These shoes were recommended by my doctor post surgery. They are the most comfortable shoes I've had in quite some time. Excellent fit and excellent support. I'll be buying these again.

Great shoe - I like the extra wide 4E - Awesome service - Great Product.

I normally wear 15 or sometimes 14 narrow, plus orthotics, so it's hard for me to find any sort of shoe that fits right. These fit like a glove. Decent arch support without my orthotics, enough room for my orthotics, roomy toe box without letting my foot slip. These are my Goldilocks shoes: just right.

I’ve been wearing this shoe since having my first foot and ankle surgery 9 years ago per my orthopedic surgeon. They are not the most eye appealing, but make up in comfort and durability. I do lots of walking on the job (LE and Fire & Safety) and these shoes are likely the most comfortable durable I’ve owned. The ONLY negative with this shoe is the fact the first problem that always shows up is where the sole comes up the front of the toe a little-it always starts coming off there, but only after wearing the shoes close to 90% out. The tread is worn down pretty good by then and I’ve sufficiently gotten my money out of them by this time. The one time I’ve dealt with customer service was pleasant and shipping, my most favorite thing (and the reason I keep union Zappos) is second to none. Simply unbelievable!!! Thank you Zappos!! These are the most comfortable sneakers with the best support in every way to counterbalance my over pronation problem. Additionally these are amazingly good looking. This is my second pair

This is my second pair. First pair is just starting to show signs of wear, so I purchased a second for when the first is no longer wearable. I hope Brooks leave this shoe alone and makes no changes., as I find it perfect just the way it is. I highly recommend.

For someone like me with jacked up feet, Brooks Addiction Walker has been a Godsend, it is the only shoes I have worn (other than dress shoes or hiking boots) for the last decade

Brooks addiction walker is like an old friend , reliable and never disappoints. This is my 3rd pair for work and they wear like iron. I appreciate that they never change! Zappos is awesome!

These are the only walking shoe my husband wears. He has a narrow foot and the Brooks shoe is perfect.

Very comfortable. I think the Brooks arch support in this shoe is better than most athletic shoes and that contributes to the fact the I have not replaced the Brooks inserts with my custom made orthotics for planter-facia. The thicker sole and upper leather construction offer great support. I have been wearing running /jogging shoes for daily wear but these Brooks Addiction Walkers will be my new daily wear shoes.

Shoes feel great, wear well, and irritate my kids because they are totally white. Awesome!

My husband's feet are hard to fit. He put these on an they were comfortable immediately. He did not have to break them in.

My husband was blowing through athletic shoes. He was spending $50 - $70 on shoes, but he was getting what he paid for. He has plantar fasciitis and very wide feet. I finally just bought him the Brooks shoes and he finally wore them. He admitted to me that they felt great and he wanted another back-up pair. Took him about 3 months to finally wear them, but once he did, he understood what I was talking about. So glad Brooks has the wide width. Could not believe how quickly we get these shoes. Order one day, and get delivered the next.

I didn't order the EE - extra wide at first, because it sounds hugely wide. My feet are just barely wide. But after trying the normal width, I knew I needed more. The size EE shoes fit perfectly: not too wide, and not too narrow. They are snug without being tight.

Great sneaker for walking.

Good fit once again. This is my sixth pair at one or two pair per year. Special accolades this time: I ordered around 9:00 p.m. and the shoes arrived at noon the next day.

The shoe supported the overpronation of my right foot relieving foot, ankle and knee pain. Who knew?! It remains to be seen how long this will last.

I needed these hoping they would help with my feet wanting to roll outward. I've never had support like this in a shoe. At first, my ankles and feet felt a bit strange as I adjusted to the new support, but after a few days, I felt great. I'm back to grab another pair!!!

Normally I wear a size 10.5 Wide shoe with Skechers but it was recommended I order a size 11 Wide with the Brooks. They fit extremely well with plenty of arch support. Dealing with a previous leg and foot injury I don't run however I do go on short walks. Problem I had with other shoes were the chance that I'd roll my ankle while walking but there's less chance of that happening with the Brooks. Best walking shoes I had ever bought. The only issue is the shoe laces are a little on the short side. Upon reading many of the reviews pertaining to the Brooks Addiction Walker there were concerns about the laces being to short. The laces which came with the shoes have a length of 57 inches. I had the same issue and replaced them with a pair of 63 inch Oval Athletic Shoelaces, Standard width 1/4". Solved the short lace issue with my size 11, Wide shoes.
