The boot looks exactly like it does on the website. No arch support, and very narrow.

These shoes are cute but are very uncomfortable. The zipper rubs against the back of my foot and they offer no support.

Sent them back. They were not cute on and they were not comfortable. I usually like Minnetonka a lot. Just not these. I will give a different style a chance.

Now that I've worn these boots a few times, I feel I can make an adequate evaluation. I bought these to wear to yoga. I just put them on, no socks, and go. As other reviewers mentioned, these boots have absolutely no support. I exchanged these initially for 1/2 size down from 7.5 to 7, and I can still remove the boots without unzipping them so they feel sloppy. The tops over the foot don't have a good shape which contributes to the ill-fitting feel and general lack of "cuteness." I wouldn't recommend these to a friend.

I just received these cute boots. They are snug in the toe and very loose at the ankle. Boo hoo! Sending back.

Looks good but fits too narrow in the toes and wider in the heel. The zipper does not go all the way to the top.

This boot fit funny on me. It is too narrow in the toe and too wide in the heel, seems like a moccasin should be just the opposite. Disappointed. Sending back!

This is an awesome looking boot. I love the style and I love how it looks with jeans or leggings. That said, I found it to be rather uncomfortable. There is zero support. Nada, zilch. The stitch digs into my foot and once that feeling starts all you want to do is throw the boots out the window. I unfortunately decide to give them away. Not buying this product again.

I wanted some mocs to wear with everything, pants, jeans, dresses and skirts. These are just adorable and the style and height are perfect. There is one problem and it is a huge one. I could not even get it on my size 5.5M foot! Not even close! My toes wouldn't even touch the bottom of the shoe trying to put it on if that tells you how small they run. And narrow? Whew, they may as well be squirrel snow skis they are so tiny.

I found a knot inside both boots for lower stitching located at the arch. Had to have boots repaired at a shoe maker. Would not buy them again.
