I ordered my New Balance sneakers at 8:30 at night. Came home from work the next day and the UPS truck was pulling out of the driveway. There was my Zappos order on my doorstep! Unbelievable service! My husband and I shop with Zappos whenever we can and are never disappointed. The product was excellent as usual! I always find my New Balance shoes true to size and very comfortable from the second I put them on. I am a waitress and am on my feet 9&1/2 hours a day! So I need good shoes!
