Satisfied Customer - I am to totally satisfied with my Ugg's and have never had such a comfortable boot. It is like wearing socks. They were a gift and the wrong size was ordered, however, the courteous, prompt attention given to the exchange was commendable. I had my new exchanged boots the next day and Zappos paid for the return of the old boots. The customer service representative was very helpful and gave me the impression that she had a genuine concern for my problem, she was so courteous.

Very Cute! I love my new boots. I have 14 pairs of different Ugg boots. (Most ordered from Zappos) They are warm and cozy in the winter!

Rockin' Boots - These boots look great and are comfortable enough to wear all day.

I ordered boots and they arrived in 24 hours. They ran small so I planned to return them. When I visited the Zappos site the boots had gone up in price. I let Zappos know. Not only did they exchange my boots for a bigger size, and the same low price, but the new boots arrived before I could even mail the smaller pair back!! You guys are awesome!

So comfortable! Definitely order a half size down (I'm a size 8.5 and the 8 was perfect). This boot is so comfortable and the zipper makes it super convenient to slip on and off.

Awesome looking boot. I bought this for myself but my 20 yr old daughter ending up taking them. They are slimmer looking, making them a little dressier than the regular Ugg boot. Would definitely buy another pair.

Uggs and Zappos review - My college daughter sent me a picture of the Uggs she wanted for Christmas. So I went on line and Zappos had what she wanted in the right size, color, etc. I placed the order at 10:30PM and they showed up at 3:00PM the next day with the personal note I requested. I felt as if it was almost a Christmas miracle to have an order filled correctly and with such speed. Bravo to Zappos! She loves the boot and it is exactly what she wanted. Five stars all around.

Simply Wonderful!! This boot is so COMFORTABLE!! It is also very stylish. I like the fact that it is narrow. It "hugs" your leg and it is not as bulky as the traditional UGG boot. However, I caution you to order a size down. I wear an 8 1/2 so I ordered a 9 and they were WAY too BIG. I would recommend this boot. It looks great with a pair of skinny jeans/cords or leggings.

Love them! I love the Knightsbridge boot. It is exactly what I've been looking for - a boot that's super comfy and warm and can be dressed up or down. The zipper in the back gives them a cute touch as does the more structured body of the boot than traditional Uggs. I originally ordered the Brooks Tall boot but returned them because they were a little "manly" looking with really thick tread. The only warning is for people who have thick calves - I can see how the Knightsbridge boot may be hard to zip. I peg my regular jeans in and even with my skinny bird legs they can be a bit snug.

I always thought these boots were ugly, however I broke down and bought a pair to see why so many beautiful people put them on their feet...when they were delivered I immediately put them on...ahhh...now I see...I cannot take them off now...looking for a pair to sleep in...the most comfortable boot ever. The Knightsbridge is cuter than the Classics.

Great boots - These boots are great! I am very pleased with the look and comfort of the boots. I normally wear a size 6 ½ and I purchased a size 6 that fits about a half size bigger. I really like the fact that these boots actually look nice on the foot unlike the classic UGGS.

Excellent winter investment! I hate cold winters and being stuck in northern Illinois it gets cold and these boots keep my feet warm without any socks! They are great! I hope the other style of Uggs that I'm waiting for are as good as these.

Knightsbridge Ugg Boots - Personally, this is my first pair of Ugg boots. I didn't jump on the craze of the Ugg boot until now with the Knightbridge Boot. The design is much more stylish and versatile. I bought them in chestnut as it's the most uncommon color and liked the cognac coloring best. I tried wearing them barefoot and it is the best way to go. (I live in MN and the idea of not wearing a sock with a boot seems asinine.) But I survived! This highly comfortable, fashion-forward, versatile boot is worth every cent. True to size, I wear an 8 and they were perfect with sock or without.

First pair of UGG boots - So these are the first pair of UGG boots that I have ever owned, and I'm in love with them. I'm a 5.5 to 6 in most shoes, so I bought the size 5 and they are perfect. I'm also 5'2", but mostly leg, so the height of the boot looks great. Finally, the leg opening is said to be 15" to 16" around, but the thick fur inside shrinks that to an actual circumference of about 13" to 14". My point being, this UGG should be reserved for the skinny to average size calf.

NICE STYLE - Great looking boots, a nice change from the classic UGG, my daughter wears a size 7 in the classic, she ordered the size 7 in this one, they fit great, she normally wears a size 7.5 in normal shoes, but if your feet are a little wide buy the 1/2 size up. They look great with jeans and especially dresses, you wont be disappointed, very classy.

Comfiest ever!!!! So i got these boots for xmas and i put them on and did not wanna take them off they felt so good! I got them a size smaller than my normal shoe size because I heard UGG boots run large and this was a smart choose because there was the right amount of room for my toes.

Awesome boots - This is my second pair of UGGs and I love love love them. They are so warm and comfortable; my feet are in heaven. The style is so cool (I hate the classic UGGs; they make your feet look like hobbit feet). The only minus I can give this boot is the zipper. Sometimes, I have trouble pulling it all the way up. Other than that, they are great.

I just love my UGGs. This is the first time I have owned a pair. They are comfortable and, once I starting wearing them, the zipper became easier to get up and down.

I love these boots! They keep my feet so warm! I love the way they look! I am soooooo happy and so are my feet! They are snug around my calf, so I can't tuck my pants in, but I don't mind!

Awesome - My boots are super comfy, no need to wear socks, your feet won't sweat, & they stay warm & dry...I ordered a pair of Classic Talls for my 3yr old daughter so we can be "twins"...she loves them because she can pull them on herself. They’re warm & comfy & she looks like mommy...luv them so much I ordered a pair for my mom for Xmas...I ordered her the darker brown. I am 100% sure she will become an Ugg fan too...make sure you spray them with the protectant spray first!

Great pair of boots - Love these boots. They are my first pair of Ugg boots. Like everyone else, I didn't really like the bulkiness of the originals. I can wear these over or under my jeans.

Knightbridge boot is very comfortable - I've worn these boots three times since I got them last week. They're VERY comfortable. I usually wear an 8.5 shoe, ordered these in an 8 and they fit perfectly. I have a wide foot and 14" calf muscle and the boots work well for me. They fit over my straight leg jeans, but not my boot cut jeans. The back zipper works well -- they go on and off easily Zappos service still amazes me. Too bad all online shopping can't be as great.

Liz - I love these boots. They are comfy whether it's 70F or below 0. Easy to wear with a casual skirt or straight leg jeans. Lots of admiring glances also!
