Good Support - One, this shoe looks great. Two, it has a lot of support more than I am used to, but after a few walks, this shoe really does the job. Great for walks, aerobics, you name it.

Comfort and stability! I don't have to wear my orthotics and I can run without getting shinsplints. Great arch support and stable heel & ankle. I have a narrow heel, high arch and wide forefoot. I have tarsal tunnel and PF in both feet. This shoe helps me walk 90% pain free. Thank you to Zappos for such great service!!!

Best Shoes Ever! I am an Asics fan, and this new shoe does not disappoint. I suffer with plantar fasciitis, and overpronate. These give me the support and stability that I need. I even have room to add my orthotics. I do have to buy these in a bigger size. So make sure you order a 1/2 size bigger than what you normally wear.

A great shoe - First of all, Zappos had the shoes on my doorstep the day after I ordered them. And from that point on everything about these shoes is great: the fit, the stability, the comfort, the sizing. I use them for walking and they suit my purpose. They aren't the most attractive shoe, but then I'm not exactly a fashion plate either.

Sooo Good - Just the best running shoe for my feet. I also use it for walking, or for any other day when I can get away with an athletic shoe, and I never have to worry about my feet (or knees).

Great Motion-Control Shoe - Comfortable right out of the box. I use orthotics, and need a motion control shoe, so I always wear Asics Duomax shoes for running or walking. Definitely needed a half size up from my normal size. I wear 9 in every other shoe I own, but for Asics, I always get a 9.5. I like the grey/silver better than the typical white.

Comfortable and supportive shoe - This shoe was recommended by my physical therapist and I am very pleased with its comfort and support. I added an aftermarket insole to provide additional arch support.

Great run/walk shoe - I ordered this asics model because I love Asics running shoes! They make the best motion control shoes for medium-large built runners...which I am. The color is great, the fit is great and I don't get shin splints with them that I've had with other shoes.

LOVE these shoes!!! These shoes are great. The first day I wore them I really gave them the test. I wore them all day. I also did an interval workout on my elliptical wearing them. They felt great during the day and still felt great at the end of the day. I really LOVE these shoes.

Nice running shoe - I have trouble finding shoes that do not hurt my feet. I had foot surgery in the past and also need arch support. These shoes are great and feel great. It felt like I was running on clouds, very cushioned. A little heavy but they provide excellent support for overpronators.

I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs on both feet. This shoe was on the list that my podiatrist gave me. After trying on different shoes on the list. I settled on this one. It didn't look like a orthotic shoe like some of the ones on the list. It is comfortable and stylish. I have had minimal pain since wearing this shoe.

Third time's the charm! Order one full size bigger! I ordered these Asics in a size 9AA. They arrived very quickly, but were too small. Zappos was kind enough to overnight the 9.5AA. Still too small. So, I went back online for the 10AA. They arrived today & they fit great. I STRONGLY recommend ordering one full size up from your shoe size. I normally wear a 10 in an athletic shoe and these are no exception. I had never worn Asics before, but realized I need a Motion Control running shoe. This was my first purchase from Zappos - thanks for the excellent customer service & generous shipping options. I truly appreciate it. Now, off to run!

This is a great sneaker. Absorbs road shock, stabilizes, is comfortable, provides a lot of support, and looks good. Easily accommodates orthotics. Lightweight but sturdy, breathable mesh keeps your feet dry.

Asics is one brand that consistently fits my narrow feet. These shoes are comfortable and hold up well.

Definite Recommendation - I bought this shoe when I started preparing for the Portland to Coast Relay Walk. It was just the excuse I needed to finally get myself new walking shoes. It was worth the wait! It's a great shoe for stability and cushion (although I have such bad arches I have to admit, I did supplement the padding with a serious insole from my chiropractor. It would be such a great step for Asics to include this as a standard feature in the shoe!). What I really love is that it has a spring-action to help propel you down the road. Toe area is pretty comfortable, which is great when you really work your feet and they expand. I like the colors on this shoe and overall, I think form and function came together nicely in this design.

Great shoe - I have a very narrow foot and I pronate. This shoe was recommended and I am completely happy with its fit and look. The fit is great, and I really like the light gray color instead of the boring white. I added a small orthotic, which fit perfectly.

Impressive - The podiatrist said I needed to wear shoes with good support because of my pronating feet ultimately contributing to a non-healing knee injury. Previously I had worn New Balance but was unsatisfied with the last 2 pairs. I had never worn Asics and was immediately impressed with the great support. This is a really good shoe! I will definitely make this my brand of choice. The color I ordered (gray) didn’t do much for me but that's my own fault. I didn't want to wait for my choice color to come in. As always, Zappos service is unbelievable. The shoes are almost here before you finish ordering.

Reliable running shoe - I love this shoe! I have been running in the Foundation for years. I have a flat, wide, foot and I need the motion control. I am so happy they finally used cute colors for this latest model. The previous all white was quite geeky! It runs small so I always buy a FULL size up. It’s a great, roomy, shoe and I can even get my orthotic in it. Since my feet are so flat, I do usually need about 4 or 5 runs before I break it in. Prior to using this shoe, I would get miserable shin splints. Love it!

We were meant to be together! I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe is great for me for stabilizing my foot so I can continue to be active. Plenty of cushion and room in the toe box. I have also owned and loved older versions of this shoe when I was running marathons a few years ago. Will continue to buy this model.

Great shoe - This shoe is amazingly comfortable - offers great support. True to size. I love Asics shoes and this one is no exception. Highly recommend it.

Worth the investment - I recently purchased these shoes because I have been averaging 30-35miles a week walking preparing to walk a half marathon. While they are a bit more than I usually spend on sneakers I have found the wide width, fit and the fact that they easily come in women's colors even in a 12 wide to be great. The shoes feel great on 6 and 9 mile walks both on the treadmill and on the street. I look forward to the next pair for the half marathon.

I have severe over-pronation (flat feet) especially on my right foot. Because of this, I spent several hundred dollars on inserts to help hold my feet in proper position, but they were so uncomfortable and hard that I can't wear them often; plus the inserts won't fit most of my shoes.So, when I saw that these Asics were designed for over-pronation and that they are well-padded, I ordered them. I used to wear 12AA, but kept these in 13AA to accommodate my ever-lengthening 2nd toe. By getting the shoes so long, the AA width is now a bit too wide. But having said all that, the shoe is basically comfortable and from the moment I put them on, I noticed my arch rise and my lower leg change into a straighter position all the way up to my knee. I've never experienced this in a shoe before! I've been (for the last few years) experiencing knee pain, which may be related to fallen arches which cause my whole leg to be thrown out of alignment. My hope with these Asics is that they will help keep my feet in a more normal position, thereby taking some pressure off my knees, also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with weak arches or over-pronation.

I have very flat feet and plantar fasciitis and these sneakers offer great support. I followed the advice of other reviewers and got a 1/2 size larger than normal and found it to be a perfect fit. I also order a wide width and found it true to size and comfortable for those of us with wide flat feet. These also have a great breathable fabric and are, generally, a good looking shoe.

I bought these shows because I over pronate badly and these shoes had the most support. They do have amazing support, but on the back of my heels I got two blisters (walking around the house) because there is a seam that rubs against the skin. The back of the shoe comes up much higher and is much stiffer than the Gel Kayano which is what I'm used to. Not a lot of cushion with this shoe either. Again, mainly it's a supportive device.

I have been running in Asics for years. These shoes are great and I love that they come in wide. I would check out the Asics website to ensure that you pick the correct shoe with the correct support for your foot, though. I am pretty flatfooted and therefore this model is great for me. I was able to easily fit my orthotics in as well. Zappos is the best. I ordered a few different sizes and just returned the ones that were too small or too big.
