Great shoes - My son has wide feet and it's hard to find good looking shoes in his width, these shoes fit great and he's much more comfortable now. The shipping on these was great, we ordered in the evening and received the shoes the next morning, and didn't pay shipping? That's unheard of.

Great New Balance shoe - as usual - Shoe came very quickly after order was submitted and the fit, feel, and quality was, as usual for a New Balance product, excellent. Ordered size 12/EE firstly and was a little tight, so sent back and got size 13/EE, which fitted perfectly. Maybe my feet has grown recently. The exchange was done quickly and very smoothly and Zappos' service is second to none. They are now my preferred online shoe partner. Thanks!

MX622 - New Balance makes the most comfortable shoes I've ever found. This style is no exception. They're generously sized I've found, so if you want the fit to be snug, you should buy a half size down. Nice wide toe box and nicely padded tongue and heel. Great for walking.

Good shoe - I have an 11/4E foot size with a bunion on the right foot. These shoes were wide enough to accommodate my right foot, very nice toe box area; the sole is soft but not mushy. I’m on my feet all day on tiled floors; so far my feet do not hurt at the end of 11 hr days. This is the 4th brand of shoe I’ve tried. Thanks Zappos for the great return process and your large selection.

Summer Comfort - I purchased these sneakers for my son in white for summer. They not only look cool but they are lightweight and comfortable.

Great Shoes - These shoes are amazing. New Balance shoes are very comfortable.

Great workout shoe - This shoe gets it done. After about 5 workout days to get the shoe broken in, the shoe feels good. I play racquetball and lift weights with it. Not a good shoe for pick up basketball, not enough ankle support.

I would buy them again. They are what I expected and I am very pleased with them. And Zappos handled the whole thing without any problems. Thank you.

Very sturdy cross trainer that keeps my feet safe in the gym. It's not the most breathable shoe, and it's heavy and kinda stiff so I wouldn't recommend it for runs. It has a plush sole so it's pretty nice for walks or if you have job where you’re on your feet a lot. Another thing to note is that the shoes make a running noise when you walk around in them the first couple of days. Once they break in, it'll go away.

Good shoe with good support. Made on a small last, so I had to get size 11 rather than my usual 10-1/2. Would like a more durable sole.

I was hoping these would help solve the problem of my old Rockports being extremely uncomfortable during long shifts at work (where I have to stand still on concrete for sometimes hours at a time). Sadly, they didn't. In fact, if laced all the way to the top (which they don't come laced to, oddly), they hurt even worse. For shorter shifts or ones where I can actually sit down, they're fine. But, man, on those 8-hour ones, my feet are killing me and my legs are way tired. I might stick some Dr. Sholl's inserts in them like I had in my Rockports and see if that helps.

Look more like leisure shoes than sneakers. Very comfortable, somewhat difficult to tie. The lace holes are very small and tight. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

Good comfortable walking shoe. Too stiff for most aerobic activity though. Elliptical works fine, rowing OK, the rest I would recommend another shoe. Looks nice but picks up dirt easily.

The shoes are pretty comfy though they take quite a while to break in (10-15 hours). Once they're broken though, they fit to your feet very well. I have wide feet and the wides fit like a glove which is excellent. All around a good, comfortable shoe.

I like the MX622 13-B. I am a large guy with skinny feet who trail walks for exercise and pleasure and these shoes fit well. I have some heel slip, but am able to correct it by creative lacing at the top. It's really no problem. I'm on my second pair of these after using 4 pair of mx608's. The 608's seem to last about 9 months before a crack develops in the sole under the ball of the foot, allowing moisture to enter. I haven't had that problem with the 622's.

I've been i New Balance sneakers for several years now. When my wife turned me on to Zappos.com, it fortified the notion "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" because Zappos.com makes it so easy to purchase shoes. So when I order, I order 2 pair at a time! This is a great sneaker! Very well made with excellent styling. It is a harder feeling sneaker than, let's say, a Reebok cross-trainer. It took me a bit to get used to the feel. But now, I won't wear any other sneaker, no reason to change. The overwhelming reason for me buying this shoe, is, besides it's style, the fact that New Balance is one of the few manufacturers that sell their sneakers in widths! I have a wide foot, always have. The fact that I can get a 9EE is a major buying decision for me. SO if you have a wide foot and are looking for style with a firm sole, this sneaker if for you!

Never a problem with the shoes. With New Balance I can wear them right out of the box. I would like to see you use the Postal Service for delivery!

I bought these to replace an aged pair of NB 608's. They said they were made to the same last number. They don't fit quite the same. I think they are too high right under my ankle bone. They rubbed a little there and hurt sometimes. After a couple of days they felt better. I don't remember needing to break in the 608's, they were great from the start.

I have enjoyed these shoes. I have noticed less tiredness in my feet and legs after a full day of wearing these. They are light weight and very clean looking.

I like being able to get the EE width. It leaves more room for extra sole padding and thick socks. New Balance shoes hold up pretty well and the prices are reasonable.

In the few weeks I have worn them they seem fine, have good padding inside. They are lighter than my prior shoes by half, good leather construction. Watch out initially as the rubber tread is slippery on bathroom floors, a few miles of walking on sidewalks burnished the bottoms and they are good in the bathrooms now. \r\n\r\nIt is nice to get black cross trainers for my standup job. I could see buying these again.

My husband has used this style for years for his workout shoes, so it was great to be able to just look up the newest in the series, and order, knowing that they\'d fit.

Well, I can't say enough about how amazing Zappos is, but the shoes were too big and had to keep them because I was traveling and didn't have time to exchange them. I had ordered the same size I was wearing in a different NB style, but these were wider than the previous pair I had.
