Actually need 3e, but not available. 2e a little tight, but they'll wear in. Style is great, as is price. Also bought Propet Stability Walker, which I prefer. Propet is much more comfortable, but don't last as long as NB, so there's a trade off. As always, Zappos' service is second to none.
I'd also recommend:
Propet

Few choices in narrow (B width) shoes, so you take what you can get. Would I have preferred something else? Yes.

My wife bought me the shoes for Christmas. They are the right size and width, but they are stiff as a brick, and I hope they loosen up after wearing them for awhile. They offer good support while walking on my treadmill.

When I reviewed this shoe I was impressed at all the positive comments, but it has been the worst shoe I've worn in 30+ years of buying New Balance. I changed the insert out and that made it tolerable for about 6 hours. I didn't send it back because I threw away the original insert. I usually buy the upper 900 series 993, 992, etc., since the late 70s. I just wanted a shoe I could wear for working in the wet yard and such. Anyway, if you're looking to buy a shoe, this is the place to buy it - Zappos. They will bend over backwards to do whatever is necessary to be sure you are pleased with whatever you buy. I will continue to buy here and they are helping me find the right shoe. Thanks Zappos!

Looks great, not great comfort -
These shoes look great, and are light and relatively comfortable. I am bummed that the bottom inside of the right shoe feels bumpy. This was not noticeable when walking, but became noticeable when I started doing other activities like treadmill and elliptical work. It appears the lugs on the bottom of the sole are uneven, causing uneven pressure on bottom of the foot. Part of the issue is the skimpy layer of materials inside the shoe. Also the molded 'knobs' on the bottom of the sole seem uneven, contributing to the problem. Disappointing, because I've always had good luck with new balance shoes.

Traction issues?
I ordered these as a change from my regular NB 720 shoes. They look and feel great, but am I the only one to notice how slippery these shoes feel? Hardwood floors, slightly wet pavement, walking around in stores is slightly hazardous with these shoes. I thought it would take time to break them in but yet they are still very lacking in good traction. Wonder if it is just a defect in my particular pair. Otherwise, a beautiful shoe!

MX622 -
If this is a replacement for the 608, which you indicate is being discontinued, it is not as sturdy and feels like the material is thinner. I need to wear it for about 3 mos. to give it a field review.

I have several new Balance shoes and love the fit and style. This shoe is an exception. The shoe fits well, but it feels and looks cheap like an old "pleather" jacket. Because it's a leather type material it makes my feet hot. I guess that would be fine if I lived up north, but I live in Texas. I would not recommend them unless you live up north and think "pleather" is in style.

I don't know whether NB changed their design, but this shoe had NO arch support. If someone wanted to add custom orthotics, this shoe might work well.

It gets you from point A to B -
This is a great looking shoe. I bought it in two different colors one for work and one for street use. All I have to say is that the heel isn't as soft as I would like and that after a bit of time you just want them off your feet. I would buy them again, and again. They hold up to my crazy life in a bakery!

NB stop changing your shoes -
Have worn 620 and 621 for years always great fit and comfort. This is the first shoe that caused pain on top of foot. Excess material in tongue. Had to cut off the top edge 3/4" to relieve the pressure. Now wearable, but very disappointing. When you have a winner, quit changing it!!!

Not your normal New Balance -
Been wearing New Balance 4e shoes for as long as they made them, but these were too wide by a bunch. I think they were about 6e shoes. This is a first for NB as I have never had bad fit before.

Bummer. I have worn New Balance for 20+ years. This was the first disappointment. I wore 608's and 620's for years. Perfect shoes for me. I don't know what New Balance did but it seems they changed the dimensions. Felt OK out of the box but after a bit I had a cramping in my right instep and on the side of my right foot. I had hoped this would go away after a break in period but did not. It took a week for my foot to not feel out of wack. The other thing I noticed was that the leather uppers material seemed thin and cheaper than my old new balance. Good thing I have 4 old pairs. I rotated them out every week but they are getting tattered. I am going to try a pair of 608's. I hope New Balance hasn't screwed these up, too.

Not like the previous 608, 609, 620, 621 series -
Very disappointed with this shoe. I don't know what happened but the shoe does not fit my arches and causes some pain. I assumed that the same series of shoe evolution (8 1/2 ee) would be an even a better and more comfortable shoe for fast walking and light jogging. This shoe just does not do the job.

No sneakers for old men -
Liked the photo and found them comfortable but realized quickly that only old men wear mostly white sneakers at the gym. Had to get new ones.

My husband began wearing these in mid August. They fit and looked nice. However, by November, there was a hole in the leather of top one shoe toe.
Always love New Balance; disappointed in their quality this time.

This is the worst New Balance sneaker I ever bought. They are hard on your feet and not like all the other New Balance shoes I bought in the past.
