I searched everywhere (stores and online) and finally chose these boots. I love them! I take an 8 1/2 but purchased a 9 1/2 (I have wide feet) and they fit great- a little loose but with winter socks (I wear two pair) they're perfect. They have kept my feet warm and are very comfortable! (I would def. recommend getting at least a half size up)

I bought these because I have worn Keens in the past and I know they have good support. I wanted to be able to walk 3 miles in snow and slush and these are just the boots for that. They're very warm and comfortable. I wish they had a tiny bit more arch support but as is they're way better than any other winter boot I have.

Love the boots...they have great support-very warm and waterproof. I have always been super resistant to boots since I love the support of my running shoes but these boots are a very close second to my running shoes and the best boots I have tried in a very long time.

These are my first Keen boots, the fit is great.We had 6in snow and ice and was able to walk my block w/o incident. Love Love these boots . I ordered my usual size and can wear any type sock.My feet stay dry and toasty!!!

Keen boots fit perfectly. Were great for bummimg around in snow. Not a complaint only a praise.

I have had many pairs of boots that are ok to run to the grocery store in the snow, but your feet get cold after about a 1/2 hour of being outside. I have worn these to football games, sitting outside for over 3 hours and my feet are still warm. They are even stylish and not so big and clunky. The zipper is a bit hard to pull up sometimes, kind of a cheap zipper maybe?? But I like the warmth so much that I put up with it. I love these boots and would highly recommend them.

I LOVE these boots!! I got them just in time for our first big snow of the winter. I have been in the snow and through puddles of water and my feet have stayed nice and dry. The Betty Boot is a winter boot without the clunkliness. If you have your pants pulled down over them they look like tenna shoes. These are my first pair of Keen's but won't be my last.

Great boots! They're warm and comfortable and not too bulky. I've needed them badly for this MN winter!

Love these boots. So comfy, the insides are like a really soft fleece, easy to slip on and off, a little roomy around the ankles, but good for thick socks or tucking in pants.

OVERALL: Good outdoor boot. Needed no break-in period. I walk a mile to work in the snow, ice, and slush, and my feet are warm and dry when I get there. Good traction - I don’t need my Yaktrax as often as I did with my old boots. I can just pull them on and don’t need the zipper. I can easily tuck my pant legs in them. SIZING: My feet measure as an 8.5, but I usually like wearing size 9. I tried a 9.5 and a 10 in this style, and bought the 10. The 9.5 was too short at the toe. The boot fits the way Keens usually fit on me - I have a narrow, high arched foot, and these are a little wide, but with better arch support than most Keens. (I usually find Keen footwear uncomfortable because of how flat footed they are - they seem like they are made for people with wide, flat feet. I like how Keens look, but this is the 1st pair I’ve bought because they usually aren’t comfortable) WALKING: They were nicer for walking than the Patagonia Lugano, Keen Winthrop, Baffin Dawa, and Sorels I tried on. They have more of a rocker bottom foot instead of a clompy feel you get in a lot of winter boots. NIRVANA: If I could redesign them, I’d make them taller so I could snowshoe in them and walk through deep drifts. I’d also add a drawstring or some way to close off the top so snow doesn’t get in. ZAPPOS: Always an A+ for service. Received 5 pairs of boots to try on in 2 days! THANK YOU!

Picture this, Christmas morning 2009 - a white Christmas in Dallas. Lovely photos of snow from my balcony. A winter wonderland. At least it was, until I discovered a sheet of ice that prevented me from getting more than 3 feet from my front door when I needed to walk the dog. The next day found me at a local outdoors store shopping for a pair of boots. I was delighted to find these Betty boots, as I already own a pair of Keen shoes that are the most comfy things ever! Plus, I was headed to NJ in a couple of days to visit my daughter and wanted something warm and practical to wear. What a smart purchase! They were comfy right out of the box and kept my feet toasty during a visit to snowy NYC and visit to the Met. I’ve worn them bunches of times upon returning home, especially during "the Arctic Blast" when the temp dropped into the teens. I cannot praise them enough! As others have mentioned, you may want to go a half size or so up. I typically wear a size 8. These are perfect with thick Keen socks in an 8.5!

Boots are awesome. I have a high arch, small wide feet. They fit,and feel wonderful on my feet. I wear them daily, even snowshoeing. They do not slide around on my feet. I ordered a half size larger after reading reviews. Am glad I did, as they fit snug. No room for thick winter socks, or 2 pair. BUT I do not need them. My feet have never gotten cold, wearing only a thin cotton pair of socks, outside for hours! I love them. If you want thicker socks inside, go a full size larger. Wonderful support, extremely well made, feels like they were custom made just for me. You won't be dissapointed. Not the cutest, but hey, they are boots! Not bulky clunkers either. Love them!!!

I order 20 pairs of Keen boots for Christmas for my staff and they loved them! I had also ordered them the Keen sandals the year before and they were also a hit. These are very comfortable and easy to walk in. This is an awesome product and the service is the best! I would greatly recommend. This is a great gift!

I love my Keen Betty Boots! I bought these boots for their warmth and waterproof rating, and they are definitely both! The size does run small, I normally wear an 8 so I purchased my boots in 8.5 and they fit perfectly. You could probably even go a full size bigger than normal if you're intending to wear really thick socks. This boot fits very snug in the foot and ankle, but is loose enough around the top that I can tuck my jeans in pretty easily. I love how sturdy and sporty they are, and will wear them for many winters to come!

love these boots. I bought them to commute back and forth to work. They are light weight easy on and off and stay dry and warm. I spent all of New Years Eve on concrete in the cold and my feet stay warm and dry.

I absolutely adore these boots! I wear a size 10.5 that is very hard to find, and these fit perfectly. I am a professional pet-sitter, and I am outdoors in the cold weather quite a bit. My feet always stay warm and dry. Very comfortable for walking as well. Fitted around the ankle which does not allow for pants to be tucked in, but the boots are high enough that I have not gotten any snow in the top yet.

These boots are fantastic! They\'re super warm and great in the snow and slush. Comfortable and stylish too. The only problem I had is choosing which color to get!

I love this boot! It is very comfortable and cute! I ordered it late afternoon and got it the next morning. I love Zappos! We walked a couple of miles the night I got them after it had snowed about 4 and was very comfortable. I love their sandals and now I love their boots.

I'm really happy with this boot. It is great in the snow. I find Keen run a little short so I went up a size and just wear extra thick socks with them. Great for those of us with wide ankles. Zappos has great customer service and fast shipping.

I love these boots! They are cute, lightweight and very comfortable. They keep my feet warm while I am out there shoveling the deep Illinois snow.

I love this boot. It is the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. The ball of my foot gives me great trouble and I was able to walk and shop all over Chicago for 2 days. My feet are toasty warm and never get cold in this boot. I took the suggestions from others and ordered up 1/2 size. I usually take a 6 and ordered a 6 1/2 and they fit perfectly. I chose this boot over 2 others that I had also ordered. This was by far the most comfortable boot. I like the looks, too!

This boot is wonderful. I was so happy when I received them. I've been walking our dog, and we have had below zero weather. They keep my feet warm, and give me wonderful traction. They perform like they are supposed to. Like other reviews, I did order 1/2 size up, and they fit very nice.

I love these boots! I am a huge fan of KEEN and these were as great as I expected. There was no breaking in, just put them on and out in the snow. I have seen other comments about heel slipping and I haven't had any problems.

I love these boots. They consistently keep my feet warm, they fit well, and look good. I walk my kids to school every morning and these boots are exactly what I needed to walk in comfort through snow and ice and cold temperatures. I followed the advice of others and ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually do. They are a bit large when I wear thin socks but fit perfectly with thick winter socks.

I love these boots. I was looking for an easy-on boot to walk my dog in winter. We get lots of snow up here, and these are just great. They are warm and dry and have non-skid soles. I get compliments on them everywhere I go as well. I bought the ones with the jade stripe - its nice not to be wearing basic black. I am only sorry that soon the snow will be way too deep for these boots and I don\'t have the another pair just like them that reach my knees!
