Spooky great service, and a great shoe, too! I ordered a pair of NB 622s last night at 9:15 pm; to replace a pair of six month old 621s that I bought at Dick's Sporting Goods. Many many miles on them, with my infant son in the carrier, too, so the total poundage is over 300! They came this afternoon. Wow. Went for a second walk just to celebrate, and the shoes are great; stiff side to side like a crosstrainer should be, classic NB fit (I wear a 13 EEEE)... plenty of toe box room, no issues whatsoever on a 5 mile walk (two mega hills as well). BUT WHOEVER HEARD OF FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING?!?! EVEN WHEN YOU ORDER AFTER 9 P.M.?!?! TOTALLY BIZARRE, I'M GOING TO DO SOME RESEARCH ON WHO RUNS ZAPPOS, 'CUZ THIS IS ONE CLEVER PERSON... PRETTY SURE I WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH HIM/HER ON THE NEXT BIG IDEA.

No problem. I have no problem with the shoes I ordered. I am very satisfied with the comfort and my feet feel much better and my walking is improved. I like the look and will definitely order again.

Quality evident - This shoe was purchased to replace a Propet Torchlite walker. The superior quality is apparent. Sturdy and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Stick with NB.

I seem to normally wear a 9EE however found the 9.5EEEE to be the better fit for me with this shoe.

Spot On, Bravo New Balance!! Like the NB621, these 622 are a perfect fit. True to size and width, my purchase was 9.5 2E- excellent fit. The Absorb makes your walk very comfortable. For finicky feet, these are a great find...

Comfortable all around skips - It's very nice to have a narrow shoe available in larger sizes. I spent the entire weekend walking up and down the steep streets of Seattle and taking in the Blue Angels' performances - very comfortable and supportive shoe.

Great shoes - My son has wide feet and it's hard to find good looking shoes in his width, these shoes fit great and he's much more comfortable now. The shipping on these was great, we ordered in the evening and received the shoes the next morning, and didn't pay shipping? That's unheard of.

It gets you from point A to B - This is a great looking shoe. I bought it in two different colors one for work and one for street use. All I have to say is that the heel isn't as soft as I would like and that after a bit of time you just want them off your feet. I would buy them again, and again. They hold up to my crazy life in a bakery!

No sneakers for old men - Liked the photo and found them comfortable but realized quickly that only old men wear mostly white sneakers at the gym. Had to get new ones.

OK Walking Shoe - I have used NB for walk arounds and golf for years with good results. At 6'1" and 240 lbs and 57 years old, the NB has provided good service. However, I did try Brooks shoes on my last purchase. I will probably go back to those after I wear these out. They just seemed to provide more stability and cushion.

Great New Balance shoe - as usual - Shoe came very quickly after order was submitted and the fit, feel, and quality was, as usual for a New Balance product, excellent. Ordered size 12/EE firstly and was a little tight, so sent back and got size 13/EE, which fitted perfectly. Maybe my feet has grown recently. The exchange was done quickly and very smoothly and Zappos' service is second to none. They are now my preferred online shoe partner. Thanks!

MX622 - New Balance makes the most comfortable shoes I've ever found. This style is no exception. They're generously sized I've found, so if you want the fit to be snug, you should buy a half size down. Nice wide toe box and nicely padded tongue and heel. Great for walking.

Good shoe - I have an 11/4E foot size with a bunion on the right foot. These shoes were wide enough to accommodate my right foot, very nice toe box area; the sole is soft but not mushy. I’m on my feet all day on tiled floors; so far my feet do not hurt at the end of 11 hr days. This is the 4th brand of shoe I’ve tried. Thanks Zappos for the great return process and your large selection.

Summer Comfort - I purchased these sneakers for my son in white for summer. They not only look cool but they are lightweight and comfortable.

Not bad and could be better. To me, it seems that the construction, shoe materials, and even the lace material make this shoe somewhat difficult to break in. Overall the shoe is definitely a better fit and nicer looking than a really "inexpensive" (read cheap) shoe. And New Balance remains a fav of mine.

Great Shoes - These shoes are amazing. New Balance shoes are very comfortable.

Great workout shoe - This shoe gets it done. After about 5 workout days to get the shoe broken in, the shoe feels good. I play racquetball and lift weights with it. Not a good shoe for pick up basketball, not enough ankle support.

I would buy them again. They are what I expected and I am very pleased with them. And Zappos handled the whole thing without any problems. Thank you.

Great shoe, wonderful service! The shoes are great, but even better was the prompt service not only for a purchase but also for a return I had to make. I will certainly order from Zappos again!

Very sturdy cross trainer that keeps my feet safe in the gym. It's not the most breathable shoe, and it's heavy and kinda stiff so I wouldn't recommend it for runs. It has a plush sole so it's pretty nice for walks or if you have job where you’re on your feet a lot. Another thing to note is that the shoes make a running noise when you walk around in them the first couple of days. Once they break in, it'll go away.

NB stop changing your shoes - Have worn 620 and 621 for years always great fit and comfort. This is the first shoe that caused pain on top of foot. Excess material in tongue. Had to cut off the top edge 3/4" to relieve the pressure. Now wearable, but very disappointing. When you have a winner, quit changing it!!!

Not your normal New Balance - Been wearing New Balance 4e shoes for as long as they made them, but these were too wide by a bunch. I think they were about 6e shoes. This is a first for NB as I have never had bad fit before.
