Zappos You're Great!!!! The New Balance 622 is a great entry level shoe because they have the "Absorbz" Cushion sole throughout. I have bought the "600" series of shoes for a number of years and have been very satisfied with them. As far as Zappos they are great, I ordered the shoes on a Wednesday and I received them the next day at no extra charge. That’s what I call service...

Not crazy about the particular shade of brown. It's almost purplish/reddish. Like raw mahogany... Otherwise the shoe is quite comfortable, and the width is true.

They Just Work... ... My father in law turned me on to these and they have been very comfortable. I'm a photographer and I am on my feet all day so the shoes I wear make a big difference on my feet and knees and these are all I wear.

Very comfortable shoe - After seeing my foot doctor, she suggested that I get some New Balance shoes. I bought them from Zappos, and it was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I’m buying another pair tonight. Great customer service from Zappos too.

Good shoe. The shoe is comfortable and seems to wear well, looks OK, and gives good support. It is a lot like the MX608 which was excellent. Why was the 608 discontinued? Zappos’ service was outstanding.

A little too narrow - When these were purchased I was looking for 621 - found they no longer were made and this was the replacement. When received they seemed too narrow so they were returned for another pair.

Great Product - My husband has a hard time finding shoes that fit comfortably because he has a large size! This product works for him and is very comfortable.

Highly recommend - This is my fourth pair of NB crosstrainers and I never had a problem. Very comfortable & light. Fit is true to size. Can't say enough about this style.

Good all round shoe - I ordered these for my husband. He put them on and wore them with no break in period. He has definite ideas about what he wants in a shoe and this one seems to fit his everyday casual needs.

My feet are small, wide and I have a high arch. So it's almost impossible for me to find shoes that fit. I just ordered from Zappos for the first time. Not only did they have a selection of shoes to fit me, the service was better than I could have possibly expected. The shoes arrived very quickly. Although I have learned not to be picky with shoes, since I have a hard time finding anything that fits, the New Balance MX622 are great. They are very comfortable from the time I put them on and provide support throughout my fitness routine.

MX622 - If this is a replacement for the 608, which you indicate is being discontinued, it is not as sturdy and feels like the material is thinner. I need to wear it for about 3 mos. to give it a field review.

Adorable shoe and SO comfortable. I would go a half size larger than your normal shoe size.

I have several new Balance shoes and love the fit and style. This shoe is an exception. The shoe fits well, but it feels and looks cheap like an old "pleather" jacket. Because it's a leather type material it makes my feet hot. I guess that would be fine if I lived up north, but I live in Texas. I would not recommend them unless you live up north and think "pleather" is in style.

Nice shoe, not the same as the 621 - While not the same as the 621, this is still a nice choice. Does run a bit larger than the 621, though.

Perfect for a wide foot! My son needed new gym shoes- a size 12 extra wide. Not easy to find! When we saw these I thought they might work- we bought the white and blue ones. He declares them the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. And he is a tough to please sneaker boy. Usually a skater shoe guy. But these he loves! Comfort is the key in these shoes!

Not like the previous 608, 609, 620, 621 series - Very disappointed with this shoe. I don't know what happened but the shoe does not fit my arches and causes some pain. I assumed that the same series of shoe evolution (8 1/2 ee) would be an even a better and more comfortable shoe for fast walking and light jogging. This shoe just does not do the job.

Shoe comfort - These shoes are very comfortable. I am a bartender and I am on my feet all day and I must say these are the best shoes I have ever had for work.

These are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever had in my life. My feet have plenty of room and I have never been happier!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a wider width.

Excellent Shoe - This is my second pair of NB and with Zappos carrying the full range of sizes and widths I was able to get a perfect fit. This pair is more comfortable out of the box than the older pair is after breaking in!

I have big feet (18 4E) so I was thrilled to find a great, unique looking shoe that fits me well for such a great price. I love the cushioning these shoes provide when compared to others, but I could always use more, since I have an awkward gait (due to leg and feet problems). Also, getting these shoes in a day! That seals the deal, I am sticking with Zappos.

I don't know whether NB changed their design, but this shoe had NO arch support. If someone wanted to add custom orthotics, this shoe might work well.

Bought these *totally glam* shoes and love the look but *hate* the feel. The middle thong on one shoe has already broken out (after 3 wearings) and they're incredibly uncomfortable and hard to walk in - very wobbly with the very narrow thong strap. As long as you don't have a practical need for these shoes (like going to work for 8 hours) then they're great for about 1-2 hours where your Hubby or SI is dropping you off somewhere and picking you up. These are perfect dinner date shoes, but would not buy another pair for fear of people thinking "I have fallen and can't get up." Shoe-a-holic Suzanne

Great for long walks - I'm not much of a sporty guy and usually I don't like this style of sneaker but I've been doing a ton of walking in flip flops lately and my feet have been killing me. These are perfect for me. The fit is great and walking in them is very comfortable, I highly recommend them. Zappos service was, as usual, impeccable.

This is the perfect handbag! It is made of very soft pebble leather but it still maintains its structure. It is a medium bag but because of the way it’s made, it holds a lot and it is not heavy at all. It has a big opening, allowing you to see everything in it. There are four slip pockets and a zippered pocket on the inside. There is a slip pocket on the back exterior. There is a strong magnetic closure on the top of the bag making it secure. It is the bag I would have designed for myself. I love it!! And once again, fast shipping from Zappos!!

Great Shoes! These shoes are wonderful! I bought these in white for my husband as he has a very large, narrow foot, 16B, and has trouble finding shoes that fit. These not only fit perfectly, he says they are very comfortable and could wear them all day without any problems. He also wears orthotics and the shoes still fit well. They hold up well and can be worn for several years without wearing out.
