Just received my exchange Jacket from a size XL to a Lg. This Jacket run quite large and I am very happy that I made the exchange. Zappos customer service was the very best that I could of hoped for. I received my replacement so very quickly. The construction of this Jacket is top notch and I expect it to last a very long time.

Bought this jacket 4 years ago and its still in great condition. I've worn it out running errands and even snowboarding (really warm if you go during the day and later in the season.) Kept me warm on the slopes in VT and in MI. Its pretty bulky but after wearing it out for a bit the air lets out and its a little slimmer. It kept me alive during the snow storm in NYC a couple years ago, and the MI winters are no match for this coat. Really great pockets for wallet and media. The faux fur parka can be unzipped too. Recommended this coats to friends and strangers on the train glad to see they still make it. Can't say even good things about it. Only gripe is that the fron hand pockets are kinda small, but thats what gloves are for right?

I can't imagine a jacket being any warmer. Great for New York winters. Pockets both in and out to add a few cold weather accessories.

This has to be one of the best winter coats I have ever purchased! The North Face Gotham Jacket is extremely well made and will keep you very, very warm! I plan to purchase more North Face products in the future!

This is the perfect jacket. It keeps me warm but it is only November here in Philadelphia. I will see how it handles January and February. I give it a five for comfort and style because it is more than expected but a four because of the zipper it needs a more tough one. Zappos provides the best costumer service. I ordered this item Friday and on Monday it was here.

Purchased Gotham Jacket for my son for Christmas 2012...looking at the jacket and feeling how heavy it is makes me realized what an awesome investment that I made for him, and I know that he will love and appreciate it. Thank you, North Face!

Great coat! I couldn't ask for anything better. Keeps you warm in the coldest situations!

Fantastic winter coat. Incredibly comfortable and very warm. I spend a fair amount of time outside and this coat keeps me toasty the entire time. I gave 4 stars overall because I think the hand pockets could be bigger. The interior pockets (1 on each side) seemed to be sewed on as an afterthought. Other than that this is the best winter coat I have ever owned. I am 6'2" with long arms and the large fits me perfectly.
