfortable.

As with all Columbia clothing, the quality is great. The fabric is nice, and the style is functional. However, I ordered up in size (I usually get XXL), and it was HUGE! Unfortunately, I had to return everything I ordered in this size. That won't keep me away though as I plan to re-order in a size smaller!

I was excited to receive this new purchase but this shirt runs very, very large. It's essentially almost a size or two too big. I would recommend getting a size smaller than what you would think. I plan on giving it to my father as it looks like a tent on myself.

Love the quality and comfort of the shirt. Description said they ran large so I ordered one sz down. Mistake, for the fit you of business casual you may want to order 2 sz down

I normally wear a medium so I placed my order with that in mind. When I received my shirt I knew immediately that this was going to be too big. When I tried it on my first thought was the shirt must be mislabeled. It swallowed me. More like an xtra lg than a medium. I will be returning this.

The shirt is a great fabric, plenty of room in shoulders but sleeve length seems mismatched to the rest of the shirt.

These shirts run very large and the material seems to snag worse than something like the Utilizer Polo. Otherwise a good shirt for casual office or outdoor work.

I ordered 2 perfect cast polo shirts. One yellow, one blue. The yellow shirt is fine, the same as the other 5 colors I have. The blue shirt not so much. No Columbia logo on the chest, it's on the sleeve, no omni-shade logo on the sleeve. Not sure why the two shirts are different. I am a bit disappointed.

I love these shirts. They are cool and comfortable. The sizing is fantastic. They launder very well. One issue I have had which is why I rated it "3" is that the material picks very easily. Brush up against anything and a thread will be pulled. Two of my shirts have suffered this; one on the first wearing. It looks bad and I will only wear when not in public. Otherwise they are great shirts.

Probably should get a size smaller than normal.

I read all the reviews before buying this shirt online and saw that the fit ran fairly large, but I still bought a medium, because I wear either a medium or large for every shirt I own. However, when I received the shirt in the mail and put it on it was huge. For any other brand it would probably be considered an XL. I am 5'11" and 150 lbs. The quality of the shirt seems very good, but the fit was just way too loose for me.

Very prompt service. Appears to be a great quality product. I rated this product 3 stars only because of the hassle involved in exchanging it. I have bought other Columbia shirts with no problems. However, the sizing of this model is WAY OFF. Order one size smaller than you usually wear and enjoy.

Boughtthree of the shirts last year from a Belk store. Loved those shirts. The ones I purchased online from Columbia were not the same material. The ones bought online were much thinner. Disappointed but needed shirts for job.

I like the three button front and the weave, color, ect. I do not like the back and the "vents". I wish it didn't have the flap over the back shoulders. Nor, do I like the triangle "target" in the middle of the back. I wish I would have realized it and I would have ordered the NEW UTILIZER versus the perfect cast. My suggestion: increase the color selection of the NEW UTILIZER polos and offer more selection with that more traditional style. I also wanted the PERFECT SHOT in black Large but they didn't have. That was my orignal choice. When it was out, I looked for a different black polo thinking I just wanted a plain black polo.

I bought two of these shirts online, thinking with the word "polo" in the description, they would be good business casual wear. I intended to wear them at work. However, the vented back and especially the large triangular "Professional Fishing Gear" logo on the back, neither of which was apparent from the online picture and description, make them, in my opinion, unsuitable for an office environment. The fit and overall quality of these shirts are excellent, but their usefulness is limited to vacation or other leisure time.

I have been a Columbia customer for many years and love the product. However, I recently purchased (5) of these shirts from a company that handles the Co-op for our company. Ordering is all done online so I didn't have a chance to see the shirts in person prior to ordering. Big mistake.... I received the shirts and love them all except the fit. The fit is WAY TO BIG! I am a large, always have been, but I swear that the shirt must have been mislabeled because this is not a true large. This has to be a XL. There was nothing in the description when I purchased them as to just how big the fit really is. The arm openings are way to big. I could fit my leg in this hole. I tried them on and my wife agreed on how sloppy the look is, and the shirts just hang on me. My shirts never fit this way. What a waste of money!!! Some may say why not return them, I would except they now have the company logo stitched on them. I'll never be able to wear these shirts.

you should show a picture of the back of the shirt, I was dissappointed to find the large PFG & "performance fishing gear" when they arrived, I bought these shirts as gifts for golfers and still think they are great golf shirts... but you need to lose the logo on the back!

I have a couple of theses. When I first put them on they feel a bit heavy, but I get use to it after a few minutes. I wish they were a lighter material.
