Gift cards - I ordered a gift card late one evening and surprisingly received it the very next morning. No one could ask for or expect better service than that!

Shipping hassle - Gift card is perfect. Receiving it via UPS with a required signature is a real pain. I work as a freelance interpreter and am not at an office that can be used as delivery. Had to scramble to get it sent to husbands office, where he is not always there. The no signature could be removed.

Gift card - I am always impressed with your quick responses and deliveries. I will always shop with you. Thanks.

Gift Card--Talk about the right "fit" After the wrong Gift for Christmas, I finally hit the mother load. My hard working teacher, mom, daughter was forever looking for the perfect pair of shoes. She has a hard to fit foot 10 1/2 and narrow heel. There was no way I could pick out a pair for her so after hearing so much about Zappos shoes I got the gift card. She is thrilled and is having a ball picking out a pair. Then she discovered that Zappos has way more than shoes! Wow!

5 star gift card - Not much to say about a gift card, but will say I love your service and variety of product. I also bought Ugg slippers for everyone for Christmas, but did not have sizes for those receiving gift cards. Love your shipping and fast service. Thanks!

Christmas gift- on time!! I got Zappos' gift certificates for my sister and her family, for Christmas. I did this because I know that she will be taken care of with concern and ease by your Customer Service staff. That is how I was treated all year long- I purchased all my 2007 shoes from you. If I had to exchange or return the shoes I picked, NO PROBLEM at all. And the new pair was there the very next day. Couldn't get better service at any shoe store in my area. The certificates arrived on time to my sister, even though they went to my house first. Your staff person was so kind and sent them quickly to the right address and let me know how to do it correctly in the future, too. Thanks, Zappos!!

The gift card came very quickly, no problems there. It is very plain and comes in a plain white envelope. Nothing special for the holidays, no gift card holder. I was disappointed in that, but it worked fine.

I was disappointed that the gift card didn’t come with a card holder that had a "To" and "From" and "Amount". Although I did call and ask for one thinking that you had to have one and was shocked that you didn’t. I then made the suggestion to make these cards for every gift card ordered. Even if that couldn’t be done then at least the amount could be printed on the front side of the gift card. Other than that, I was thrilled to be able to give this gift card and others that I had ordered with people that didn’t know about Zappos and people that I had bragged about Zappos to. Thanks.
