Nice looking shoe but it felt narrower than most and no arch support.

Let me be clear. It's been hit and miss with Minnetonka sizes lately. I'm a normal 8, and this boot felt too big in the toe yet too narrow overall. I've returned a couple pairs because of this, but this time I decided to give them a day or two. I literally walked a mile in these shoes before I made the decision to keep them. Still a little big in the toe, but once the material breaks in and softens up, the narrow aspect wasn't a problem. So the fit kind of adjusts with the foot. Love the style, too.

Zippers either defective or poor design. Would not completely close. The fit in the toe area was OK. It felt like my heel slipped out when I walked and then never really went back down to the sloe. Strange fit.

These run long. The width is narrow, which is ok but they run longer than the typical sizing. My pair arrived defective - one of the metal decorative grommets was detached and I found it in the box. The stem of the brad is bent so there is no way to repair it. Very unfortunate as the size I'd need to replace these has been out of stock for a long time. Disappointed.

Oh, I loved these but my standard size was too large. I tried to order 1/2 size down but they are unavailable and, Zappos says, discontinued. So sad :(

I am so sad.....couldn't wait to get these. They are soooooo narrow!! My toes were all crossing each other. I have a wide foot but not that wide-I can always get away with M width. Have to return. :-(

I love the look and feel of these but they run SO narrow, I couldn’t wear them. So disappointed!!

These are narrow - not for wedge shaped feet. The stitching is right over the outer toes and they don't like it. They have no support built in but that might be remedied by additional insole. Nice looking though!

The boots have a fun, casual look and appear well made. Unfortunately, they did not fit well in my 8 1/2 size. They were too narrow, and I had to push hard to get my heel past the zipper. The treading on the side felt uncomfortable. Because of the last reason, I am returning them rather than getting a larger size.

OK, but not great IMO. I'm a true size 8.5 and ordered both grey and brown in a size 7.5 based upon recommendations and the fact that it was the largest size Zappos had in stock in each color. The brown just fit, but the grey (which is a nice color) was too tight and short. My forefoot is between average and wide and my heel narrow and instep high. The pair that fits is not ideal because it slips a little in the heel. These boots make the foot look long and narrow, but all-in-all are kind of cute. Not sure yet if I'm keeping the pair that fit. I think what I'm really after is a true mukluk, rather than this moccasin. Because of the low price, if I can wear these with a thick enough wool sock, I might keep as a knock-around bootie for spring and fall.

Great booties. Other reviewers said they were larger than true size. This pair wasn't. I wear a 7 1/2 and the 7 was just a bit too snug. They're narrow, too. Returning to get the right size.

I love the look of the shoe but I feel it runs small. It seems to be on the narrow side & the are no boots offered in wide.

the quality isn't the greatest. the right one fits well, but the left upper isn't in line with the sole, so my foot slides a bit over the edge of the sole to the inside. i prefer shoes that have the upper stitched to the sole and these are just glued. too bad, because they are cute.

These boots weren't as cute as I anticipated on, but I wasn't so disappointed that I returned them. I did have to exchange 7.5 for a 7 since they are roomy as noted by other buyers. I mostly purchased these to wear to and from the yoga studio so I don't need them to offer a great deal of support, and for the record, they don't. But they're OK...

This boot is a cute short boot. It is small to size and because of the stitching--it is narrow across the width of the front foot. Not sure I'll keep it because of that. I like the boot, but it doesn't feel great on. The lack of arch support is also a negative.

Very pretty but even narrower than a usual show and I'm an extra wide. I read the other reviews and they said not to worry but I took extra precaution and went up 1/2 a size and I still couldn't squeeze my feet in. Wish they made these in Wide!

These boots are very cute but are too wide and long. I have very narrow feet so they feel like I am swimming in them. It's back to the drawing board!

I ordered these in an 8 and ended up exchanging then for a 7.5, they kept feeling like they had extra space. Even when I wore the 7.5 there's extra material that when I wore them I walked on. I don't wear them anymore. Very cute but I guess wasn't meant for me to wear.

I have normal sized 8 feet, these are fine in the length but narrow across my instep (with only super thin socks). They might stretch but I did not want to risk them not stretching and being stuck with shoes that were uncomfortable.

Went to an Akira store to buy a scarf and wanted to try these on. They didn't have half sizes so I tried on a 9 (my regular size) and an 8. The size 9 was way too big, and it's unusual for me because a 9 is always perfect. The size 8 were way too small and I could not even slip my foot inside. If I buy, I will definitely get an 8.5. I'm definitely disappointed because these shoes have no support and the inside are suede. They will not be comfortable without a pair of socks. They also looked kind of funny on my feet, because the shoe is so narrow! It makes it look unattractive and I'm really debating on getting them now. The Fringe is cute but the whole shoe just looks awkward and funny.

I got this for my birthday a year ago. I generally wear a 9, or an 8w, so I got a 9 and it felt like a 10. I suggest getting a full size smaller. The back heel folds in at the very bottom, which isn't very noticeable but it bugs me. The toe doesn't stay perfectly rounded either. I got a ton of compliments on these shoes, and I still wear them. They hurt my heel now. It's like walking in wooden clogs or something. But they lasted a good year with me wearing them every single day to school.

These are cute. But they have a very narrow toe box which is weird to me in a moccasin. The heel was to roomy as well.

I ordered a pair of these boots 2 years ago, but these boots are not the exact same product. They run much larger, the color is lighter, the shape not as nice and the stitching is larger and it is marked made in Dominican republic, my last pair was stamped on the inside Minnetonka. Just not the same quality.

My daughter (age 9) loves these shoes. But they offer very little support so they are not the best choice for running and playing.
