I have enjoyed these shoes. I have noticed less tiredness in my feet and legs after a full day of wearing these. They are light weight and very clean looking.

I purchased these shoes for a young, homeless man. He was wearing shoes with the soles separated from the tops, so his feet were always wet from the rain & snow. None of the stores in this area carried a size 16, extra wide. I found a great selection of sizes & speedy delivery at Zappos. The young man was thrilled with his new shoes, and said they were a perfect fit. Thank you Zappos!

Excellent service. Placed order late Thursday afternoon and received it on Monday afternoon. Web site easy to find product and simple to place an order. Everything was perfect - correct shoe, size and color. Will order again when we need shoes.

I'm very pleased with these shoes. New Balance has been my favorite for years and I'm not disappointed with these. They lace up securely, there is plenty of toe room, and the tread tracks well. I have no hesitation recommending them.

My podiatrist told me I have heel spurs and predicted surgery. He gave me shots, wrapped my feet and told me to switch to New Balance as they have the best support. That was years ago and I have never had another problem with my heels. However, I wear an unusual size and the discount stores don't carry it. If I go to a New Balance store or othopedic specialty store, they are happy to order it at a premium price. At Zappos, I browse what is available and always get what I want at the best price. Love it!

We work at a very busy marina. Lots of walking. The NB 622 hold up great! We call them leg savers. Both dockmasters here at The Annapolis Yacht Basin wear these sneakers. Excellent value and comfort. And Zappos can't be beat for friendly customer service and speedy, hassle free shipping. New Balance and Zappos are a great team.

New Balance makes a quality product and the MX622 is no exception. Their sizes and widths are true to form which is why it's my only choice for multipurpose athletic shoes.

All my athletic shoes are 9 while my dress shoes are 8 or 8.5. I wear only Ryka athletic shoes. Nothing else fits the way this brand does! I recommend them to ALL ladies! I picked this one because it had a little less mesh for cooler weather.

I've worn NB621's for years, at my Foot Dr's recommendation. I have fallen arches and this shoe provides good arch support. It also comes in wide widths which is a requirement because my fallen arches made my foot fat and wide. \'ve always been pleased with them and was disappointed they had been discontinued. I'm happy to learn and report that the replacement 622 is every bit as comfortable and supportive as the old 621. I keep three pair on a controlled rotation and they last a long time. The 622 is all the 621 was and better; I'd highly recommend them!

I ordered a pair of New Balance sneakers, in a large size I was very happy to find that Zappos stocked. They shipped the order to me very quickly. I found the sneakers were too tight, I needed a wider size. I called, Zappos was very helpful and pleasant, gave me a return label so I could return the shoes. Then they immediately shipped my replacement wider sneakers ever before they could have received the sneaks I returned! Great service, I like dealing with Zappos.

I need a large shoe and they are hard to find. My neighbor suggested Zappos; I went to the web site and found my shoes! The shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have worn. This was the first time ordering from Zappos for my husband and I was a little nervous. (13EEEE) He is very hard to please and he has such big wide feet some thing or another doesn't work out when he tries them out. Well the shoes came within a few days and he put them on and unbelievably they fit him. Now I feel I can order again and even try a different brand.

I have been looking for a casual shoe that I can wear on the job. I work in an office environment but am on my feet a lot. I wanted a shoe that met the following requirements: 1. Looks stylish 2. Appropriate to wear in a casual work environment 3. Comfortable and supportive The New Balance MX622 met all of these goals! It is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have wide feet and the 4E size provided ample room for maximum foot comfort. The sole provides plenty of cushioning and support. An added bonus is that they keep my feet warm and dry in bad weather too. This is the perfect all-around shoe that can be worn with jeans or khakis. It's very comfortable and durable and provides a very nice feel for my feet. I would/will definitely buy another pair.

We must have bought 4 pairs of this style over the last two years. They fit my son great and offer a lot of ankle support. He is rather flat-footed. No complaints.

The New Balance MX622 is my everyday shoe to ensure I don’t have a problem with plantar fasciitis flaring up during my workday. It’s true to size and the comfort level is like no other casual shoe I have had the pleasure wearing.

I like being able to get the EE width. It leaves more room for extra sole padding and thick socks. New Balance shoes hold up pretty well and the prices are reasonable.

I ordered these shoes for my husband. He has been wearing this particular shoe for the past year and loves them, but you cannot buy this width in most stores. We were impressed with the price and the quick delivery. The shoes were a perfect fit. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

I miss the 608 shoe. I think I purchased at least 8 pair over the last few years. However, the 622 is a good shoe. It's well made and comfortable.

Ordered these to replace my son\'s 2 year old shoes, similar New Balance from Zappos. They came, but were too small. Zappos exchanged them for a larger size without having to wait until the first pair were returned. They arrived very quickly. Zappos is excellent to deal with!

My wife bought me the shoes for Christmas. They are the right size and width, but they are stiff as a brick, and I hope they loosen up after wearing them for awhile. They offer good support while walking on my treadmill.

In the few weeks I have worn them they seem fine, have good padding inside. They are lighter than my prior shoes by half, good leather construction. Watch out initially as the rubber tread is slippery on bathroom floors, a few miles of walking on sidewalks burnished the bottoms and they are good in the bathrooms now. \r\n\r\nIt is nice to get black cross trainers for my standup job. I could see buying these again.

Shoes are comfortable with no break-in required. I wear them at the gym and they serve my purpose well.
