These are my first pair of Uggs, and I'm happy with my purchase! I chose them because they are more shaped/fitted than other Ugg styles and have a shoe-like sole. I also like the unique color (which actually looks more like a light grey color). The multi-colored zipper adds style and function. I ordered a size smaller (as suggested by other reviewers) and it was right on.

Okay, you definitely don't get Uggs because they make your feet look dainty! This is the third pair I tried, I figured they were a little bit more form-fitting than the Classics. I have a pair of "vintage" leather Uggs that I love, and was hoping to find a suede pair for casual wear. I like the shorter height of these, I think they are a bit more suitable for indoor wear. And it's great that skinny jeans and leggings are so "on trend" and work great with the height. My feet are on the narrow side so I opted to size down to a 7, I am normally a 7.5-8 in shoes, an 8 in boots. My feet just barely touch the tip of the shoes. I think my feet would really be swimming in the 8s, width-wise. These boots really run wide. I am still not sure I like how my feet look in them, but I can see how the "big feet" look can be cute with oversized sweaters and parkas in the winter. I was also hoping that the boot would be a bit more lightweight. I guess the warmth is the trade-off. I do love the style as a whole; the suede is absolutely gorgeous and the zipper is very unique and looks great. I think if they made the foot a tad bit narrower, it would be perfect. The placement of the zipper on the outside of the boot does make it more difficult to zip up. But my feet and calves are narrow enough that I don't actually have to use the zipper. I did notice that the zipper does loosen up with use. I have to admit though, I did not order my pair from Zappos; I wanted the Sand color, which was not carried by Zappos. A shame, because Zappos is my first love!

Ugg Mayfair in Cement Brown - A cute Ugg boot but I found it to be a bit on the wide side. Also, in the pair I received, I was disappointed in the quality of the shearling, particularly in the footbed - it felt very thin and I could foresee that these boots would probably last me only one season before the shearling would be completely worn out (I think that the boots that were made in Australia used much better quality shearling than the ones that are now made in China). Zappos service was, as always, excellent. Unfortunately, I will be returning these as the fit was too wide and for the price, I just didn't find the quality to be worth the cost.

I bought these boots 1 year ago and thought I would update my review to show how they have held up. First of all, these boots were beautiful when I first received them. Very warm and very comfortable. I liked the black ones so much that I also picked up the sand color. When I took them out of the closet this fall for the first cold day here, I realized that the insole is not replaceable like in other Uggs, so the sheepskin has worn down considerably. The nice structured look of the outside of the boot has also become lumpy after wearing them so much, and the back heel of the sole is also worn down. Most surprisingly, when I wore them for the first time this year (after wearing them constantly for 3 months last year) they actually rubbed blisters on both of my back heels. It looks like the sheepskin has worn away right behind the seam at the heel. I also own the Classics and Ultimates and have not have these problems with either of them, I\'m guessing it\'s because both of those styles have thicker sheepskin than the Mayfaire. Overall, these are very cute boots, but don\'t expect them to be as comfortable if you want to wear them for more than one winter.
