I bought these shoes for my son, who needed a pair of casual, black shoes. He tried them on and wore them to work the next day. That was two weeks ago and he wears them everyday. He says they are very comfortable for his particular needs, which is standing and walking. They give support and cushion. Thanks Zappos for another pair of comfortable shoes delivered in one day. I wear a narrow shoe "12-B" width. It is almost impossible to find narrow shoes in casual or sport shoes, especially golf shoes. I don't understand why. These fit fine and are very comfortable.

I like New Balance, and these shoes didn't disappoint. They fit true to size and are a comfort to walk in. I walk a minimum of two miles a day, and these shoes feel very comfortable while I'm going that distance. They also feel good when I jog a bit or sprint. The only thing I don’t like is the color selection. I prefer white as a base for my shoes, but these are too white and not very stylish. As with all white shoes, scuffs and dirt show up on them easily.

New Balance continues the 620 series of cross trainers. So far, this shoe has performed as expected, comfort and good quality in a variety of conditions.

I use these shoes for work. They serve their purpose well. They seem waterproof, and have worn well. I have a narrow foot, so I add insoles and these become a perfect fit. I do wish there would be a bit more arch support, but still happy with this shoe.

Great shoe for a great price. Nothing fancy, but certainly an excellent choice for walking, jogging, or working out at the gym. And you can't beat Zappos price and service!

This is my very favorite shoe. I re-order this shoe whenever my current is worn down. It is comfortable. It is great for walking, running, or tip toeing through the tulips.

I'm a big guy, 6' 7", 255lbs, with matching size 15 feet. I've worn the New Balance MX621's for several years. Their replacement, the MX622 seems to be the same shoe, with only minor cosmetic changes. The MX622 were comfortable from the first day, and continue to feel great. I live in them. I'm about to order another pair.

As a size 11.5EE, I have a hard time finding shoes that fit me well. These New Balance’s fit like a glove. They have only one drawback, sometimes they're a little tight across the top of my foot. As a fitness junkie, I can do anything in these shoes from lifting to running. I enjoyed the white/navy pair I bought so much that I got an all-black pair too. I don't know high fashion, but if you need some functional cross-trainers at a good price, look no further.

My large feet (size 13 EEE) often make it difficult for me to purchase shoes in conventional shoe stores. When I find a shoe that fits, I often like to buy it again. Shopping at Zappos allows me to buy the shoes that I know fit, they are always priced competitively, and the shipping is sometimes so quick that I find it faster than planning a trip to visit shoe stores. I am definitely a satsified customer.

Zappos is the best place on the internet I know of to get men\'s narrow shoes that fit my feet. I\'ve also been very impressed with the fast shipping I receive. I received my last order 2 days after I ordered it. I\'m very pleased with Zappos.

If you want a basic all black leather cross trainer this shoe is excellent. Have been wearing them for years in both all black and all white versions. I live 3 miles from the New Balance Outlet Store and they stopped carrying these perhaps three years ago, this lead me to Zappos. BTW, I have purchased perhaps 10 pairs of shoes from Zappos over the last two years and would this vendor A+, it is no wonder that Amazon decided to purchase the company.

This has been my gym shoe of choice for many years. As a male with a narrow foot, it is often hard to buy shoes off the rack at an affordable price. The size/width options offered at zappos make shoe shopping easier for me. Thanks!

My boyfriends needs a wide width and I find the best selection at Zappos. The price is always the lowest and you can\'t beat the free shipping both ways. I have bought New Balance sneakers the last three times I've needed them. These 622s are by far the best model I've had yet. The last pair I had were 602's and while they were nice they ran a little narrow for my width. These were perfect right out of the box, and if they hold up the way the previous two pairs did (and I expect they will) I'll be more than pleased.

These sneakers were great and my husband loved them. Instead of always wearing his dress shoes, when we go out casually, he can wear these "black" sneakers which are very comfortable. Zappos is a favorite place of mine to order from. Their customer service people are great and if I have a problem, they resolve it without question. I will continue to be a loyal Zappos fan...they haven't disappointed me yet...and free shipping, how can you beat that!!!

Support second to none. I work long hours on concrete in the heat and these shoes remain comfortable. I keep two pair to alternate wearing as I perspire a bit in the heat. These are the only shoes I've found that work for me.

Great shoes. After trying Nike, Reebok, and Adidas shoes, I have only bought New Balance sneakers for the past 10 years. They are very comfortable and last far longer than other gym shoes I have owned. A great purchase.

The New Balance 622’s are a terrific pair of shoes, one of the most comfortable I have worn. I purchased these to replace my old worn out NB 621’s because they have about a million miles on them. I am a long time New Balance fan and they are by far the best. I am also a long time Zappos fan and they also are the best.

I've been a fan of New Balance athletic footwear for more years than I care to admit and this shoe continues the very favorable experience I have enjoyed with all of their x-trainers. Fit (both length and width) is exceptional. Balance is excellent. Flexibility and stability are also excellent. Insole liner seems to fit more comfortably that prior shoes. All in all, I heartily recommend this shoe.

I came to Zappos to get another pair of the MX608, but the style is listed as discontinued and this was recommended. Overall I am satisfied with this shoe and I’m hoping that it will grow on me the more I wear it. It is comfortable... it just feels a bit wider than I am used to, but not enough to exchange it. The leather also feels a little thinner and softer so that translates into a slightly less “solid” of a feel to me. The length was true to size. Overall I am happy. I was happy enough that I purchased another one as an exchange for a white pair of MX608 that I had to return because the size had changed over the years and it was uncomfortable. Besides the shoes, I am absolutely ecstatic about the Zappos shopping experience and their customer support. The shoes were delivered within a couple of days after they were ordered and the return of my one pair was completely hassle free. They had my new pair that I exchanged for at my door before I had time to drop of the prepaid shipping return. I will definitely consider Zappos for any shopping. I bought these shoes for my dad who happens to be absolutely one of the pickiest shoe people in the world. He doesn't drive, he walks everywhere and these are the only walking shoes he wears now. Thank goodness the New Balance MX622 are made in several different colors! The shoes are a great value for the price, he says they are very comfortable and he wears them until they wear out. Long time. He has tried other more expensive shoes and did not like them nearly as much. I am going to get him another color for Father's Day!
