I have trouble wearing dressy shoes because most cut up the back of my heel or rub at my toes, but these don't do either! I was able to get a wide so that my toes had plenty of room, but they don't look wide or boxy. I was able to wear them straight out of the box for an entire day and now wear them walking around the city and have had no problems at all. Normally I put insoles in all my shoes, but these seem to be fine without as the rubber sole helps with cushion. The slight heel and slight point of a toe makes them feel more sophisticated than ballet flats. They look great with skinny jeans. The only thing that surprised me was that I had to go half size smaller, when I am a very consistent size. I walked right out of my normal size. I am loving these so far and highly recommend them!

These shoes are so comfortable due to the stretchy material. Yet so stylish and sophisticated. The wedge heel is just right for some one like me who is 6 feet tall. I like that the sole is rubber and completely silent when walking.

Fabulous fit, comfort - and versatile - goes with dressy or jeans looks. So great a shoe that I bought a pair for my sister who also thinks it's the greatest shoe ever!

This shoe is wonderful for those with a long narrow foot like mine. Most shoes marked narrow are too wide for me. This shoe is comfortable, stylish, stays on my foot, and has room for my long toes. The sole is cushy, and I can walk forever while wearing these. I bought my first pair last year. They still look new although I wear them almost every day. I was happy when I found a second pair in my size. It is two o’clock in the morning. I am taking no chances. My order is in.

These shoes were comfy right out of the box. I bought them for travel to and from work in a stylish flat and these are totally that. They are lovely.

So cute, except -- and I know this sounds odd -- my heel and the heel of the shoe are in different places, and it made for a wobbly walk. I was sad to send them back.

This shoe is fairly comfortable. It pinches my toes just a little bit but not bad. It looks cute with dress pants and also with skirts - a nice all around useful shoe. Overall I would recommend it.

Beautiful shoes, well fitting, no gapping -- wish I could have kept them but there isn't room for my orthotic. I need a 12 wide. They are a little snug for my 11" foot but I would have kept them because they looked so good on. But if you don't have any foot issues, it's a great shoe.

I think the shoe is beautiful and I won't return them even though they are somewhat tight because of my bunions. Also I must wear band aids on my heels or the shoe causes blisters. They will work if I'm not going to do any walking to speak of.

Absolutely loved these shoes BUT they wouldn't stay on. They kept slipping off my heel! I wanted these so badly but just couldn't walk in them. If they had stayed on my feet, I would have given them 5 Stars across the board.

I have been looking for so long for a pair of black flats with some support and a shoe that I could wear to work. I wear a women size 5 which makes my search even tougher. Upon receipt, I wore my new shoes the next day, but by lunch time I had to wear my sneakers. The front of the shoe is a little too narrow and the back of the shoe rubbed my heals. Unfortunately, I had to send the shoes back the next day. I spoke with Gabby from customer service and she was awesome! Best customer service ever. Easy to ship back. I will continue to shop at Zappos! Great looking shoe.

Beautiful shoe, but I had to return: the 9 1/2 Narrow (my usual size) was just too wide, and it fell off my foot.

Classy looking shoes but I have a wide foot and the heel slides off even w/heel inserts. Disappointing if you order a wide shoe. If you have an average foot it may be fine.

This is a wonderfully surprising shoe. New brand for me, was looking for something fashion forward looking with skinny pants, dresses, midi skirts that I can wear with my bone spurs and arthritis in my big toe joints. (I am a 42 year old Jimmy Choo, YSL, Prada lover but they killed my feet.) This fit the bill and is extremely comfortable and quite good looking.

Shoes look wonderful but were sized too large. The half size down was too small so I'm out of luck. Shoot!

I hate flats, and I actually like this one. It's not only extremely comfortable but also this comes with a very professional look. I've been wearing this pair for about 2 years, and I've abused this and it's still in good condition. The heels are a bit worn off, well after 2 years of daily abuse. I am very picky with shoes and I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a black pair of flats for work.

Lovely shoe that is comfortable except on my feet, the heel is too wide. I walk out of the shoes. This is quite disappointing as I have trouble wearing flats of any kind. Usually, they are too tight in the toe region. Other times, the shoe digs into my heel. I have not worn them outside so I am taking them to a cobbler to see if the heel can be adjusted to stay on my foot. If not, I'll have to return them...sad to say.

A very pretty shoe. I ordered the 7.5 M but should have ordered my regular size 7.5 N as these felt too long and too wide. However, I recommend this shoe for comfort and looks. I kept another pair of dark shoes in this order but if these came in a different color I definitely would like them in the correct size.

I am such a fan of these shoes that I bought a second pair. They are stylish and comfortable. The perfect shoe for just about any occasion.

These shoes look great. I wish they came in more colors. I wore them all day at work without any major problems. I do get compliments. They are simple with a bit of height which I do like. I would recommend them. They felt true to size. I have bunions so they make my feet look smaller without pinching. I usually wear size 8.5 or 9. Size 8.5 in W wasn't available so I decided to purchase the 8.5 M, and they still fit fine. I think size 9 would've been a bit big on me.

The uppers are beautiful exactly what I was looking for but the heel is narrow, unstable and rounded made of a slippery hard plastic. Which makes it a sprained ankle in the making. If the heel were wider and the edges squared off and made of a soft rubber I would have felt more secure in them.

These shoes are shockingly comfortable, especially for something with a small heel. I wore them around my apartment for a while, when deciding which of three pairs of black "flats" to keep. Unfortunately, another pair one out (these are a bit dressy for every day wear with jeans), but I think I'll be picking them up the next time I have a little extra spending money. Bonus: The top portion of the shoe is both structured enough to be attractive, but flexible enough to be very comfortable. I have a bunion on my left foot, and these did not bother that foot in the slightest -- great heeled shoe for someone with foot issues, for sure.

My girlfriend loved this shoe. It fits very true to size, so if your half size, get the half not the full size up. Very, Very comfortable for a dressy shoe.

This is the fourth pair I've purchased. The shoe is extremely comfortable and stylish. I wear with suits and jeans. I've bought at least four pairs over the years. I usually have two pairs in the closet as they do stretch after a while and I wear them constantly. For example, I may wear them to the office and then change to heels. I keep a good pair and a casual pair "tightened" with back-of-the-heel cushions or socks. The shoe never gets very stretched out, just enough to make an older pair more comfortable for those days when my edema flairs. The fabric upper holds it's shape and never gets shabby. I only discard a pair when the sole at the heel shows wear. Note: I wear a wide width. I tried a medium width thinking it would stretch quickly enough to make a long lasting perfect fit. It didn't work. Not one of my better ideas. It's silly to buy and wear an uncomfortable shoe on the chance it will become the perfect fit and worn a few weeks longer. Buy true to size. I highly recommend this versatile shoe.

I love the look and feel of this shoe. I get tons of compliments. A great black work shoe. I am still breaking them in as they dig a little at my heel.
