The reviews stating that these shoes do not fit in the heel (too loose) are accurate. I wore these once and found them exceptionally uncomfortable due to the poor fit and lack of support.

I was in the market for a very comfortable pair of everyday sneakers for upcoming trips to Washington DC & Europe (think - lots of walking)! I initially ordered my true size (7.5) and they were too small. Sad face. :( Zappos was AMAZING in sending me the next size up the following day, and we had a perfect fit! I wore them that same week in Washington DC as I walked 8 miles. No pain, rubbing, blisters. They looked & felt great! I am obsessed with these & get compliments everywhere I wear them. Now, I am hankering for another color (or two). Very solid shoe - buy these! You will happy you did!

They are very cute pair of shoes. But I wouldn't wear them for a long walk or while I travel. Also I need to wear socks with these.

These shoes are super cute and they are wide but they hurt across the outer toe area of the foot across the widest part even in a bigger size. So regretfully I am returning these.

Love these shoes. I'm now a Superga fan. Was worried they would be uncomfortable after a lot of standing and walking outside (a la Chuck Taylors), but the feet feel fine after walking a few hours.

Superga have long been my go-to when it comes to stylish, casual footwear. The Duchess of Cambridge wears them, after all :) I do find them to be a bit clunky (think Vans) and they don't offer as much support as a typical athletic shoe. That being said, they're perfect if you're looking for something comfortable and fashion-over-function.

LOVE these shoes and the color is a perfect pink to go with just about everything!

Superga sneakers are very comfortable and light for spring and fall. Probably wouldn't wear these as winter shoes.

Love the color. Just need to add insoles and I think they will fit fine.

These shoes are amazing and they are a little on the heavy side. I have feet problems (Plantar facilites) and high arch. No need to add support I believe it has to do with the weight of the shoe. They do feel wide but not much, so if your feet tend to swell (mine do) then they are perfect.

These were really cute! However, if you need orthotic inserts like I do, please note that the inserts in these are glued down. You'd have to cut them out somehow. They're also a tad heavy, in my opinion. I ended up returning these, though I did think they were quite cute and stylish. If you're looking for clean white sneakers that have removable insoles/inserts, check out the Palladium Flex Lace - they worked out perfectly for my inserts. Happy shopping!

I have been looking for a good pair of plain white sneakers for awhile now. Plenty of cheap ones but not well constructed ones. When I saw Kate Middleton wearing a pair of white Superga I knew that was what I have been looking for. They came a week ago and I love them! Thanks Zappas for your quick delivery of them. I'm very pleased!

I loved the look of these sneakers, but they are pretty wide in the heel, so my foot kept slipping out. The half size smaller was too small, so they're true to size, just not good for narrow heels.

I wear a size 9 in nearly every brand of women's shoe. I saw these ran big, so I sized down to an 8.5 women's but it was still too big. When I took a step, my foot slid out of the back of the shoe. Thank goodness for the liberal return policy. I have a size 8 on the way and hopefully those will do the trick. Super cute shoes though, classic style. When I find the right size, I'll spray them with waterproofing spray so they stay clean.

Great shoes! Very classic. I wear size 8 1/2, which is what I ordered. I debated about returning for size 8 but decided they would work out. They're just a little wider than most standard width shoes, but very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love supergas. This is my fourth pair of these shoes! They are super comfy for walking can be dressed up or down, and the thick rubber sole lasts forever. I've gotten these shoes soaking in rain in numerous occasions and the shoe held together, and with a little cleaning looked like new. I love this brand and this shoe.

First, I love Zappos so much. You are one of the most organized, best run companies in the whole wide world. Thank you! These shoes are cute, but perhaps run a little big. I think I am closer to a 9 1/2, but I took a nine in these. My big toe is a little squished, but in a 9 1/2 they were too long in the back - but I wear these when out and about on errands with my happy summer dresses, so they don't have to be as comfortable as the shoes I wear on long walks. Again, thank you Zappos for having a great selection of shoes, an organized, easy website, a fabulous return policy....everything you do is great.

Very poorly made. There was a bump in the sole; it hurt as I walked. I could see the shoe starting to come apart elsewhere.

I really like these shoes. Unfortunately, they have no arch support so I must return them. Thank you, Zappos for letting me try.

I love these shoes. I have bought several pairs. They are wider than other canvas style sneakers (like vans or chuck taylors) so its very easy to put insoles in these. They have a thicker sole so they also last longer than other casual sneakers. I live in a city and walk everywhere and these hold up to it. I have worn out and replaced my superga 2750 classics 4 times now.

STYLE: Super cute with jeans, crops, skirts, shorts. A classic canvas shoe. Even Princess Kate thinks they're style-worthy - she was spotted wearing them earlier this spring. I got these in white, and would seriously consider other colors. FIT: Pretty true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 in women's. I wear a 39 1/2 in this shoe. I probably could have made a 40 work too. Width is true to size. The ankle opening is wider than other tennis shoes, and you can't tighten it with the laces (they don't go up that far). So mine slipped a little on the heel - enough so that I was worried about blisters. Found some fantastic and cheap socks by C9 at Target that don't show but provide the protection I needed. (The socks also have little rubber strips on the heel so they don't get pulled down into the shoe. Brilliant! You can also find similar ones here at Zappos - made by Falke.) COMFORT: I just wore these for 3 longs days touring Chicago. LOTS of walking and standing, and they were fine. I wouldn't look to these for their comfort - there is not much cushioning, and no arch support. You might be able to add an insert if needed. Go for these for the style. If you need more support or cushion, you'd be better off with a low-profile running shoe.

This shoe did NOT run small. I ordered a half size smaller and it was a half size tight!

About every 2-3 years, I buy a new pair of the same Superga gray sneakers because I find them to be the perfect summer sneaker. They're comfortable for a day at the lacrosse fields, walking around the museum, or just hanging out. They're a little more put together than my regular athletic shoes and not as frumpy as Keds (IMHO). I would not wear them for working out or running, but they are an excellent canvas shoe.

Nice looking shoe but extremely wide and there also seems to be extra volume in the toe box vertically, as well. I normally wear 8.5 narrow in women's. I ordered both the 8 and 8.5 based on reviews that said size down. I don't recommend that because the 8 was too short. I think I'm going to keep the 8.5 and get an insole that is better suited for narrow feet.
