The gift card was a great Christmas gift for my adult son. he needs new steel toe work shoes, and I knew he wanted Doc Martens, but the GC let him pick out what he really wants, and the free shipping both ways makes it SO EASY!!!

I bought a gift card for my nephew cause my dog chewed up one of his shoes while he was visiting. There was some problem with delivery to his address, he had to be there to sign, and through missed communication. He wasn't able to connect. I got an e-mail from Zappos letting me know there was a problem, they tried redelivery as requested, and I was able to contact my nephew and have him get the delivery.

I got this gift card for my sister who is pregnant. I wanted her to pick out some comfortable shoes for summer. It's a great gift to give anyone who wears shoes!
