Zappos Gift Cards - They were given to my daughters for Valentines Day. They were both very surprised and excited. The shoes I have purchased have been just what I wanted and I would recommend Zappos to anyone!

Great Gift for a Tween Girl - I bought a gift card for a young niece that loves shoes. She was able to shop all on her own--no need for finding a ride to the mall! One size fits all - I recently purchased $150.00 in gift cards for the holidays. These were gifts for my mom and aunt as they have small, narrow feet...I know they can find what they need on Zappos. I have bought several pairs of shoes and the product and service are outstanding. I wanted to keep you as my little secret but you are too good not to share with others. I shopped many different websites over the holiday as my son lives in a different state; I did this to facilitate easier returns to a store near him. I should know better, although everything I bought made it before the holiday, it was closer than I would have liked it to be...There is no place like Zappos and I will not stray next holiday... Gift Certificates - My grandchildren and daughter order shoes from Zappos regularly. The gift certificates were very welcome. In fact they used them within 24hrs. of receiving them.

Great idea for a gift - Zappos did a fantastic job making this gift card, something extra special. It came in a box, which made it a great presentation for the gift card receiver...plus it was VERY fast...received in 1 day! Loved it, and will purchase again!

My sister-in-law has everything and it is difficult to find the right present for her when it is her birthday or Christmas. She loves the shoes Zappos carries and chooses what she wants and it is the perfect gift solution for me.

Very easy and speedy process! Free overnight shipping! One drawback: You can't dictate the value of the gift card, but must pick from the choices available.

Great, prompt service. However, I really wanted to buy a gift card for $60, but had to settle for a $50 card, since only certain values were available. It would be better if gift cards were available in any amount (over some specified minimum).

Would be nice if cards were available in amount specified by buyer. Had to buy two cards to give a $75 gift. Card didn't come with an envelope or cover/holder to present it to recipient like other companies do. Would be nice if they offered a few choices of card designs appropriate to typical gift giving occasions and recipient gender. A little disappointed given the attention Zappos gives everything else on the site for a positive shopping experience. The Gift Card did the basic job, but nothing more.

Just a heads up that gift cards are sent via package rather than envelope. I'm not really sure why as I have yet to pick it up, but if you're like me and have trouble receiving packages due to work schedule, then choose your shipping options appropriately. Don't just assume, like I did, that it will arrive in your mailbox.

The shipping procedure for Zappos gift cards SUCKS!!! They ship it UPS, with a signature *required* at delivery - I didn't know this when I ordered it, or I would have had it delivered to my office at work since - gasp! - I work during the day! After 3 delivery attempts (they left stickers on my door each time), they held it at the regional UPS distribution center for 5 business days, during which time I had to pick it up or else they'd return to sender. This center is conveniently located 30 minutes away, and is conveniently not open on weekends, and conveniently makes you wait an hour for your package after you show up there. HOW ANNOYING. I spent about 2.5 hours on a Friday night picking up my gift card. I guess this is a complaint about UPS also, but PLEASE, Zappos: put a giant warning up on your site when people order these gift cards that a signature is required on delivery so someone has to be at home!! This would prevent all these problems!
