Very comfortable - I bought them for walking and find them very comfortable even on long walks. I use orthotics and they work well together.

New Balance Hook and Loop - These shoes are outstanding. With a bad back, I find the hook and loop much easier than laces. They fit perfectly and provide wonderful, comfortable support. On top of that, they are handsome.

Great shoe, awesome customer service! I am so very pleased with both my new shoes and the excellent customer service I received from Zappos. I had to go through 3 pairs before I found one that fit and supported my feet correctly. The great staff at Zappos helped me with the exchanges and everything was done quickly and correctly. New Balance makes great shoes and this one is no exception. The shoe fits well and provides great support. The only thing I could ask for would be for the straps to be a bit longer, but they do work and fit ok.

Great Geek Shoe! My husband is a total geek. He loves velcro shoes, but they are really hard to find - especially in a really wide size. These are exactly what he needs. Thank goodness for the NB MW576! They are well made, comfortable; they last for more than a year. We totally recommend these shoes.

Easy to put on, Easy to take off - My dad likes this sneaker. He wears a brace on his left foot so I had to buy a half size larger and it fit perfectly. There is nothing negative about this shoe. Easy to put on, easy to take off. I think I'll buy the other colors too.

Disappointment - The New Balance shoes are not as comfortable nor do they have the arch support of my other comparable Rockport. After trying the New Balance, I will go back to Rockport.

N B - Only worn once. Breaking in slowly.

Not the sexiest shoe, but darned comfortable! Terrific shoe for anyone with medical issues involving sore hands or feet. No laces to tie but velcro straps fasten as effectively. Slip on and off easily at airport checkpoints. Can adjust tension as needed throughout the day. I purchased the bone color, wish I had gone with black or white. They do have a bit of an orthopedic look to them, no way around it, but if max comfort at a fair price is your goal, this will fit the bill. Zappos service is excellent as well.

The shoes are for my brother living in a nursing home. He has very short and wide, almost square feet. He is hard to fit, but these shoes do work. The velcro makes it easier for him, too.

Satisfaction - My feet are small for a male, and average sites don't offer my size. The shoes I found at your site, in my size, not only fit, they look and feel great.

Hooked on New Balance Loops - This shoe is the most comfortable walking shoe I've owned. They fit correctly to the size ordered. I know from the past that these shoes will wear well. The speed of shipping from Zappos was most amazing-2 days.

New Balance shoes - I bought these shoes for my son Collin who is 17 years old, autistic, and non-verbal. He is not able to tie shoe laces, thus, this shoe is perfect with the velcro fastener. Thanks.

New Balance Hook and Loop Shoes - These are the most comfortable walking shoes that I have used. They also are good looking and can be worn for casual events. They are easy to get on and off which makes them ideal for wearing to the airports.

Hard to please - I purchased these for my Dad who is very hard to fit. I was very pleased and so was he with the look and width.

A little stiff, but don't hurt my feet.

Perfect - Haven't had these shoes off since they arrived. Total comfort and easy on and off. A little clunky looking, but in black they work fine even on more or less dress occasions.

Great Shoe - Perfect for travel. In the car it is easy to kick off while on the road, then slip on at rest stops. For airports it is ideal for the security checkpoints where you have to remove your shoes and get them back on without holding up the line.
