I was looking for flats, and these came up in the search. Since there was only one pair left in my size, I snapped them up at once. I am very glad that I did! These can work as flats, such as with skinny jeans or even ankle-length pants, but they also look nice with dresses. The little wedge gives just enough lift to be flattering to the legs in dresses. Also, the wedge adds to the comfort, minimizing impact. I have walked a lot in these, and never once did my feet hurt (and coming from me, that is saying a lot!). Overall, these are cute shoes, not cutting edge stylish, but still cute, very comfortable, and very versatile. I am quite happy with these shoes!

These shoes look nice, but I kept walking out of them. I usually wear a 10N comfortably, but these were too long. Also, the pointed toe made my long feet look even longer than they do with rounded toes, so I returned these shoes.

These are great shoes but I have a weak ankle and need very good arch support. I read some of the other reviews and thought they would work. Unfortunately, they don't support my arch well enough to wear so I had to return them. Sniff! They really look good too.

I bought these shoes to wear for work. I stand and walk for 10 hours per day. These are very comfortable and have moderate arch support. While the wedge heels look nice and thick, I have worn the heel down to the point it is starting to crack after only six weeks of daily wear. They are not recommended for high mileage.

Amazingly comfortable! It feels like a sneaker but looks nice a dressy for everyday. I wear them all day and don't even feel like putting on my slippers when I get home.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I have a nasty bunion on one foot and these fit over it well and they are cut high enough that my toes don't show. And with all that, they are very stylish. Great shoes.

Love these shoes, just ordered a second pair as backup. The style is really cute and the shape of the toe is nice and dressy and the small wedge gives them just enough of a heel to start elongating your legs. The material (basically some synthetic fabric) gives these a slightly more casual look, I do wish they were available in leather. The back of the heel is covered in a material that looks like patent leather. I think this is good so that it will protect the back of the shoes when I'm driving. I wore these shoes for a bunch of evenings out around the city on a recent trip to Seoul and they remained relatively comfortable all night. The only drawback that I really care about is that these shoes are pretty slippery when walking on smooth surfaces (not enough traction on the sole), so I have to be extra careful in some cases.

Fabulous shoes. I'm on my second pair and would buy more if they came in other colors. (Why don't they?) Comfortable, versatile, flattering.

This is a nice looking shoe and true to fit, however, not comfortable enough for my picky feet. Unfortunately will be sending back.

These shoes look very nice on. I found them to be just a bit too short, although the width (a narrow) was good. They are going back. Thanks Zappos for the free shipping both ways.

I usually wear a 9 1/2 narrow, which is the size I originally ordered this shoe in. They were at least 1/2" too long, so I returned them and ordered a 9N. I received that pair before the first pair had even been received by Zappos - you guys are awesome! The 9N fit perfectly and they're very cute and will look nice with slacks - a little dressier look than the Clarks I also bought.

Love these shoes! Wish they were available in other colors. This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

I ordered these shoes in a narrow but when I got them and tried them on they were too wide. My heel was slipping and I couldn't keep them on. I returned these.

I love these shoes and am on my 2nd pair. They are so comfortable and versatile. I wear them to the office or can wear them for an evening out.

Very comfortable shoes that are stylish (for those of us who cannot wear high heels). Great for traveling - I can wear them with a suit, dress and casual pants. I have wide feet and high arches and these fit well when I order the wide width.

Don't know if someone bought the old Joan and David name but this is such a cheap version. Too small, the microfibre feels like cardboard. Cute but awful; will never purchase this brand again.

True to size, cute, great height, and comfortable. Unfortunately I'm returning them because the right side is clearly larger than the left side. I compared the shoes back to back so it's definitely the shoes and not my feet. Also had it confirmed w my boyfriend.

This is a really smart looking shoe, and I loved it out of the box. I wear a 9N, but when I put the shoe on my foot it was 1/2 size too long, and not narrow at the all of my foot....it was huge. My 2 middle fingers fit inside the shoe down to the toe with my foot in it. Perhaps in a medium or wide it would be fine, but not a narrow. Such a shame because I really liked them!

I got lured into the siren song of a comfortable, stylish shoe. I really wanted to believe that this shoe would be "the best." I now own a pair, because I wore them thinking they were fine...and ended up with blisters. I can't return them now...so I'll make do. But I will have to get inserts for the bottom and heel pads for the back. A few years ago I bought a pair of Softspots that took me, literally, around the world -- Europe, India, the Philippines. I was hoping, based on the reviews that these shoes would be equal to the task, and yet...better looking. They are okay. Not awful, but not anywhere close to great either. And based on the price...it makes me feel a little more sour. They are coming to Europe with me...but like I said, after I doctor them a bit. I probably would never buy another pair of Circa Joan & David after this experience.

These shoes are not at all comfortable. I chose the shoes for comfort and they cut up my feet. I am more than willing to send a picture. They were a disappointment something I have rarely experienced with Zappos.

Nice looking shoes but had to return, runs large. I am a true size 9 and walked right out of these!

I usually order narrow width but this was not available, so I tried this in medium. It felt & looked great but my heel kept popping out. I am going to try 1/2 size smaller and see if it will work for me.

Love these shoes. I ordered two sizes and kept the other one - seems true to size and comfortable.

Potentially fine little day-shoe the suede and patent combo is nice, but they have extremely slippery soles. Could not use for fear of falling.
