I love buying from Zappos because of their no shipping charges and easy return policy. I have bought three pairs of Uggs from them and have been extremely pleased each and every time.

I love my new Uggs. Much more stylish than traditional Uggs with better support. I usually wear a size 7, but ordered a 6 and they are a perfect fit.

Got my Mayfaire Uggs about a week ago and I've worn them about 4 times. Love them. They're super comfortable, just like the classic Uggs, only these have a more structured feel, which I really like. I love the zipper, too. One thing I did notice (that another reviewer also mentioned) is that the soles of the boots are squeaky when you first walk around your house. I did the "twist" on my living room carpet with my boots on (imagining this would somehow fix the squeak), anyway, they don't squeak at all now, so maybe the twist worked! And definitely order a size down from your regular size; I'm always a size 8 and the size 7 Uggs fit me perfect, even with thick socks.

I loved these boots. I am very petite and wear a size 5. I wore them inside to test them, and I loved them. I did have to return them. I am 65 and have knee problems, after wearing these my knees were aching, I believe they are "too much boot" and a bit awkward on my small foot. It is somewhat difficult to bend the foot because the fleece is so thick. It is only my personal problem, with those darn knees. Zappos, as always exchanged them for me graciously. The boots are great, just my knees won't tolerate them. I was sad because I could not keep them. I ordered slippers, much lighter and just ankle height, now these will not effect my old knees. Thank you Zappos for all of your help to find just the right slippers for me. Happy Holidays!

I got these boots in black and love them! They're super comfy and look dressier than the classic Ugg boots. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 shoe, but got these in a size 7 and they fit perfectly! The zipper adds a little something extra to the look.

Zappos is a great company to order from. You cannot beat their customer service! I've worn these boots a handful of times and love them. They are very warm and comfortable. I also really like the look. With the zipper, they are very easy to get in and out of. They do not have much arch support, which works for me, since I have pretty flat feet. This is a great shoe and a wonderful company to purchase from.

Purchased these for my mom & she absolutely loves them. She says they are so comfortable and keep her feet warm. I have the Knightsbridge which I ordered from Zappos last year. The Knightsbridge is the tall version of the Mayfaire. Other than the height of the boot, the only other difference is the placement of the zipper (Knightsbridge is in the back, while Mayfaire is on the side of the boot). I love mine just as much as she loves hers. Both styles are true to size and neither of them require much maintenance. Zappos' price is comparable to what other retailers are selling Uggs for. Although I think that all Uggs are kinda pricey, it is well worth it. I considered it a good "investment"! Great for anyone who lives in cold weather areas!

I love my boots! I have the western brown color, beautiful color. I can see where the zipper bothers some people and not others, it seems like the way it's designed, it's a hit or miss; on right upper ankle area started "biting" my leg, felt like tiny stings. And then I realized reading the reviews about this, strangely it didn't bother me on my left leg, only my right leg. I wear very thin high socks with my Uggs, it does help with the issue. The boots were very stiff at the beginning; I wore them in NYC, walking for a long long time, my feet did ache afterwards, being that they don't have very good arch support, but it wasn't too bad. I was able to walk in them for some time before they did start to become bothersome. I would not trade them in for anything. I'm very happy with my purchase! I am an 8.5, I ordered a size 7, they fit perfect. They were snug at first, but I broke them in the first day from my NYC walking for several hours. I would have ordered a size 7.5, if they came in 1/2 sizes, 8 would have felt too big. Good luck! They are very nice boots, definitely have a good weight to them, a sturdier boot than the original.

Great winter boot! I ordered a size smaller based on the reviews I read. However, I had to return and get my normal size since the first pair was just too short. These boots are super comfortable and look really cute. I got the cement brown and they really are darker in person, which is nice. I recommend the stain/water repellent to keep them looking new. Zappos' shipping and returns are awesome! Can't beat them!

Ugg mayfair - Love my ugg mayfair - I normally wear a size 8 but bought the 7. They were a bit snug at first, but after a few days the fleece flattens and are a perfect fit. I would recommend the mayfair to everyone. I have received sooooo many compliments...just love my uggs!

Warm, comfy and oh so stylish! I tried on my sister's pair of classic Ugg's 3 weeks ago when visiting my family, and I fell in love!! Before this I was adamant that I would not jump on the Ugg bandwagon and buy a pair because I thought they were Ugg-ly! But, after I tried on my sister's pair, I broke down and decided to buy a pair. After an afternoon worth of research, I decided on the Mayfaire style. This style is comfortable and keeps my chronically cold feet warm in the wet and cool weather in the Pacific Northwest. Plus, very stylish with the multicolored side zipper. I've had compliments on this shoe the first week I wore. I've had no problems with the zipper rubbing on my ankle. It does have poor arch support and is a bit stiff compared to the classic Ugg, but broke it in after 1 week. I typically wear a size 8 and had to size 1 whole size down to 7 and fits perfectly with or without socks!

Can’t take them off!! This is my first pair of Uggs and I can't believe how awesome they are! I can't take them off! They are warm and still feel like a brand new pair of shoes every time I put them on!!

Love them but... I am use to my uggs classic so purchasing this new uggs had to get some use to. They are comfy and very cute; however, looking at them when I have them on, they look so HUGE!!!! Still a great boots! I normally wear a size 8m, and got a size 7. The 7 fits great!
