The shoe overall was comfortable but the back of the shoe felt too hard and hurt when walking in them. Also, the shoe was too wide and felt a little too small on my foot.

These slippers "fit" my foot in all the wrong ways (my foot's just slightly wider than average). I usually wear a 7.5, so I ordered a 7. It felt cramped in the toe and across the ball of my foot, while my heel slipped out with every step, which leads me to think that even if I ordered an 8, my heel would still slip out. That said, they seem to be well-made.

I ordered a 10 because there was no 9 and 1/2 and they're too big. I would have had to stretch a 9.

The quality of the moccasins is not what it used to be. Seem poorly made.

These mocs are cute and cozy- a great slipper. Just one problem & that's why I gave it 2 stars: they have zero support. Within 10 minutes I was walking on the sides of them instead of the soles. I know, I know- mocs aren't orthopedic shoes. But I expected a little more from them given the construction & lining.

I was replacing another pair of the exact same shoe that's about 4 years old. I got the same size. What I received is way too small, and both shoes are sort of 'foot androgynous' in that neither feels right as left or right, which wasn't the case on the original pair. That said they are soft and cushy.

These slippers were a disappointment. They look cute, but they felt stiff and uncomfortable on my skinny feet.

Strange fit. Shorter and wider than normal. Not comfortable.

This was probably my 10th pair of these slippers, same brand yet they were very disappointing. Nothing to do with Zappos, their delivery was just fine. I don't know if they are making them offshore, cutting back on quality materials but they are definitely not the same as my last pair or the 9 previous pairs. Disappointing to say the least since I pair (I think) $44 for them. I had to order them on-line because of the quarantine but I won't do that again, not with the Minnetonka brand.But again my experience with Zappos was just fine, thank you.

I normally wear medium width shoes but these felt very narrow. Unfortunately, they didn’t stretch out. Instead the stitching around the top began to pull apart and the slipper fell apart after only a few wearings so they went in the trash. I’d recommend sizing up if you have even a narrow foot.

Could not walk in these slippers as thy were too narrow. Material on the inside felt soft and felt good on my hand.

Cute and soft, but unfortunately had to return. The heel is too wide so my heel would come out with every step. The length of the shoe is good so buying a smaller size wouldn’t help.

The style is cute. The design contributed to the problem however. They slipped up and down on my narrow heels when I walked, and I couldn't tighten the laces. Seemed true to size otherwise.

I never have problems wearing my usual size 9, but in this pair the 9s were humongous! Ordered the 8s instead, but those were a tiny bit to small. And I'm so bummed bc I love Minnetonka's and wanted to love these, but the sizing is so weird. Sad I had to return them.

These were highly disappointing. I wear size 11 in women's shoes, and these were way too short. A half size would have been nice, but most shoe companies can't be bothered to make half sizes once they're in the double digits for women's shoes. These were also so narrow that my feet hurt just wearing them. I have narrow feet to start with, but I also have a bunion. Usually my feet fit just find in regular width shoes. A wider version and sizes larger than 11 would be nice.

Spent more to get a quality brand (instead of buying the knock off version at our local big box store) so it would last longer then one winter. It didn't even last through the whole season before the side stitching busted out and I had to return them. Very disappointed.

These are some of the most uncomfortable shoes/slippers I have ever worn, because of the lack of any real padding on the heel, which is very tough and rigid and has already started wearing blisters into my heel and holes starting in the socks I've tried to wear with them to shield some of the pain/discomfort. I so wanted to wear these, since I have always wanted a pair of moccasin slippers. I have even been trying to walk on top of the heel backs to try and smash them down some, to loosen the leather down, so I can't return them. I would not recommend buying these expecting a comfortable slipper unless you have some pretty tough heels.

I almost never write a review but these were pretty disappointing. There is a tag / seam on the arch that is very uncomfortable. Returning them.

Quality is not worth the price. Sole is thin piece of rubber glued on. Look well worn after a couple weeks.

Cute slippers at a good price, but the quality is low. I've been wearing them inside the house for 2-3 hours a day for less than a month and the stitching has already come apart, making a hole right at the big toe. I'll spend a few more bucks next time for better quality.

I wear a 7, ordered a 7. Took one step and the shoe fell off. Way too wide and low cut. Slipper seemed defective. Strange fit. Didn't fit. Ordered A pair of Acorns first, returning both pairs. I give up. Sorry Zappos. You are my "go to" shoe store still.

These are cute and warm, but while the uppers and lining are nowhere near worn out, the soles have been disintegrating, leaving little bits of plastic all over our floors. (Hazardous with a baby crawling around!) I did not wear them as street shoes, only as slippers.

I so wish this came in half sizes. The 6 was long and wide. It popped off my foot very easily. I order the 5 and my toes were pinched. Otherwise they are cute.

So disappointed in Minnetonka's lack of consistent sizing. We buy at least one pair of these a year and each time I question what size to buy, the last pair was an 8 even though my daughter and I both wear a 7.5. This time I ordered two pair, both an 8 and they are both much too large. I answered 1/2 size larger but it could very well have been a whole size larger. I will wait to try on in store so I don't have to return another pair or two. I appreciate Zappos great service but again, disappointed in Minnetonka.

I wear a size 5, so that's the size I ordered. These slippers are way too large! I am sending them back. I step out of the back of them even with socks on.
