This is my second pair of these shoes. The first pair wore well. They are true to size and very comfortable.

Great pair of shoes! Very comfortable, even after being on my feet all day. I have tried other New Balance 4E shoes before and they didn\'t fit, but these did fit. They are true to size and am happy with them. I ordered them on a Saturday morning, and they were on my doorstep when I got home from work on Monday! I\'ve been a customer for many years, and am very pleased with their service and quality.

This is the best shoe I’ve worn in many years. It feels sturdy and solidly built like a hiking boot, but lightweight and comfortable like a running shoe. It’s great.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, straight out of the box! Well padded, fits my hard to fit size 14's like they were custom made. Only con is that they may be a little warm in hot weather. Perfect three season all around shoe.

These 645's are the most comfortable shoe I've worn in a long time. I walk 25 to 35 miles per week and have no complaints. I have worn NB shoes for many years because I have a wide foot, but these quickly became my shoe of choice for serious walking. They seem to have more cushioning than my other shoes.

Shoes are very comfortable, no break-in at all. I wear them everyday. Great. Good looking also. Received within a few days.

This is just my second pair of New Balance. I've been wearing Nike Shox for years, but my foot doctor suggested I try New Balance. The level of comfort I experienced with New Balance was amazing. Not only can I day hike in comfort, but I wear them all day on a concrete floor in my shop in complete comfort. I'm a New Balance convert...Thanks!

I agree with the other reviewers who said that that these shoes are comfortable right out the box. They are true to size, lightweight, water resistant, comfortable and good looking (they matched the photo). The shoe has a toe guard and are roomy in the toe. They could be warm in the summer. I suggest powder and light color socks. I own several NBs and these are better than those that are dedicated as walkers. I know because I walk an average of 3 (hard pavement) miles a day. After receiving these shoes, (I ordered them at 12:30 a.m. in the morning and received them at 10:00 a.m. the next morning), I wore them around the office for 7 hours and then walked to my car (about a mile away). Now after I got home I did take them off but my tender feet weren't the worse for wear. It was snowing lightly when I returned to my car and the route was damp. However the shoes held up well. I need comfortable shoes and these meet the test. Highly recommended.

Great walking shoes. I’m a diabetic with tender feet, but I like to walk for exercise. The fit of these shoes makes walking a pleasure, not a chore. I have always liked the cushioning feel of NB walking shoes. So am I pleased with these? YES. Are they worth the money? YES. I whole heartedly recommend these shoes. Good luck!

This is my second pair of these shoes in a year as I wore the first pair every single day and just wore them out. They are very well made and give my feet a lot of support for all day comfort. Good arch support too ! I will buy another pair when the time comes.

I looked at several styles. New Balance seemed to top the list for comfort & weight. The MW-645 fit the bill for me. Sturdy sole, good deep tread for stability in the snow & color selection. I bought a second pair after the first for a different color. Zappos is the best. They had a lot of patience with me returning shoes until I got the right one. I won’t buy anywhere else.

Great Shoe. Fits true to size. Pretty good arch support. Very comfy. I bought these shoes right before a trip to Europe. I put many miles on them and at no point was I even thinking about my feet (even though my legs were tired).

I needed large and wide shoes and Zappos carried my need. The shoes have proven comfortable for walking. They are also attractive, and I feel they can be worn to almost any occasion. Thank you for your prompt delivery and good return service, too.

Originally I was looking for the 644 and I learned that the 645 is the newer version of pretty much the same shoe. In true New Balance style, these shoes are comfortable, attractive, and fit perfectly. I normally wear a 10.5 or 11, but I know from previous experience to buy a 12 in this brand. I don’t mind because I appreciate getting the correct, wide width.

I purchased a pair of New Balance sneakers as a Christmas gift and had them shipped to the recipient. I cannot comment personally about the sneakers, but I know that my stepson loved them and said they were very comfortable and fit good. I loved the fact that they were the lowest price that I found on this particular sneaker and Zappos shipped them promptly; they arrived before the date they promised!

Great sneaker! Hard to find extra wide that are comfortable. Zappos always has what you're looking for.

What can I say: Awesome shoes, very comfortable, in fact, so comfortable I want another pair. Zappos service is exceptional. Very few companies left in US with such a great service and I am a New Yorker, where there are plenty of stores to shop. I am shopping online with Zappos for a few years and had no problems whatsoever.

We love Zappos. My son wears a size 15 shoe and it is nearly impossible to find shoes in our area to fit him. This is the 2nd time we've ordered from you and even though we had to end up returning the first pair we ordered (didn't fit, in a different style) and the service was excellent. I wear a size 14 narrow shoe; however, the 14 medium shoe fit perfect and interfaces with orthotics. Great shoe for winter walking. They fit so well that I bought a second pair. Zappos is a great company to work with and I buy all my shoes from them.

When I received the New Balance MW645, I thought they were just glorified gym shoes, but after I started to wear them I found my perfect pair of winter shoes. They are comfortable and support my feet well. I would definitely buy this shoe again.

These shoes work great for me. I was skeptical about ordering a half size larger than I usually buy, but the extra half size accommodated my orthotics, which is the main reason I wanted this shoe. I put the shoes on the day I received them and have been wearing them ever since.

Excellent shoe with great support and New Balance is about the only shoe that has extra wide sizes and Zappos service is outstanding. I would not buy from a shoe store again. I let everyone I meet that Zappos is the place to shop. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

I do all of the shopping for my husband, for whom I bought these and another pair of shoes that would give him a lot of cushioning. Both felt good; the other pair felt a little better. He ended up keeping both (huge for him) because these looked so great. They fit well and feel very good. They do not look like orthopedic shoes, but have almost as much support. Great shoe.
