Stuart Weitzman 5050 - These boots are amazing. I have been looking for the perfect over the knee boots and I love these. The other ones I found did not look nearly as nice. These are so classy and simply. The leather is very soft and comfortable. My calves are pretty skinny so I had a hard time finding boots that didn't slouch down so the stretch in the back is perfect. I personally find them very easy to take on and off.

Perfect boot - Never spent this much on boots before, but these are perfect! The leather is soft glove leather quality; I was saying OMG! as I pulled them on. I tried on at a store, however they did not have the half sizes that Zappos offers. These fit snuggly to foot and up the leg, no gapping at the calf! A beautiful, versatile flat boot that is well made looks good and fits my feet. Ordered on Thanksgiving and they arrived the next day! Unbelievable! Zappos has the best service of any company by far!

For ladies with muscular legs - These boots are great. I can never find boots that fit my legs and was eager to see if these would work because of the elastic. They did!!! They are very comfortable and are not difficult to put on and off once you get the hang of it. You just fold it down half way and it comes on and off easily. I have 16 inch calves and I can even get my jeans inside. Super comfortable and very soft leather.

Very tall boots! I love these boots! They are flat, comfortable, sleek looking, and very, very tall! I have long, thin legs and these boots fit perfectly, hitting just at the top of my knee caps, though they can be folded to just reach the knee. The leather is soft and the stretch material running up the back of the entire boot holds them in place on my legs....no slouching! Really a GREAT BOOT!

Fab and comfortable - These boots are fab! Way over my price point, but I decided to order them because I've been looking for a tall boot that does not look trashy. They are beautiful; leather is extremely soft, and they're comfortable from the minute you put them on. I usually wear size 9, sometimes 8 1/2, and have a slightly wide forefoot and muscular (15") calves. These boots, size 9, fit great in the foot and calf. The low heel with the tall shaft looks very modern, not at all trashy. And they arrived the day after I ordered them!

I had been admiring these boots for awhile and the reviews I read were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to get them, despite the price. I was shocked how comfortable they are! I wear a 12M so finding stylish boots that are comfortable and don't look like hooker boots is a chore. The leather feels great. My only complaint is that they bunched up around my ankles. I don't understand why they do that and I think I saw someone else make a similar comment. I wasn't on my feet all day so I don't know why sitting makes them slouch? Overall they are a comfortable boot and it helps to have the stretch fabric in the back to put them on. For the price, there should be no slouching in the boots.

One of the best looking boots ever made - period. I saw it on two women within 3 months and I knew these had to be mine. Unfortunately I have a size 11 foot and try as I might, (and boy did I try) I could not get these boots on my feet without almost tearing the stitching. I had to return them with agonizing grief. Enjoy them, all you lucky petite and average sized women.

Yes, these are beautiful. And I've heard other women raving about them. But they are hard to get on. Also, I'm 5'6 and they hit right above my knee, cutting off my leg in a way that made my thighs looks much bigger than I thought they were. I didn't find them flattering at all.

Disappointed - These are GORGEOUS, very expensive boots. My issue with them is there should have been a zipper on the side for easy on and easy off. Instead they are pull ons which are almost as difficult to put on as to take off. You have to peel the boot down and then really pull (sit down to do this). I wear an 8 and I found them to be too tight. I would go up a half size. A plus is that when you fold them down to take them off they look like REALLY cool ankle boots if you don't mind people seeing the Stuart Weitzman logo. Not worth the money for the trouble.

I love these boots so much, I'm size 7.5 and I ordered it in my size but the ankle was a little loose, so I exchanged it for size 7 and it's a little tight but the leather is very soft that it stretched to the fit I like.

Yes, the boots are a small fortune but so worth it! I'm 5'8" and 140 and the mother of 4 boys. I was having a hard time finding boots that were comfortable and that fit my calves. These boots look great and feel amazing. The leather is extremely soft and the backs of the boot make it a great fit for any body shape. I took a chance and ordered and had the boots the next day...yay Zappos! As far as the fit I usually wear between a 9 1/2 and 10. The 9 1/2 were perfect.

These are beautiful boots. It's such a simple and classic design, it will last through time and trends. The boot is half leather, half elastic - hence the name. The leather is soft and of great quality. The elastic band on the backside shapes to your legs but is not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. There is ample padding on the bottom - I can wear these all day. As for removal of the boots, I found it to be no problem after a couple of wears. The first few times are a bit hasslesome, I think because they are new and needs to be worn in a bit. But after 3-4 wears, I found that as long as I pulled down the boot half way and then pull from the bottom, the boots slipped right off. Keeping the boots folded will make them easy to put back on as well; just slip your feet in and pull the boots up once you have your feet complete in the boots. These are easily the most expensive item in my wardrobe, but they are definitely a worthwhile investment. I do not regret it at all!

These are the most amazingly comfortable boots. I am petite so it is difficult to find boots to fit properly. These fit around the ankle and leg! The boots run big. I had to exchange down an entire size from a 7 to a 6. I recommend ordering a smaller size to start.

My daughter absolutely loves these boots and gets compliments every time she wears them. They are true to size and the leather is like butter. They are expensive but look it too!

Great service and wonderful product. Nice to know that an exchange would be easy. Shoes are not always easy to buy on line because size varies.

I love this boot, but you should consider ordering a half size down. The 8 1/2 (my normal size) felt to big overall, and the 8 was perfect. The boot is very comfortable

Bought these gorgeous boots about two years ago. I usually don't like flat boots but these make me look thinner and taller when I wear them with dark pants or black leggings. Completely worth the high price tag! Very comfortable and I always get complimented when I wear them out.

These shoes are very sleek and beautiful. They are a boot that can be dressed up or down and provide a custom fit due to the stretchy material in the back. They are not particularly durable - this is my second pair. The leather is soft and scratches easily, and I wore the first pair during my commutes into NYC through rain and snow, which caused the boot to separate from the sole and was not repairable. They were so beautiful that I had to buy a second pair (and just be more careful). I also bought a pair of his rain boots to help save these from bad weather. The toe box is long, so if you wear a 5.5 in his shoes normally, you may want to try a 5 in these as the soft leather will stretch.

I received these boots as a gift and I could not be more in love. They are so sexy, comfortable and warm. My only issue (not complaint) is that the fabric portion is a bit tight at first especially when worn with jeans. They eventually stretch out, but the first day the tendons in my leg, especially behind my knee, were definitely feeling some strain. But this has already lessened greatly with use. They are true to size. I got them a half a size larger so I could wear thick warm socks with them. I even like the extra room in the boot because I have fairly wide feet. It isn't a problem given the tightness around the ankle/leg, which makes them a breeze to walk in even with the extra room. Because they are so lovely and the leather is such greatly quality I try not to wear them every other day to make them last and keep the leather from stressing. I would also never go out in them if it's raining. Overall highly recommended as long as you are willing to pay extra/convince someone to buy them for you as a gift.

Ladies... this is the ultimate tall boot! This is my second pair. The are an absolute must-have if you have thin calves like myself. The leather on these babies is just unbelievably soft! It is the most comfortable pair of boots ever. I get tons of compliments on these. Yes, they are expensive, but they are so worth the investment. They look great with anything: skinny jeans, skinny cords, dresses, and skirts. These boots are Stuart Weitzman's best-selling boot by far! They have been written up in the New York Times and in many many magazines. And they have been around for many years! I typically wear a size 8 but the 7.5 fit me best. Go for it!!
